Example 1
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a transaction object transfer method provided in an embodiment of the present specification.
As shown in fig. 2, the easy object transfer method in the embodiment of the present specification includes the following steps:
step S201, transaction object transfer information is identified from the mutual information of both transaction parties.
In the embodiment of the application, the transaction object may be a physical object, such as a book, clothes, an electric appliance, etc.; or a virtual item, for example, an account having a predetermined use range, such as a recharge account, a member account, a prepaid card, etc.
The transfer process of the transaction object can be a process of purchasing the transaction object, and can also be a process of refunding after purchasing the transaction object.
The purchase transaction object may be a direct purchase transaction object, or may be obtained by exchanging other articles in the form of barter.
The process of refunding after purchasing the transaction object can be refunding and refunding after receiving the transaction object, or only refunding when not receiving the transaction object.
It should be noted that the return goods and the refund in the embodiment of the present specification may be all or part of the refund.
In the embodiment of the present application, the transaction object transfer information includes information related to the whole transfer process of the transaction object, for example, information generated before the transfer, information generated in the transfer process, and information generated after the transfer is completed.
Specifically, the information generated before the transfer includes information related to the purchase amount of the transaction object, such as the purchase amount, offer information at the time of purchase, transportation fees, and the like, and also includes information related to performance parameters of the transaction object, such as the structure, performance, transportation mode, usage method, life span, storage mode, after-sales repair, and the like of the transaction object.
The information generated during the transfer process includes information related to the shipment of the transaction object, such as information related to the shipment generated during the shipment.
The information generated after the transfer is completed includes information related to refund of the transaction object, such as reason of refund, refund amount, loss compensation, refund spread, and the like, and information related to refund of the transaction object, such as whether refund is required, reason of refund, damage degree of the transaction object, scheme of refund, and the like.
In some embodiments, the identification of the transaction object transfer information from the mutual information of the two transaction parties may be carried out by identifying a preset keyword from the transaction information of the two transaction parties, for example, when the preset keyword is included in the mutual information, the mutual information is determined as the transaction object transfer information.
The transaction object transfer information may also be identified from the transaction information of both transaction parties by identifying a preset operation, for example, when it is monitored that the preset operation is executed, it is determined that the interaction information of both subsequent transaction parties is the transaction object transfer information.
Step S203, judging whether the two transaction parties agree on the transfer of the transaction object according to the content of the transaction object transfer information.
In the embodiment of the application, the agreement on the transfer of the transaction object may be agreement on the purchase of the transaction object, or agreement on the refund after the purchase of the transaction object.
Specifically, the agreement on the purchase of the transaction object includes at least one of agreement on whether to purchase the transaction object, agreement on an amount of money to purchase the transaction object, agreement on a transaction manner to purchase the transaction object, and agreement on an after-sale agreement to purchase the transaction object.
The agreement on the refund after the purchase of the transaction object includes at least one of agreement on whether the refund is made, agreement on the amount of the refund, agreement on whether the refund is required, and agreement on the refund method.
Wherein the goods return requirement includes at least one of goods return, no goods return, total goods return transaction object and partial goods return transaction object
The agreement on the amount of the refund includes at least one of a full refund, a partial refund, a refund spread, an indemnity loss, and the like.
In some embodiments, the determining whether the two parties agree with the transfer of the transaction object according to the content of the transaction object transfer information may be determining whether the two parties agree with the transfer of the transaction object according to the graphics and text information in the transaction object transfer information.
Specifically, the preset information related to the consensus is identified from the transaction object transfer information through a character identification technology or an image identification technology, and whether the two transaction parties agree with the transfer of the transaction object is judged according to the preset information related to the consensus.
For example, the preset information related to consensus may be a preset character or picture for indicating agreement, and if the character or picture for indicating agreement is recognized, the information indicates that the two parties of the transaction agree on the transfer of the transaction object.
In some embodiments, the determining whether the two trading parties agree on the transfer of the trading object according to the content of the trading object transfer information may be determining whether the two trading parties agree on the transfer of the trading object according to the information content related to the operation of the two trading parties in the trading object transfer information.
For example, the operation information during the interaction may include feedback speeds of the two parties of the transaction, the preset consensus rule includes preset feedback time, and if it is monitored that the feedback time of the one party of the transaction to the other party exceeds the preset feedback time, it is determined that the two parties of the transaction do not agree on the transfer of the transaction object.
And step S205, if not, extracting the literal information reflecting the trading intention of the two trading parties from the trading object transfer information.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the transaction intention of the transaction partner may be a transaction intention related to purchasing the transaction object, or may be a transaction intention related to refund after purchasing the transaction object.
Specifically, when the transaction intention of the transaction partner is a transaction intention related to the purchase of the transaction object, the transaction intention may be at least one of an intention related to the amount of money for the purchase of the transaction object, an intention related to the purchase manner for the purchase of the transaction object, an intention related to the offer for the purchase of the transaction object, and an intention related to the after-sale of the transaction object.
When the transaction intention of the transaction partner is a transaction intention related to a refund after purchasing the transaction object, the transaction intention may be at least one of a transaction intention related to a refund and a transaction intention related to a refund amount.
Wherein the transaction intention related to the goods return comprises at least one of goods return, no goods return, total goods return transaction objects and partial goods return transaction objects
The transaction intent associated with the refund amount includes at least one of a full refund, a partial refund, a refund spread, an indemnity loss, and the like.
In some embodiments, the extracting of the semantic information reflecting the transaction intention of the two parties from the transaction object transfer information may be identifying relevant pictures or characters from the transaction object transfer information by image identification technology or character identification technology, and extracting the semantic information reflecting the transaction intention of the two parties from the identified pictures or characters.
For example, when the transaction intention of the two parties to the transaction is a transaction intention related to purchasing the transaction object, a related picture is identified from the transaction object transition information through an image identification technology, and the semantic information reflecting the transaction intentions of the two parties to the transaction is extracted from the identified picture, wherein the semantic information comprises: and identifying a discount information screenshot sent by the buyer to the seller from the transaction object transfer information through an image identification technology, and extracting discount information which can be obtained when the buyer buys the transaction object from the discount information screenshot as literal information of the transaction intention of the buyer.
When the transaction intentions of the two parties to trade are related to the purchase of the transaction object, the related characters are identified from the transaction object transfer information through the character identification technology, and the character information reflecting the transaction intentions of the two parties to trade is extracted according to the identified characters, wherein the character information can be: the purchase amount of the transaction object sent by both parties is identified from the transaction object transfer information by the character identification technology, and the purchase amount of both parties is extracted as the character information of the transaction intention of both parties.
For another example, when the transaction intention of the two parties to the transaction is a transaction intention related to a refund after purchasing the transaction object, a related picture is identified from the transaction object transfer information by an image identification technology, and the semantic information reflecting the transaction intentions of the two parties to the transaction is extracted from the identified picture, wherein the semantic information includes: and identifying a transaction object damage condition photo sent to a seller by a buyer from the transaction object transfer information through an image identification technology, and extracting literal information of the buyer requiring return goods as a transaction intention of the buyer from the photo.
When the transaction intentions of the two parties to trade are related to the return goods after the transaction object is purchased, the related characters are identified from the transaction object transfer information through a character identification technology, and the character meaning information reflecting the transaction intentions of the two parties to trade is extracted according to the identified characters, wherein the character meaning information comprises: and identifying refund amount transmitted by both parties from the transaction object transfer information through a character identification technology, and extracting the refund amount of both parties as the character information of the transaction intention of both parties.
And step S207, operating a transaction object transfer rule by using the literal information to obtain a transfer recommendation strategy of the transaction object.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the transaction object migration rule includes a rule for determining a migration recommendation policy for the transaction object according to the semantic information.
In some embodiments, the trading object rule may be a transfer recommendation policy for determining a trading object based on the semantic information of both parties of the trading, or may be a transfer recommendation policy for determining a trading object based on the semantic information of any one party of the trading.
For example, when the transaction object rule is a migration recommendation policy for determining a transaction object according to the semantic information of both parties of the transaction, and the acquired semantic information of both parties of the transaction is the purchase amount of the transaction item provided by both parties of the transaction, the migration recommendation policy for operating the transaction object migration rule to obtain the transaction object by using the semantic information may be a migration recommendation policy for taking an average value as the purchase recommendation amount according to the purchase amount of the transaction item provided by both parties of the transaction, and further taking the purchase recommendation amount as the transaction object.
When the transaction object rule is a transfer recommendation policy for determining the transaction object according to the literal information of any one party in the transaction, the obtained literal information of one party in the transaction is the seller's claim loss when the buyer returns the goods, and the transfer recommendation policy for operating the transaction object transfer rule by using the literal information to obtain the transaction object can be that the seller's claim loss is determined as a transfer recommendation policy according to the seller's claim loss information when the buyer returns the goods.
In the embodiment of the description, the transfer recommendation policy includes a policy for transfer of the transaction object recommended to the two transaction parties, so that the two transaction parties can refer to the transfer recommendation policy, and if the two transaction parties do not agree, the two transaction parties can be promoted to agree, so that the execution efficiency of the subsequent transaction process is improved.
In the embodiment of the description, transaction object transfer information is identified from the interaction information of both transaction parties; judging whether the two transaction parties agree on the transfer of the transaction object according to the content of the transaction object transfer information; if not, extracting the literal information reflecting the transaction intention of both transaction parties from the transaction object transfer information; the literal information is used for operating the transaction object transfer rule to obtain the transfer recommendation strategy of the transaction object, the manual operation of both transaction parties in the transaction process is reduced by automatically generating the transfer recommendation strategy, the processing efficiency is improved, the transaction experience of both transaction parties is further improved, meanwhile, the transfer recommendation strategy is generated based on the content identification of the interactive information, so that the generated transfer recommendation strategy is closer to the requirements of both transaction parties, and the success rate of transaction is effectively improved.
Example 2
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a transaction object transfer method provided in an embodiment of the present specification.
As shown in fig. 3, the transaction object transfer method in the embodiment of the present specification includes the following steps:
step S301, obtaining the interaction information
In some embodiments, the obtaining of the interaction information may be receiving the interaction information from a third party before the transaction object transfer information is identified from the interaction information of the transaction parties.
In particular, the received interaction information may be from a transaction platform executing the transaction, or may be received from an application associated with the transaction platform, or may be from another platform or application capable of providing interaction information related to the transfer of the transaction object between the transaction parties.
In some embodiments, the obtaining of the interaction information may be monitoring the interaction information of the two transaction parties before the transaction object transfer information is identified from the interaction information of the two transaction parties.
In the embodiment of the specification, the interaction of the two transaction parties can be monitored when the two transaction parties carry out information interaction, so that the interaction information can be acquired in real time.
For example, when an interactive window is displayed to one party of the transaction based on the operation of the other party of the transaction, the monitoring of information interaction between the two parties of the transaction is started.
In some embodiments, in order to be able to identify more effective information from the transaction object transfer information to improve the accuracy of the obtained transfer recommendation policy, the transaction object transfer method in an embodiment of the present specification further includes: when the request transfer information aiming at the transaction object is monitored, transfer guide information is displayed to the transaction parties according to the request transfer information, so that the transaction parties can interact with the transfer of the transaction object based on the transfer guide information.
The transfer guide information is used for guiding the transaction parties to interact with preset specific information in the transfer of the transaction object, for example, guiding the transaction parties to interact with information of the amount of the transaction object or guiding the transaction parties to interact with the refund amount of the transaction object.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the transfer guidance information may be a dialog box including preset information, the dialog box is displayed to the two transaction parties when the two transaction parties perform information interaction, and the two transaction parties are guided to perform interaction with respect to the specific information through the preset information.
For example, the preset information may be information for requesting both parties to confirm the amount of money of the transaction target, or may be information for requesting both parties to confirm the offer information.
In some embodiments, in order to further improve the effective interaction between the two parties of the transaction and facilitate the efficiency of subsequent information extraction, the transfer guidance information may include an input box of specific information that needs to be input by the two parties of the transaction, so as to ensure that the specific information can be acquired from the interaction information.
For example, the transfer guidance information may include a refund amount to be input by both parties of the transaction, or may include a discount amount to be input by both parties of the transaction.
Specifically, for example, the refund amount is taken as an example, a dialog box can be displayed to a buyer, the dialog box comprises an input box for the buyer to input the refund amount, the refund amount is sent after the buyer inputs the refund amount, and the dialog box displayed to the seller comprises the refund amount input by the buyer, an input box for the seller to input the refund amount and an input box agreeing with the refund amount of the buyer, so that the seller can select to input the refund amount meeting the self requirement or agree with the refund amount provided by the buyer according to the self requirement to serve as feedback to the buyer.
In some embodiments, in order to conveniently monitor the interaction information of both parties of a transaction and ensure that the interaction information is completely acquired, the method for transferring a transaction object in an embodiment of the present specification further includes: when the request transfer information aiming at the transaction object is monitored, generating an interactive window; and displaying the interactive window to the two transaction parties for information interaction of the two transaction parties.
Specifically, the request transfer information for the transaction object includes request transfer information for the transaction object by any one of the two transaction parties.
The request transfer information includes information for determining that the user has an intention to transfer the transaction object.
For example, the transfer request information may be information generated by an operation of the buyer viewing the transaction object, information generated by an operation of the buyer consulting the transaction object, information generated by an operation of the buyer viewing the corresponding transaction record at the time of refund, or the like.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate information interaction between the two trading parties, the transfer guidance information may be displayed in an interaction window for interaction between the two trading parties.
Step S303, identifying transaction object transfer information from the interaction information of both transaction parties;
step S305, judging whether the two transaction parties agree on the transfer of the transaction object according to the content of the transaction object transfer information;
if not, go to step S307.
If yes, go to step S3011.
Step S307, extracting the literal information reflecting the trading intention of both trading parties from the trading object transfer information.
Step S309, operating a transaction object transfer rule by using the semantic information to obtain a transfer recommendation strategy of the transaction object.
The specific implementation of the steps S303 to S309 can refer to the steps S201 to S207 in embodiment 1, and details are not repeated here.
Step S3011, generating consensus information according to the consensus achieved by the two parties of the transaction, and using the consensus information as a transition recommendation policy of the transaction object.
In the embodiment of the present specification, if both trading parties agree on the transfer of the trading object, the identified agreement information is displayed to both trading parties, and after confirmation of both trading parties, the agreement information is used as a transfer recommendation policy.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the transfer recommendation policy, the transfer recommendation policy may be used for transferring the transaction object, such as generating a transaction order or a payment order.
In specific implementation, after the transfer recommendation strategy is obtained, the transfer recommendation strategy can be sent to a trading platform or a platform related to trading for generating a trading order; the transfer recommendation policy may be sent to a payment platform or a platform associated with payment for generating a payment order.
The transfer recommendation policy may also be used for other first-closing services, for example, if the obtained transfer recommendation policy is to purchase a transaction object for a certain amount of money, the requirement of the buyer may be identified according to the transfer recommendation policy, and then the goods or services related to the transaction object may be recommended to the buyer.
Example 3
In the trade dispute occurring in the process of returning goods, more than 70% of the complaints of the users are hoped to be settled by refunding, such as full refund, partial refund, extra compensation, etc., and the processing scheme at the present stage is usually to let the merchant select the full refund or reject the refund complaint by himself.
However, the processing scheme has obvious defects, when the user complaint is partial refund (for example, the automatic sales counter has more deductions), the merchant selects the full refund to damage the benefit of the merchant, the merchant refuses the refund to damage the benefit of the consumer, and no matter which choice can not balance the benefits of both parties, the trade dispute cannot be solved, and the trade experience of both parties is influenced. In the process of artificial communication, in order to guarantee the benefits of both trading parties, the trading parties are often least easy to reach a consensus, so that refunds are difficult to carry out, great loss is brought to both trading parties in terms of time, energy and materials, and extremely poor trading experience is caused.
Therefore, the method for transferring a transaction object provided in embodiment 3 of the present specification will be described with respect to the refund process of a transaction object based on embodiment 1.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a refund method for a transaction object according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the method for refunding a transaction object in the embodiment of the present specification includes the following steps:
and S401, monitoring the interaction information of both transaction parties.
In this embodiment of the present specification, when the return request information from the transaction party is identified, the interaction information of the transaction parties may be monitored.
For example, when the refund request information of the buyer is identified, an interactive window is generated, the interactive window is displayed to the two transaction parties, so that the two transaction parties can perform information interaction on the refund of the transaction object, and further the information interaction of the two transaction parties in the interactive window is monitored.
In some embodiments, in order to ensure that the refund amount can be effectively extracted in the subsequent process, the interactive window displayed to the transaction parties includes refund guiding information, and the refund guiding information is used for guiding the transaction parties to input respective refund amounts and guiding the transaction parties to feed back refund amounts input by the other parties.
Step S403, identifying refund amount information of the transaction object from the mutual information of the transaction parties.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the refund amount information of the easy object includes any information related to the refund amount.
Specifically, the refund amount information may include at least one of an amount of full refund, an amount of partial refund, an amount of refund spread, an amount of indemnity loss, and the like.
Step S405, judging whether the two parties of the transaction agree with the refund amount of the transaction object according to the content of the refund amount information of the transaction object.
If yes, go to step S407.
If not, step S409 is executed.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the predetermined information related to the consensus may be identified from the refund information through a text recognition technology or an image recognition technology, and whether the two parties of the transaction agree with the refund amount of the transaction object is determined according to the predetermined information related to the consensus.
Whether to achieve the consensus can also be judged through the feedback of the two transaction parties to the refund amount input by the other party in the refund guiding message.
For example, after the buyer selects the return, the buyer provides the refund amount through the refund guiding information and sends the refund amount to the seller, if the seller selects the agreement in the guiding information, the seller judges that the transaction parties agree with the refund amount provided by the buyer, if the seller refuses, the seller sends a new refund amount through the refund guiding information and sends the refund amount to the buyer, if the buyer selects the agreement in the guiding information, the transaction parties agree with the refund amount provided by the seller, if the buyer refuses, the buyer continues to provide the new refund amount through the refund guiding information, and the process is circulated.
The establishment of a refund communication mechanism between two parties in a transaction helps the two parties to quickly reach reasonable refund amount, and improves the efficiency and success rate of reaching consensus.
In some embodiments, to avoid invalid communication between two parties of a transaction and save time and cost, the method for transferring a transaction object provided in an embodiment of this specification further includes: when the number of times that the two transaction parties provide the refund quota exceeds the preset number of times is monitored, if the two transaction parties do not judge that the refund quota of the transaction object is agreed according to the content of the refund quota of the transaction object, the two transaction parties are judged not to agree with the refund quota of the transaction object.
For example, if the total number of times that the buyer and seller provided the refund amount through the refund guidance information exceeds 3 times and the buyer and seller do not recognize that both parties agree with each other, it is determined that both parties do not agree with the refund amount, and the following step S409 is continuously performed.
In the multi-round game interaction process of both transaction parties, if the agreement cannot be effectively achieved, the game interaction is stopped to execute the follow-up operation, so that the refund process is shortened, and the efficiency is improved.
Step S407, the refund amount agreed by the two transaction parties is used as the refund recommended amount of the transaction object.
Step S409, the refund amount provided by the two parties of the transaction is extracted from the refund amount information of the transaction object.
In some embodiments, in order to more efficiently determine the recommended refund amount meeting the requirements of both trading parties, the time-series refund amount provided by both trading parties can be respectively extracted from the refund amount information of the trading object.
For example, after the buyer provides the refund amount A1, the seller refuses and provides the refund amount B1, and the buyer continues to refuse and provide a new refund amount A2, at this time, the refund amounts provided by both parties of the transaction are respectively extracted, namely the refund amount A2 provided by the buyer and the refund amount B2 provided by the seller are respectively extracted.
Therefore, the refund amount is extracted based on the communication results of the transaction parties, the waste of the communication information of the transaction parties is avoided, and the subsequently determined refund recommendation strategy is more in line with the requirements of the transaction parties, so that the requirements of the transaction parties are more in line.
Step S4011, operating a transaction object transfer rule by using the extracted refund amount with time sequence behind that provided by the two transaction parties to obtain the refund recommendation amount of the transaction object.
In this illustrative embodiment, the tradeable object transfer rule is a rule for determining the refund amount of the tradeable object.
In some embodiments, the transaction object transfer rules include rules that determine a recommended refund amount based on historical refund information for a transaction object of the same type as the transaction object and refund amounts provided by both parties to the transaction.
The transaction object transfer method provided by the embodiment of the present specification further includes: and acquiring historical refund information of the transaction object of the same type as the transaction object.
And operating the transaction object transfer rule to determine the refund recommended quota of the transaction object by utilizing the extracted refund quota with the time sequence behind provided by the two transaction parties and the acquired historical refund information of the transaction object with the same type as the transaction object.
In specific implementation, historical refund information of both trading parties can be acquired from the trading platform, refund parameters of both trading parties are determined according to the historical refund information of both trading parties and a preset parameter determination rule, and further, refund recommended amount is determined according to the extracted refund amount with a later time sequence provided by both trading parties.
For example, the historical refund information includes at least one of a probability of a refund being approved, a period of the refund being approved, a refund amount, and a refund frequency.
Hereinafter, the return of a virtual good whose transaction object is a service life will be described in detail as an example.
The transaction object is a member account with a service life of 12 months, the purchase amount is 12 yuan, the account cannot be used continuously after the buyer uses the account for 2 months, the buyer requests goods return, the obtained refund amount proposed by the buyer is 12 yuan, and the refund amount provided by the seller is 8 yuan.
If the obtained historical refund information is that the probability that the buyer agrees to refund historically is 10%, and the probability that the seller agrees to refund historically is 20%, the refund parameter 1 of the buyer can be determined according to a preset parameter determination rule, the refund parameter of the seller is 0, and the determined refund recommended amount is 12 yuan.
If the obtained historical refund information is that the period of approving refund for buying is 1 day, and the period of approving refund for selling is 5 days, the refund parameter 0 of the buying party can be determined according to the preset parameter determination rule, the refund parameter of the selling party is 1, and then the determined refund recommended amount is 8 yuan.
Due to the fact that asymmetric information, different role positioning and psychological attributes of two trading parties have different influences on the bargaining and counter-pricing balancing result, the receiving degree of the determined refund recommended amount of the two trading parties can be effectively improved by determining the asymmetry of the respective pressures of the two trading parties and the preference of the two trading parties to negotiation income through acquiring historical refund information, and accordingly the success rate of refund is improved.
In specific implementation, historical refund information of the transaction object of the same type as the transaction object can be obtained from the transaction platform, a preset parameter determining rule is operated according to the historical refund information of the transaction object of the same type as the transaction object to determine refund parameters of both transaction parties, and then refund recommendation amount is determined according to the refund parameters of both transaction parties and the extracted refund amount with a later time sequence provided by both transaction parties.
The historical refund information of the transaction object of the same type as the transaction object may be historical refund information of the transaction object of the same type as the transaction object, which is provided by other transaction parties.
The following description will be made in detail by taking the return of the virtual good whose transaction object is a service life as an example.
If the historical refund information of the transaction object of the same type as the transaction object, provided by the other transaction parties, is 8-10 yuan, the refund parameter of the buyer can be determined to be 0.5 according to a preset parameter determination rule, the refund parameter of the seller is 1, and the determined refund recommended amount is 9 yuan.

The transaction object transfer method provided by the embodiment of the present specification further includes: and extracting the literal information reflecting the refund reason of the two transaction parties from the interactive information.
And operating the transaction object transfer rule to determine the refund recommended quota of the transaction object by utilizing the extracted refund quota with the time sequence behind provided by the transaction parties and the literal information reflecting the refund reason of the transaction parties.
In specific implementation, the chargeabout information reflecting the refund reason of both trading parties can be extracted from the interactive information, the refund parameters of both trading parties can be determined by running a preset parameter determination rule according to the extracted chargeabout information reflecting the refund reason of both trading parties, and the refund recommended amount can be further determined according to the refund parameters of both trading parties and the extracted refund amount with the time sequence behind that provided by both trading parties.
Wherein, the extracting of the literal information reflecting the reason of refund of both sides of transaction from the interactive information comprises: extracting literal information reflecting the refund reason of the two transaction parties from the image information contained in the interactive information by using an image recognition technology; and extracting at least one of the text information reflecting the reason of refund of both parties of the transaction from the text information contained in the interactive information by using a text recognition technology.
The semantic information reflecting the refund reason of both trading parties comprises at least one of the type of the trading object, the number of the trading objects, the damage degree of the trading object and the damage reason of the trading object.
For example, if the interactive information includes a picture of a damaged transaction object transmitted by the buyer, the type and damage level of the transaction object can be recognized from the picture by using an image recognition technique, and the recognized picture can be used as the literal information of the reason for the refund of the buyer.
In another example, if the interactive information includes a description of the damage of the transaction object transmitted by the buyer, the text information of the reason for the refund of the buyer can be obtained by extracting the type, damage degree and damage cause of the transaction object from the description by using a text recognition technique.
For another example, if the interactive information includes a picture of the status of the transaction object before the transaction sent by the seller, the image recognition technique can be used to recognize the type of the transaction object, the number of the transaction objects, and the fact that the transaction object is not damaged, from the picture, and the interactive information is used as the literal information of the seller's reason for the refund.
The following description will be made in detail by taking the return of the virtual good whose transaction object is a service life as an example.
If the semantic information extracted from the interactive information is a member account with a service life of 12 months, and the account cannot be used continuously after being used for 2 months, determining a refund parameter 1 of the buyer according to a preset parameter determination rule, wherein the refund parameter of the seller is 0, and further determining the refund recommended amount of money as 12 yuan.

In addition, when determining the refund parameter, the refund parameter may be determined based on at least one of the historical refund information of both parties to the transaction, the historical refund information of the transaction object of the same type as the transaction object, and the literal information reflecting the reason for refund of both parties to the transaction, or may be determined based on other information relating to refund of the transaction object.
The parameter determination rule in the embodiment of the present specification may be set according to actual needs.
And step S4013, the recommended refund amount is displayed to the two transaction parties for confirmation of the two transaction parties.
And S4015, after the two parties of the transaction confirm, generating a transfer order of the transaction object according to the recommended refund amount.
In the embodiment of the specification, the recommended refund amount confirmed by the two trading parties can be directly used for generating a refund order of a trading object on the trading platform, so that the trading platform can automatically execute refund trading, and the operation processes of the two trading parties are effectively shortened.
According to the transaction object transfer method provided by the embodiment of the specification, when the two transaction parties do not agree on refund of the transaction object, a communication mechanism is established for the two transaction parties by applying a game theory based on a dynamic game of bargaining and bargaining of the two transaction parties, and then a refund recommendation limit is automatically generated based on interaction information of the two transaction parties, so that the two transaction parties can quickly agree, benefits of the two transaction parties are maximally guaranteed, the refund success rate is improved, and transaction experience is further improved.

In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments can be referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the embodiments of the system, the apparatus, the device, and the non-volatile computer storage medium, since they correspond to the method, the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the partial description of the method embodiments.
The system, apparatus, device, and non-volatile computer storage medium and method provided in the embodiments of this specification correspond to each other, and they also have similar advantageous technical effects to the corresponding method.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the units may be implemented in one or more software and/or hardware when implementing the present application.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The application may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer.
