Step 3), draining and transferring the small sections of okra stems: opening a drainage pipeline 29, discharging the wastewater after ultrasonic cleaning to a wastewater tank 210, starting the filter screen 23 to move upwards to a first highest position H with two ends of the right vertical rail 22, standing for 5-10 minutes, then starting the air inlet joint 26, enabling the filter screen 23 to move upwards and downwards for 5 minutes at one end of the left vertical rail 21 by taking the first highest position H as a center, then opening a first electric door 212, enabling the filter screen 23 to move upwards to a second highest position I at one end of the left vertical rail 21, and transferring the okra stalks to the crushing mechanism 3.
Step 4), crushing small sections of okra stems: collect the okra stalk stem of segment on rubbing crusher constructs 3's material platform 34, start extrusion subassembly 31 and broken subassembly 32, extrusion subassembly 31 is in okra stalk top 10cm department, and broken subassembly 32 stretches out to carry out the breakage with the okra stalk stem, then broken subassembly 32 resets on extrusion subassembly 31's bottom surface, constitutes an extrusion plane with extrusion subassembly 31, extrudees the okra stalk stem after the breakage, obtains okra tea biscuit.
Step 5), sterilizing and drying the okra tea cake: and opening the second electric door 35 to enable the material table 34 to move to the drying and sterilizing mechanism 4 from the crushing mechanism 3, then closing the second electric door 35, drying and sterilizing the okra tea cakes on the material table 34 to obtain the health tea prepared by using the okra stems, namely the dried okra tea cakes, and making the okra tea cakes to be drunk after being mixed with water, and storing the okra tea cakes in a drying way.

the top of the crushing mechanism (3) is provided with an extrusion component (31) which can move up and down, the extrusion component (31) is internally sleeved with a crushing component (32) which can move up and down, the crushing component (32) is limited on the bottom surface of the extrusion component (31), the extrusion component (31) and the crushing component (32) are connected with a driving motor set (33), the right side wall of the crushing mechanism (3) is provided with an opening, the opening and stoving sterilization mechanism (4) intercommunication, second electrically operated gate (35) of separating rubbing crusher mechanism (3) and stoving sterilization mechanism (4) are installed to the opening part, and rubbing crusher mechanism (3) and the bottom of stoving sterilization mechanism (4) are provided with horizontal track (36), install material platform (34) on horizontal track (36), and material platform (34) are followed horizontal track (36) and are removed between rubbing crusher mechanism (3) and stoving sterilization mechanism (4).

3. The apparatus for manufacturing health tea by regenerating waste okra stems according to claim 1, wherein the transfer unit (11) is provided with a cut-resistant transfer belt (19).

The apparatus for manufacturing health tea by recycling waste okra stems according to claim 1, wherein the shower head joint (25) and the air intake joint (26) are installed obliquely on the left sidewall of the washing mechanism (2), and the inclination angle of the shower head joint (25) and the air intake joint (26) is the same as the inclination angle of the strainer (23) which is moved up to the maximum.

step 3), draining and transferring the small sections of okra stems: opening a drainage pipeline (29), discharging the wastewater subjected to ultrasonic cleaning to a wastewater tank (210), starting a filter screen (23) to move upwards to a first highest position (H) with two ends of the filter screen both at a right vertical rail (22), standing for 5-10 minutes, then starting an air inlet joint (26), enabling the filter screen (23) to move upwards and downwards for 5 minutes at one end of a left vertical rail (21) by taking the first highest position (H) as a center, then opening a first electric door (212), enabling the filter screen (23) to move upwards to a second highest position (I) at one end of the left vertical rail (21), and transferring okra stalks to a crushing mechanism (3);
step 4), crushing small sections of okra stems: collecting small segments of okra stems on a material table (34) of a crushing mechanism (3), starting an extrusion assembly (31) and a crushing assembly (32), enabling the extrusion assembly (31) to be 10cm above the okra stems, enabling the crushing assembly (32) to stretch out to crush the okra stems, resetting the crushing assembly (32) on the bottom surface of the extrusion assembly (31), forming an extrusion plane with the extrusion assembly (31), and extruding the crushed okra stems to obtain okra tea cakes;
step 5), sterilizing and drying the okra tea cake: and (3) opening the second electric door (35), moving the material table (34) to the drying and sterilizing mechanism (4) through the crushing mechanism (3), then closing the second electric door (35), and performing drying treatment and sterilization treatment on the okra tea cakes on the material table (34) to obtain the health tea prepared by using the okra stems.
