Preferably, the anionic activator is sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, hexadecyl sulfonate or alpha-sulfomonocarboxylic acid and derivatives thereof.
Preferably, the preservative is any one of phenoxyethanol, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, sodium methyl paraben or methylisothiazolinone.
Preferably, the mixed essence is watermelon essence, and the preservative is any one of phenoxyethanol, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, sodium methyl p-hydroxybenzoate or methylisothiazolinone.
Preferably, the wet tissue carrier is pearl grain non-woven fabric, the surfactant is polysorbate, and the type of the surfactant is any one of the following types: polysorbate-20, polysorbate-40, polysorbate-60, polysorbate-80, and polysorbate-85.
The invention aims to solve another technical problem of providing a preparation method of a wet tissue capable of quickly cleaning oil stains and dirt on skin, which comprises the following steps:
1) preparing a wet tissue carrier: firstly, the kapok fiber is crushed by a hydraulic pulp breaker, then pulp is grinded by a refiner and a refiner to obtain the kapok fiber pulp, the prepared kapok fiber pulp is diluted by water to the mass concentration of 0.5-1.5%, and is sent into a primary pulp groove by a screw pump, and is sent to the impurity removing process by a primary pulp pump, impurities are removed by a sand remover and a pressure screen, and then is sent into a high-speed mixer by the screw pump, the kapok fiber pulp after being screened and removed the impurities is sent into a secondary pulp groove by the screw pump, water is added again to be diluted to the mass concentration of 0.1-0.5 per mill, and is sent into an inclined net head box after being distributed by a secondary pulp pump through a central pulp distributor to form a uniform fiber net, the prepared fiber net is subjected to water absorption and vacuum and then is subjected to spunlace treatment on a spunlace machine to form meshes, the fiber net after the spunlace processing is sent into a dryer to be dried, the dried fiber net is radiated by a microwave processor for 30-60s, performing microwave radiation for 30-60s again after 5-10min to obtain a non-woven fabric substrate, placing the non-woven fabric substrate on an unwinding roller, winding one end of the non-woven fabric substrate on a winding roller, driving a motor to drive the winding roller to rotate, polishing the non-woven fabric substrate by an electric polishing disc in sequence, and extruding by an extrusion roller to obtain a wet tissue carrier;
2) blending wet tissue immersion liquid: adding purified water into the sterilized mixing device, weighing the rest raw materials by using an electronic scale, adding alkyl glycoside APG, an anionic activator, a preservative, an aloe extract, a surfactant, a bactericide, sodium metasilicate nonahydrate, glycerol, propylene glycol and butanediol into the mixing device, simultaneously heating to 25-30 ℃, setting the rotating speed of the mixing device at 500-800rpm, and standing for 3-5 minutes after stirring is finished;
3) mixing raw materials: adding the defoaming agent into a mixing device, stirring for 10 minutes, adding the mixed essence, keeping the temperature constant, adjusting the rotating speed of the mixing device to 800-100rpm, stirring for 30 minutes, immediately adding alcohol into the solution after stirring is finished, adjusting the rotating speed of the mixing device to 500-600rpm, stirring for 10 minutes, standing the solution after stirring is finished, and preparing the wet tissue immersion liquid with the pH of 5-7;
4) sterilization and disinfection: sending the wet tissue immersion liquid obtained in the step 3) into an ultraviolet sterilizer for sterilization and disinfection treatment;
5) packaging: immersing the non-woven fabric substrate in the step 1) into the sterilized wet tissue immersion liquid, then drying the non-woven fabric substrate in a drying box, and finally obtaining the oil stain cleaning wet tissue by sequentially carrying out the working procedures of inspection, slitting, curling and packaging.
Preferably, a certain amount of treated water is added into the spunlace machine for cleaning impurities such as oil stains on the net, the speed ratio among all transmissions is adjusted, the steam heating drying cylinder is started to reach a certain temperature, the whole line is started to debug, and the uniformity of fibers, the size of gram weight and the spunlace process are observed in the debugging process.
Example two:
the wet tissue capable of quickly cleaning greasy dirt and dirt on the skin consists of a wet tissue carrier and a wet tissue immersion liquid, wherein the wet tissue immersion liquid consists of the following components: 0.6 part of alkyl glycoside APG, 3 parts of anionic activator, 7.5 parts of preservative, 15 parts of mixed essence, 15 parts of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of aloe extract, 15 parts of surfactant, 0.6 part of bactericide, 0.3 part of sodium metasilicate nonahydrate, 0.55 part of glycerol, 0.55 part of propylene glycol, 0.55 part of butanediol and 100 parts of purified water.
Example three:
the wet tissue capable of quickly cleaning greasy dirt and dirt on the skin consists of a wet tissue carrier and a wet tissue immersion liquid, wherein the wet tissue immersion liquid consists of the following components: the disinfectant comprises, by weight, 1 parts of alkyl glycoside APG, 5 parts of anionic activator, 10 parts of preservative, 20 parts of mixed essence, 20 parts of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of aloe extract, 20 parts of surfactant, 1 part of bactericide, 0.4 part of sodium metasilicate nonahydrate, 1 part of glycerol, 1 part of propylene glycol, 1 part of butanediol and 100 parts of purified water.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the preparation method of the wet tissue capable of rapidly cleaning the skin oil stains and dirt utilizes the mutual cooperation of the alkyl glycoside APG, the anionic activator, the preservative, the mixed essence, the defoaming agent, the aloe extract, the surfactant, the bactericide, the sodium metasilicate nonahydrate, the glycerol, the propylene glycol, the butanediol, the purified water and the like to enhance the effect of removing the skin oil stains and dirt.
2. The preparation method of the wet tissue capable of quickly cleaning the skin oil stains and the dirt adopts reasonable instruments and is accompanied with reasonable process proportion, so that the product strength is ensured, and the wet tissue has a good effect of removing the skin oil stains and the dirt.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (7)
1. The wet tissue capable of quickly cleaning oil stains and dirt on skin consists of a wet tissue carrier and a wet tissue immersion liquid, and is characterized in that the wet tissue immersion liquid consists of the following components: 0.2-1 part of alkyl glycoside APG, 1-5 parts of anionic activator, 5-10 parts of preservative, 10-20 parts of mixed essence, 10-20 parts of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of aloe extract, 10-20 parts of surfactant, 0.2-1 part of bactericide, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium metasilicate nonahydrate, 0.1-1 part of glycerol, 0.1-1 part of propylene glycol, 0.1-1 part of butanediol and 100 parts of purified water.
2. The wet wipe capable of rapidly removing oily dirt from skin according to claim 1, wherein the anionic activator is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, hexadecyl sulfonate or alpha-sulfomonocarboxylic acid and derivatives thereof.
3. The wet tissue capable of rapidly cleaning greasy dirt and dirt on skin according to claim 1, wherein the preservative is any one of phenoxyethanol, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, sodium methyl paraben or methylisothiazolinone.
4. The wet tissue capable of quickly cleaning oil stains and dirt on skin according to claim 1, wherein the mixed essence is watermelon essence, and the preservative is any one of phenoxyethanol, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, sodium methyl p-hydroxybenzoate or methylisothiazolinone.

The wet tissue capable of rapidly cleaning oil stains and dirt on skin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wet tissue carrier is pearl grain non-woven fabric, the surfactant is polysorbate, and the type of the polysorbate is any one of the following types: polysorbate-20, polysorbate-40, polysorbate-60, polysorbate-80, and polysorbate-85.
6. A preparation method of a wet tissue capable of quickly cleaning oil stains and dirt on skin is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) preparing a wet tissue carrier: firstly, the kapok fiber is crushed by a hydraulic pulp breaker, then pulp is grinded by a refiner and a refiner to obtain the kapok fiber pulp, the prepared kapok fiber pulp is diluted by water to the mass concentration of 0.5-1.5%, and is sent into a primary pulp groove by a screw pump, and is sent to the impurity removing process by a primary pulp pump, impurities are removed by a sand remover and a pressure screen, and then is sent into a high-speed mixer by the screw pump, the kapok fiber pulp after being screened and removed the impurities is sent into a secondary pulp groove by the screw pump, water is added again to be diluted to the mass concentration of 0.1-0.5 per mill, and is sent into an inclined net head box after being distributed by a secondary pulp pump through a central pulp distributor to form a uniform fiber net, the prepared fiber net is subjected to water absorption and vacuum and then is subjected to spunlace treatment on a spunlace machine to form meshes, the fiber net after the spunlace processing is sent into a dryer to be dried, the dried fiber net is radiated by a microwave processor for 30-60s, performing microwave radiation for 30-60s again after 5-10min to obtain a non-woven fabric substrate, placing the non-woven fabric substrate on an unwinding roller, winding one end of the non-woven fabric substrate on a winding roller, driving a motor to drive the winding roller to rotate, polishing the non-woven fabric substrate by an electric polishing disc in sequence, and extruding by an extrusion roller to obtain a wet tissue carrier;
2) blending wet tissue immersion liquid: adding purified water into the sterilized mixing device, weighing the rest raw materials by using an electronic scale, adding alkyl glycoside APG, an anionic activator, a preservative, an aloe extract, a surfactant, a bactericide, sodium metasilicate nonahydrate, glycerol, propylene glycol and butanediol into the mixing device, simultaneously heating to 25-30 ℃, setting the rotating speed of the mixing device at 500-800rpm, and standing for 3-5 minutes after stirring is finished;
3) mixing raw materials: adding the defoaming agent into a mixing device, stirring for 10 minutes, adding the mixed essence, keeping the temperature constant, adjusting the rotating speed of the mixing device to 800-100rpm, stirring for 30 minutes, immediately adding alcohol into the solution after stirring is finished, adjusting the rotating speed of the mixing device to 500-600rpm, stirring for 10 minutes, standing the solution after stirring is finished, and preparing the wet tissue immersion liquid with the pH of 5-7;
4) sterilization and disinfection: sending the wet tissue immersion liquid obtained in the step 3) into an ultraviolet sterilizer for sterilization and disinfection treatment;
5) packaging: immersing the non-woven fabric substrate in the step 1) into the sterilized wet tissue immersion liquid, then drying the non-woven fabric substrate in a drying box, and finally obtaining the oil stain cleaning wet tissue by sequentially carrying out the working procedures of inspection, slitting, curling and packaging.
7. The method for preparing a wet towel capable of rapidly removing oil stains and dirt from skin according to claim 1, wherein a certain amount of treated water is added into a spunlace machine for removing impurities such as oil stains on a net, the speed ratio among transmissions is adjusted, a steam heating drying cylinder is started to reach a certain temperature, the whole line is started to debug, and the uniformity of fibers, the weight of the gram weight and the spunlace process are observed in the debugging process.
