A washing and slicing device for agricultural product processing according to claim 1, wherein said cleaning mechanism (4) comprises bristles (401) fixedly connected to the inner side wall of said box body (10), said inner wall of said box body (10) is symmetrically and fixedly connected with a plurality of folding rods (402), said folding rods (402) are u-shaped, and the side wall of said folding rods (402) is rotatably connected with cleaning rollers (403).

The washing and slicing device for agricultural product processing according to claim 2, wherein the side wall of the box body (10) is symmetrically and fixedly connected with a conveying mechanism (5), the conveying mechanism (5) comprises water storage plates (501) symmetrically and fixedly connected to the side wall of the box body (10), the side wall of one end, away from the box body (10), of the water storage plates (501) is fixedly connected with a communicating pipe (504), the inner wall of the box body (10) is symmetrically provided with discharge holes (502), one end of each discharge hole (502) is fixedly connected with a filter screen frame (503), the filter screen frame (503) is in a triangular structure when viewed from the side, and one end, away from the discharge hole (502), of the filter screen frame (503) is fixedly connected with the communicating pipe (504).

The washing and slicing device for processing the agricultural products according to claim 5, wherein a slicing mechanism (8) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the reciprocating lead screw (13), the slicing mechanism (8) comprises a first cutter (802) fixedly connected to the side wall of the reciprocating lead screw (13), a plurality of springs (803) are fixedly connected to the top wall of the first cutter (802), a second cutter (801) is slidably connected to the side wall of the reciprocating lead screw (13), a sliding hole which is communicated with the upper portion and the lower portion is formed in the inner wall of the second cutter (801), and the sliding hole of the second cutter (801) is slidably connected to the side wall of the limiting strip (903).

The washing and slicing device for processing the agricultural products according to claim 6, wherein the first cutting knife (802) and the second cutting knife (801) are both circular cutting knives, arc-shaped notches are formed in the first cutting knife (802) and the second cutting knife (801) along the circumferential direction, the notches in the first cutting knife (802) and the second cutting knife (801) are arranged in a staggered mode, and the base (1) is internally and symmetrically fixedly connected with the collecting box (12).
