Background
At present, the demand of domestic fowls and domestic animals is extremely vigorous, and large farms bloom all the time. A large amount of animal excrement generated by a culture place not only causes bad influence on the environment around the culture place, but also influences the normal production and life of surrounding residents; still occupy the large-scale place of plant and piled up, restricted the enlargement reproduction in plant, increased the cost, reduced economic benefits. However, the existing poultry breeding excrement treatment device has poor cleaning effect and is inconvenient to collect; especially, the outer edge area of the lowest cage needs manual cleaning due to the fact that a mechanical conveying device cannot collect the waste water, the waste water is long in time, smell is unpleasant, and a supporting frame blocks the waste water.
Through the above analysis, the problems and defects of the prior art are as follows:
(1) the existing poultry breeding manure treatment device has poor cleaning effect and is inconvenient to collect.
(2) The mechanical conveying device in the existing poultry breeding excrement treatment device cannot collect the outer edge area of the lowest cage, manual cleaning is needed, the time is long, and the smell is unpleasant; and in the cleaning process, the supporting frame is blocked.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a chicken manure cleaning device and a control method thereof.
The invention is realized in this way, a chicken manure cleaning device, which is provided with:
through the rotation of the cleaning spiral shovel, under the action of inertia of an object, the chicken manure on the ground enters the inclined plane of the cleaning spiral shovel, enters the spiral channel under the action of inertia and a curved surface, and then enters the cleaning module in the fixed disc through the opening;
the chicken manure is conveyed to a transfer conveying module in the collecting box under the action of a transfer screw mechanism;
the automatic rotating obstacle avoidance module is used for assisting the cleaning mechanisms to automatically rotate under the action of resistance when encountering hencoop supporting columns, so that the outer group of cleaning mechanisms automatically enter a cleaning area behind an obstacle in the advancing direction;
the moving advancing module of the whole device is realized by the push-pull rod and the universal roller.
Furthermore, the moving advancing module is provided with a collecting box, one side of the collecting box is fixed with a push-pull rod through an auxiliary seat, and the bottom side of the collecting box is provided with universal rollers.
Furthermore, the transfer conveying module is provided with a transfer screw mechanism, the upper side of the transfer screw mechanism is fixed on the upper cover of the collecting box through a transfer auxiliary fixing seat, and the lower side of the transfer screw mechanism is fixed on the fixing plate.

The invention also aims to provide a control method of the chicken manure cleaning device, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, a driving motor and a rotating motor of a transfer screw mechanism start to work, and a cleaning device moves to an area to be cleaned on one side of a lowest row of edge channels of a coop;
under the action of a driving motor, a driven bevel gear is driven to rotate through a driving bevel gear, and then the sweeping spiral shovel is driven to rotate; under the action of inertia of an object, the chicken manure on the ground enters an inclined plane of the cleaning spiral shovel, enters a spiral channel under the action of inertia and a curved surface and then enters the fixed disc through the opening; after entering the fixed disc, the chicken manure is conveyed to the collection box under the action of the spiral transfer mechanism;
step three, the cleaning device continues to move forward, and after the front part meets the supporting steel of the coop, the cleaning shield moves towards the personnel direction under the action of resistance; the positioning steel ball compresses the positioning spring to enable the positioning steel ball to leave the positioning concave hole on the supporting shaft;
the cleaning shield drives the rotating plate to rotate, and then drives the driving motor of each group of cleaning devices to rotate around the supporting shaft; under the drive of the wire passing steel pipe, the conductive slip ring rotates to enable the driving motor to be in a power-on state and the problem of wire winding does not exist;
fourthly, when the cleaning shield below the coop leaves the supporting steel of the coop, the cleaning mechanism is in a parallel state with the coop; under the rotation of the conductive slip ring, the rotating plate is driven to rotate continuously through the wire passing steel pipe; when the cleaning shield of the reorganization cleaning device enters the lower part of the coop, the cleaning shield enters the positioning hole in the supporting shaft under the action of the positioning spring and the positioning steel ball; the rotating plate cannot rotate, so that the conductive slip ring is limited to rotate, and the lower chicken manure is continuously cleaned under the action of the driving motor after entering;
cleaning chicken manure below the coop for a time period, namely a chicken raising period, or one month for one time, or a self-timing period, wherein the chicken manure is dried during cleaning, so that a spiral shovel needs to be cleaned and rotates in a manner of being attached to the ground; the brush blocks the lower part of the chicken feather sundries outside the cleaning shield, so that the internal spiral conveying mechanism is prevented from winding the sundries or blocking the outlet of the conveying device; when most of the lower chicken manure is not formed into solid during cleaning, the brush is removed;
and fifthly, repeating the second step to the fourth step in a reciprocating mode, after cleaning is finished, conveying the chicken manure in the collecting box to a designated area, and then placing the cleaning device in the designated area.
By combining all the technical schemes, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the invention adopts two groups of spiral cleaning combinations, and the spiral cleaning combinations are alternated when obstacles happen, so that the excrement below the coop is conveyed to a transfer conveyor and falls into a collection box. The invention can clean at one time, has high efficiency and clean cleaning; meanwhile, the noise is low, the obstacle can be automatically avoided, and the labor intensity is reduced.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a chicken manure cleaning device and a control method thereof, and the invention is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 5, a cleaning device 7 of the chicken manure cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the invention is fixed on the ground 1, the cleaning device 7 is provided with a collecting box 3, a push-pull rod 2 is fixed on one side of the collecting box 3 through an auxiliary seat, and a universal roller support is arranged on the bottom side of the collecting box 3. The upper cover of the collecting box 3 is properly positioned and the upper side of the transfer screw mechanism 5 is fixed through the transfer auxiliary fixing seat 4, the motor is installed on the upper side of the transfer screw mechanism 5, and the outlet of the transfer screw mechanism 5 is communicated with the collecting box 3. The collecting box 3 is connected with the sweeping mechanism 6 through a fixing plate 6001, and the lower side of the transfer screw mechanism 5 is fixed on the fixing plate 6001.
As shown in fig. 4, the cleaning mechanism 6 provided in the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a support shaft 6002, the support shaft 6002 is fixed below a fixing plate 6001, a fixing plate 6003 is fixed on the support shaft 6002, and an inlet below a transfer screw mechanism 5 is arranged in the fixing plate 6003; the lower part of the support shaft 6002 is fixedly connected with the rotating plate 6007 through a bearing, a conductive slip ring 6013 is fixed at the shaft end of the support shaft 6002, the conductive slip ring 6013 is communicated with the wire passing steel pipe 6014, and the wire passing steel pipe 6014 is fixed on the rotating plate 6007; the support shaft 6002 is provided with a positioning concave hole, and the positioning concave hole faces to one side of the coop 8 just when the chicken coop is installed; the rotating plate 6007 is fixed with a positioning structure through a fixed seat, and the positioning structure consists of a positioning steel ball 6012 and a positioning spring 6011; a cleaning shield 6009 is fixed on the rotating plate 6007, a brush 6008 is fixed on the periphery of the cleaning shield 6009, a cleaning screw shovel 6010 is fixed inside the cleaning shield 6009 through a bearing, and a driven bevel gear 6004 is fixed after the shaft end of the cleaning screw shovel 6010 penetrates through the cleaning shield 6009; a driving motor 6006 is fixed on the rotating plate 6007 through a bracket, a driving bevel gear 6005 is fixed at the motor shaft end of the driving motor 6006, and the driving bevel gear 6005 is in meshing transmission with the driven bevel gear 6004.
The motor and the spring related to the embodiment of the invention are both market-mature products, and can be purchased according to design requirements; the conductive slip ring 6013 is made of Mobil technology Limited, Shenzhen, model number MT 2069-ring number 2.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
(1) after the device is electrified, the driving motor 6006 and the rotating motor of the transfer screw mechanism 5 start to work; the cleaner pushes the cleaning device 7 to the area to be cleaned along one side of the passage at the lowest row of the coop 8 by using the push-pull rod 2.
(2) At the moment, under the action of a driving motor 6006, a driven bevel gear 6004 is driven to rotate by a driving bevel gear 6005, and then a cleaning spiral shovel 6010 is driven to rotate; under the action of inertia of an object, chicken manure on the ground 1 enters an inclined plane of the cleaning spiral shovel 6010, enters a spiral channel under the action of inertia and a curved surface, and then enters the fixed disc 6003 through an opening; after entering the fixed disc 6003, the chicken manure is conveyed into the collection box 3 under the action of the spiral transfer mechanism 5.
(3) The cleaning personnel push the push rod 2 to move the cleaning device 7 forward continuously, and the front part of the cleaning device meets the supporting steel of the coop 8; at this time, the cleaning guard 6009 is moved toward the person by the resistance; at this time, the positioning steel ball 6012 compresses the positioning spring 6011, so that the positioning steel ball 6012 is separated from the positioning concave hole on the support shaft 6002.
The cleaning shield 6009 rotates the rotation plate 6007; driving the driving motor 6006 of each group of sweeping devices to rotate around the supporting shaft 6002; under the drive of the wire passing steel pipe 6014, the conductive slip ring 6013 rotates to enable the driving motor 6006 to be in an electrified state and have no problem of wire winding.
(4) When the cleaning guard 6009 below the coop 8 is separated from the support steel, the cleaning mechanism 6 is now in a state parallel to the coop 8. Under the self rotation of the conductive slip ring 6013, the rotating plate 6007 is driven to continue rotating through the wire passing steel pipe 6014.
When the cleaning shield 6009 of the reorganization cleaning device enters the lower part of the coop, the cleaning shield enters the positioning hole on the supporting shaft 6002 under the action of the positioning spring 6011 and the positioning steel ball 6012, at this time, the rotating plate 6007 cannot rotate, the conductive slip ring 6013 is further limited from rotating, and the lower chicken manure is continuously cleaned under the action of the driving motor 6006 after entering the rotating plate 6007.
The chicken manure below the chicken coop 8 is cleaned generally for a time period, namely a chicken raising period, or one month for one time, or a self-timing period, and the chicken manure is dried during cleaning, so that the spiral shovel 6010 needs to be cleaned and rotates in a close-to-ground manner; the brush 6008 blocks sundries such as chicken feather at the lower part outside the cleaning shield 6009, so as to prevent the internal spiral conveying mechanism from winding the sundries or blocking the outlet of the conveying device; if most of the lower chicken droppings are not solid during cleaning, the brush 6008 can be removed.
(5) And (5) repeating the steps (2) to (4) repeatedly, after the cleaning is finished, conveying the chicken manure in the collecting box 3 to a designated area, and then placing the cleaning device in the designated area.
