Description

Solid aqueous particulate compositions for enhancing cosmetics and consumable liquids and methods of use thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates generally to solid aqueous particulate compositions for enhancing cosmetics and consumable liquids and methods of use thereof. Still further, the composition of the water-based solid aqueous particulate phase is configured to replace pure water in cosmetic and consumable liquids with the solid aqueous particulate composition while maintaining at least one inherent component in the cosmetic and consumable liquids substantially the same, whereby the solid aqueous particulate is a distinct phase of water capable of triggering self-healing and providing countless other health benefits to the human body, and thus, the replacement of pure water by the solid aqueous particulate enhances the cosmetic and consumable liquids.
Background
The following background information provides examples of certain aspects of the prior art (e.g., without limitation, methods, facts, or common sense) and should not be construed as a recitation, implication, or projection of limitations or embodiments of the invention, but is to be taken as an aid to the reader in furthering understanding of such other aspects of the prior art.
Generally, cosmetics are substances or products used to enhance the appearance or fragrance of the human body. Most cosmetics are designed to be applied to the face and hair. Cosmetics are typically mixtures of chemical compounds; some from natural products (e.g. coconut oil) and some from synthesis. Common cosmetics include lipsticks, mascaras, eye shadows, foundations, blushes, skin cleansers, skin lotions, shampoos, hair products, perfumes, and colognes.
It is well known that water clusters and methods of making and using them are well known in the art. They are disclosed, for example, in the first international conference on physical, chemical and biological properties of water particles published by the world science press, edited by b.bonavita, s.y.lo, 1997, U.S. patent No. 5,800,576; 5,997,590, respectively; U.S. patent application publication 2006/0110418, international patent application publication WO 2009/04912, U.S. patent application publication 2005/0270896, U.S. patent No. 6,487,994, U.S. patent application publication 2004/0025416.
It is well known that there is an aqueous or water phase comprising water molecules that become solid at room temperature. In this state, the liquid phase of water can in certain cases condense into tiny solid water particles. The surface energy and filtering capacity of the solid water particles are increased, and the self-healing process of the body is promoted. Further, as is known to those skilled in the art, solid water particles are present in pure water, the particles themselves being prepared from pure water. The water composition is free of additives or any additional chemical compounds. Is ultra pure, has fewer contaminants, and is many times cleaner than distilled or pure water. The purity and greater surface area of the solid water particles can enhance cosmetic and health benefits.
Other compositions currently exist that are directed to enhancing cosmetics and consuming liquids. These compositions have problems in that solid water particles are not used instead of pure water, and in addition, the inherent ingredients are changed. Although the above cited enhanced compositions meet some of the needs of the market, there is still a need for compositions based on a solid aqueous particulate phase of water to be added to cosmetics and consumable liquids by replacing or not replacing the water in the cosmetics and consumable liquids, while maintaining at least one of the ingredients inherent in the cosmetics and consumable liquids substantially the same.

In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1-3, a solid water particulate composition 100 and method of use 300 thereof is used to enhance a cosmetic product 200 and a consumable liquid 202 comprising at least one inherent ingredient 104. The solid aqueous particulate composition 100, hereinafter "composition 100", is a solid aqueous particulate phase derived at least in part from water.
In one embodiment, the composition 100 may replace substantially pure water 106 in the cosmetic product 200 and the consumable liquid 202. Thus, while composition 100 may or may not replace pure water 106, at least one inherent component 104 in cosmetic product 200 and consumable liquid 202 remains substantially the same. It is noteworthy, however, that the composition 100 may be added to the cosmetic product 200 and the consumable liquid 202 without removing the pure water 106.
Thus, in essence, the present invention achieves an enhancement of cosmetic product 200 and consumable liquid 202 that includes at least a portion of at least one inherent component 104 by replacing pure water in inherent component 104 with water comprised of solid water particles 102.
Referring to fig. 1, and as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art; there is an aqueous or water phase comprising water molecules that become solid at room temperature. In this state, the liquid phase of water may condense into tiny solid water particles 102 under certain circumstances. These solid water particles 102 have the effect of increasing the surface area and filtering capacity, which helps to trigger the self-healing process in the body. Thus, the present invention incorporates solid water particles 102 into cosmetic product 200 and consumable liquid 202 to achieve their benefits.
Further, those skilled in the art recognize that solid water particles 102 are present in pure water, and that the particles 102 themselves are made of pure water. There are no additives or any kind of added chemical compounds in such a water composition 100. The water composition 100 is ultra pure, typically many times cleaner and less contaminated than distilled or purified water. It is this purity and greater surface area provided by the solid water particles 102 that enables this enhanced cosmetic and health benefit.
Those skilled in the art will recognize that the water particles 102 in solid form are a distinct phase of water that can trigger self-healing and provide countless other health benefits to the body. The present invention takes advantage of the benefits of the solid water particles 102 by adding the composition 100 to the cosmetic product 200 or the consumable liquid 202 with or without replacement of pure water in the cosmetic product and consumable liquid to enhance the benefits of the cosmetic product 200 and consumable liquid 202.
Referring to fig. 1, solid water particles 102 used in composition 100 are water insoluble. The solid water particles 102 are composed of a compound having a solubility of less than 0.1% at 25 degrees celsius and atmospheric pressure. The solid water particles 102 have a size of 0.001 to 1000! Number average size of ITJTJ. One skilled in the art will recognize that the size of the particles 102 may be determined by transmission electron microscopy or by measuring the specific surface area by BET methods or using a laser particle sizer.
Referring to fig. 2, composition 100 may be present in place of or in place of substantially pure water 106 in cosmetic product 200. The cosmetic 200 includes a cosmetic mask. Thus, the composition 100 replaces pure water in a cosmetic mask. These masks are pure water, plus many natural plant ingredients, and chemicals. Each ingredient is beneficial to the skin, such as anti-aging, wrinkle reduction, and skin lightening. In other embodiments, however, cosmetic product 200 includes, but is not limited to, lipsticks, mascaras, eye shadows, foundations, blushes, skin cleansers, skin lotions, shampoos, hair products, perfumes, and colognes.
In one embodiment, the composition of the cosmetic mask comprises at least one of: pure water; plants such as aloe, mulberry; plant extracts, such as rosemary extract, horsetail extract, pine cone extract, lemon extract, borage extract, ginkgo biloba extract; animal extracts, such as honey, beeswax; herbal medicines such as ginseng; chemicals, such as titanium dioxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide; trace elements such as zinc, selenium; vitamins, such as vitamin C, vitamin B, vitamin E; an amino acid; an enzyme; an algal yeast complex. The pure water is substantially replaced by the composition 100 while the other components remain substantially the same. In this way, the benefits of the solid water particles 102 can be realized in a cosmetic mask.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, composition 100 is present in place of, or in place of, substantially pure water 106 in a cosmetic product 200, such as a cream or mask. Thus, composition 100 replaces pure water 106 in cosmetic product 200. Those skilled in the art will recognize that creams typically include a variety of substances that purportedly promote skin health. The cream typically includes a large amount of pure water 106, plus many natural plant ingredients and chemicals. Each of these ingredients produces beneficial effects on the skin such as anti-aging, wrinkle reduction and skin lightening.
In one embodiment, the composition 104 in the cosmetic cream includes at least one of: 106 parts of pure water; anti-aging ingredients, aloe, Omega III, lecithin, anti-wrinkle ingredients: coconut oil, almond oil; antioxidant ingredients: coenzyme Q10; vitamins a, B, C, D, E; minerals: boron, calcium, chromium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, potassium, selenium, silicon dioxide, vanadium, zinc; perfumes, such as rose extracts; and a preservative. The pure water is substantially replaced by the composition 100 while the other components remain substantially the same. In this way, the cosmetic cream is able to achieve the benefits of the solid water particles 102.
In one embodiment, the composition 100 replaces pure water in the consumable liquid 202. However, as described above, the composition 100 is added to the cosmetic product 200 and the liquid 202 is consumed without removing the pure water 106.
The consumable liquid 202 includes, but is not limited to, health drinks, herbal liquids, and organic liquids. The consumable liquid typically includes pure water 106, plus at least one inherent component 104, including natural plant components and chemicals. Each component 104 provides a beneficial effect to the body when in use. The pure water 106 is substantially replaced by the solid water particles 102 in the composition 100, while the other components remain substantially the same. In this way, the spent liquid 202 is able to realize the benefits of the solid water particles 102.
An exemplary consumable liquid is a vitamin C beverage, which consists of solid water particles 102 and water with dissolved vitamin C. The beverage contains only herbs, such as: ginseng, ginseng; american ginseng: american ginseng; and eucommia ulmoides bark. Such herbal beverages, including various herbs, have certain therapeutic effects on diseases such as gout, migraine, arthritis, arthralgia, dementia, alzheimer's disease, tumor, rheumatoid arthritis, neck pain, back pain, cholesterol, hypertension, hyperglycemia, or any chronic disease. The solid water particles 102 in the composition 100 further enhance these medical benefits.
Yet another example of a consumable liquid is a ten herb beverage. Codonopsis pilosula, bighead atractylodes rhizome, poria cocos, liquorice, angelica sinensis, ligusticum wallichii, radix paeoniae alba, prepared rhizome of rehmannia, astragalus membranaceus and cortex cinnamomi. Similarly, pure water is essentially replaced by the composition 100, while the ten herbs remain essentially the same. In this way, a ten herb beverage can achieve the benefits of the solid water particles 102.
In an alternative embodiment, the composition 100 can be added to an organic liquid or even a non-consumable liquid to form a new class of solid water particles-organic liquids. These organic liquids and non-consumable liquids include, but are not limited to: alcoholic beverages such as alcoholic beverages, white spirit, wine and beer; an organic solvent; liquid fuels, such as heavy oil, diesel, gasoline, jet fuel; and paint. It is noted, however, that the present invention enables the replacement of pure water 106 in a cosmetic-related item or liquid containing at least a portion of water with the solid aqueous particulate composition 100.
Fig. 3 shows a flow diagram of an exemplary method 300 of replacing pure water with a solid water particulate composition 100 to enhance a cosmetic product 200 and consume a liquid. The method 300 is based on a solid aqueous particulate phase of water. In one embodiment, the composition 100 replaces the cosmetic product 200 and consumes pure water in the liquid.
In one embodiment, composition 100 replaces pure water with solid water particles 102, while the other ingredients in cosmetic product 200 and the consumable liquid remain substantially the same. Thus, in essence, method 300 is capable of forming an enhanced cosmetic product 200 made from natural ingredients 104 and a consumable liquid from water containing solid water particles 102 in a manner that either replaces or does not replace pure water 106 in natural ingredients 104.
An initial step 302 of method 300 includes providing a cosmetic product 200, cosmetic product 200 including substantially pure water 106 and at least one inherent component 104. In an alternative step, the spent liquid 202 comprises substantially pure water 106 and at least one inherent component 104. In one embodiment, the cosmetic product 200 is a mask or cream and the consumable liquid is an herbal drink.
Step 304 includes at least partially removing substantially pure water 106 from cosmetic product 200. In an alternative embodiment, the step includes removing substantially pure water 106 from the spent liquid 202. The initial stages of preparation, cosmetic product 200 and consumable liquid 202 contain large amounts of pure water 106. However, in alternative embodiments of the present invention, pure water 106 in cosmetic product 200 or consumable liquid 202 is not removed.
However, in other embodiments, the composition 100 may be added to the cosmetic product 200 and the consumable liquid 202 without removing the pure water 106. For example, the solid water particulate composition 100 is added to an alcoholic beverage. It has been found experimentally that most consumers find the taste to be better and possibly healthier. Here, the water 106 is not removed from the alcoholic drink.
Another example is the direct addition of the solid water particulate composition 100 to gasoline. The water 106 is also not removed here, since the water in gasoline is in any case very small. In yet another example, for a cosmetic mask, the pure water 106 is first removed in a conventional cosmetic mask before adding the solid water particle composition 100.
The method further includes the step 306 of maintaining at least one inherent component 104 in the cosmetic product 200 substantially the same. As described below, the state of the natural ingredients 104 are maintained by minimizing manipulation of the cosmetic product 200 when the solid water particulate composition 100 is added. In an alternative embodiment, the steps include maintaining at least one intrinsic constituent 104 in the spent liquid 202 substantially the same. The inherent ingredients 104 include any of the vitamins, herbs and solvents used in the prior art for the cosmetic product 200 and the consumable liquid 202.
In one embodiment, step 308 comprises adding the solid water particle composition 100 to the cosmetic product 200. In an alternative embodiment, the steps include adding the solid water particle composition 100 to the spent liquid 202. The solid water particle composition 100 includes solid water particles 102.
A final step 310 includes enhancing at least one health benefit of the cosmetic product 200 by adding the solid water particle composition 100. In an alternative embodiment, the step includes enhancing at least one health benefit of consuming the liquid 202 by adding a solid water particulate composition. Thus, in essence, the present invention replaces pure water 106 in the natural composition 104 with water consisting of solid water particles 102.
Since many modifications, variations and changes in detail can be made to the described preferred embodiment of the invention, it is intended that all matter contained in the foregoing description and shown in the accompanying drawings shall be interpreted as illustrative and not in a limiting sense. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be determined by the appended claims and their legal equivalents.
