The content recorded in the job order may be set according to actual conditions, and the present application is not limited herein.
The attendant may be a worker who needs to complete a task described in the task work order. In the embodiment of the application, the on-duty personnel can be recorded in the task work order simultaneously with the tasks needing to be completed. The tasks in the task work order correspond to the operators on duty, so that the corresponding tasks to be completed by the operators on duty can be defined.
Step S12: and distributing the task work order to the on-duty personnel so that the on-duty personnel starts to execute the task based on the task work order.
In this embodiment, one job order may correspond to one person on duty. And distributing the acquired task work order to corresponding on-duty personnel, wherein the on-duty personnel can start to execute the task based on the content recorded in the task work order.
In another embodiment, one task work order may correspond to a plurality of operators on duty, and the obtained task work order is distributed to the corresponding plurality of operators on duty. The task work order can record a plurality of tasks to be completed, and each task corresponds to one or more operators on duty, so that the labor division of the operators on duty is more clear, and the work efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the terminal device may transmit the task work order to the information terminal of the attendant, and the information terminal of the attendant may prompt the attendant to complete the content recorded in the task work order on time after receiving the task work order.
Step S13: and acquiring task completion information uploaded by the on-duty personnel, and updating the task state of the task work order to be completed based on the task completion information.
After the assigned task is determined, the person on duty can complete the task indicated by the task work order, and the completed information is uploaded to the terminal equipment through the information terminal after the task is completed, so that the state of the task work order is updated to be completed.
In one embodiment, the tasks in the task work order may be segmented, and after the person on duty completes a certain segment of tasks in the task work order, the completed part of information may be uploaded, so as to update the task state of the certain segment of tasks in the task work order to be completed.
For example: the total task recorded in the task order is a, wherein the total task may be divided into different branch tasks, such as a first branch task a1, a second branch task a2, a third branch task A3, and the like. When the attendant completes the first branch task A1, the status of the first branch task A1 of the task work order may be updated to completed.

By the aid of the method, the task work order processing method can intelligently allocate the task work orders to corresponding operators on duty, quality of task allocation is guaranteed, and convenience and rapidness are achieved. And the state of the task work order can be updated according to the task completion information uploaded by the on-duty personnel, so that the task condition can be known in real time, the work becomes simple and clear, the labor cost is reduced, and the work efficiency is improved.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of step S11 in the task work order processing method shown in fig. 1.
Specifically, the method may include the following steps S111 to S114:
step S111: and acquiring the equipment state of the equipment according to a preset period, wherein the equipment state comprises an equipment abnormal state and/or an equipment updating state.
The preset period may be set according to different application scenarios, for example, the preset period may be one hour or thirty minutes. The state information of the device may be acquired one or more times when the condition of the preset period is satisfied. The apparatus may be an apparatus for producing products or the like, i.e. an apparatus for producing different products from different materials.
The abnormal state is a state that the amount of the consumed materials stored in the equipment is smaller than the preset consumed materials, or the type of the consumed materials required by the equipment is different from the preset consumed materials and needs to be replaced in time.
The equipment updating state is information of the state of the residual materials or the consumed materials in the equipment after the equipment finishes working within a certain period of time, or information of the amount of the materials consumed by the equipment finishing working within a certain period of time.
Step S112: and acquiring the processing consumption material of the equipment by using the equipment state.
After the state information of the equipment is acquired, the consumed materials required by the equipment to complete the work can be acquired according to the state of the equipment. For example, the process consumables of a plant may be derived based on the relationship between the consumables actually required by the plant to perform a job and the remaining supplies in the plant.
Step S113: and generating a task work order based on the processing consumption materials of the equipment.
After determining the processing consumable materials of the equipment, a task work order may be generated based on the processing consumable materials of the equipment. For example, when the consumable material needs to be replaced, it can be specified in the generated task order that: the first consumable material is replaced with a second consumable material, etc. When the consumable material needs to be added, the method can be specified in the generated task work order: a preset amount of consumable material is added.
Step S114: and allocating the current on-duty personnel according to the task work order.
The content of step S114 is the same as that of step S13, and is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of another embodiment of step S11 in the task work order processing method shown in fig. 1. The present application may also adopt the embodiment shown in fig. 3 to implement step S11, specifically including step S211 to step S214:
step S211: and monitoring whether the equipment generates a preset equipment state, wherein the equipment state comprises an equipment abnormal state and/or an equipment updating state.
In this embodiment, whether the device generates a preset device state may be monitored in real time. Or periodically monitoring whether the device generates a preset device state.
The abnormal state is a state that the amount of the consumed materials stored in the equipment is smaller than the preset consumed materials, or the type of the consumed materials required by the equipment is different from the preset consumed materials and needs to be replaced in time.
The equipment updating state is the state information of the residual materials or the consumed materials in the equipment after the equipment finishes working within a certain period of time. Or the amount of material consumed by the equipment to complete work within a certain period of time.
Step S212: and if so, acquiring the processing consumption materials of the equipment by using the equipment state.
And if the monitoring equipment generates a preset equipment state, acquiring the consumed materials required by the equipment by using the equipment state. For example, the process consumables of a plant may be derived based on the relationship between the consumables actually required by the plant to perform a job and the remaining supplies in the plant.
Step S213: and generating a task work order based on the processing consumption materials of the equipment.
Step S214: and allocating the current on-duty personnel according to the task work order.
The content of step S214 is the same as that of step S13, and is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of the task work order processing method shown in fig. 1 after step S12. In an embodiment, the embodiment shown in fig. 4 may be adopted to present the steps after step S12, and specifically include step S141 to step S144:
step S141: and creating an execution timer, and updating the task state of the task work order to start execution.
In the present embodiment, the execution timer may be generated by code. After the task work order is distributed to the on-duty personnel, the on-duty personnel can complete the corresponding task based on the task work order, at the moment, the task state of the task work order can be updated to be the starting execution, and meanwhile, the execution timer is started.
Step S142: and calculating the execution time length of the task work order through the execution timer.
The execution time of the task work order can be calculated in real time through the execution timer, namely, the time spent from the update of the task state of the task work order to the start of execution to the current stage is calculated in real time.
Step S143: and judging whether the execution time length exceeds an execution time length threshold value preset by the task work order.
In one embodiment, the execution duration threshold for the task work order may be set while the task work order is generated. The execution duration threshold may be a duration expected to be required to complete the task work order. The preset execution time threshold is set according to an actual task, and the application is not limited herein.
Step S144: and if so, updating the task state of the task work order to be overtime.
When the task in the executed task work order exceeds the preset execution time threshold of the task work order, the on-duty personnel cannot complete the task within the specified time. At this time, the status of the task work order may be updated to a time-out status to remind the attendant.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of another embodiment after step S12 in the task work order processing method shown in fig. 1. In another implementation, the embodiment shown in fig. 5 may also be used to present the steps after step S12, specifically including steps S241 to S243:
step S144: and obtaining the application delay information uploaded by the operator on duty.
In this embodiment, the time length required for completing the task work order may be set at the same time when the task work order is generated, wherein the preset execution time length threshold may be set according to an actual task. After the person on duty checks the content on the task work order, whether delay is required to be applied or not can be judged according to actual conditions. For example: and the attendant can upload the delay information to apply for delay when judging that the task in the task work order is difficult to complete within the preset execution time threshold. At the moment, the terminal can acquire the information of application delay uploaded by the attendant.
Step S144: and checking whether the application delay information is legal or not.
After receiving the information of application delay uploaded by the attendant, the attendant can check whether the information of application delay is legal or not. For example, it is checked whether the application delay information does not satisfy the application delay condition, the application delay information is incorrect, or the task described in the task order is difficult to be completed within a predetermined time.
Step S144: and if so, adjusting a preset execution time threshold of the task work order based on the application delay information, and updating the task state of the task work order into a delay state.
When the application delay information is judged to be in a legal state, the preset execution duration threshold value of the task work order can be adjusted based on the application delay information. For example, adjusting the preset execution time threshold of the task work order may include: and increasing an execution time threshold required for completing the task, and updating the task state of the task work order into a postponed state.
In an embodiment, under the condition that the checking application delay information is illegal, whether the execution time length exceeds an execution time length threshold value preset by the task work order is directly judged. And if so, updating the task state of the task work order to be overtime.
And after the delay information is checked, when the application delay information is judged to be in an illegal state, further judging whether the time length of executing the task of the task work order exceeds the execution time length threshold value set by the task work order. And if so, updating the task state of the task work order to be overtime.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of step S13 in the task work order processing method shown in fig. 1. The present application may also adopt the embodiment shown in fig. 6 to implement step S13, specifically including step S131 to step S133:
step S131: and acquiring task completion information uploaded by the on-duty personnel, and updating the task state of the task work order into a to-be-checked state based on the task completion information.
After the task is completed, the on-duty worker can upload the information of the completed task, and at this time, the on-duty worker can be understood to have completed the task required to be completed in the task work order. The terminal can update the state of the task work order to be a to-be-checked state based on the uploaded information. And when the task state is updated to be the state to be checked, checking and accepting information can be simultaneously prompted to the checking and accepting personnel.
Step S132: and acquiring the acceptance opinion information of the acceptance personnel.
The acceptance personnel may be quality auditors for the task. The checking and accepting personnel can check the task completion condition based on the task completion information uploaded by the on-duty personnel and upload the proposed checking and accepting opinions. The terminal can obtain the acceptance opinion information uploaded by the acceptance personnel.
And under the condition that the acceptance opinion information is that the acceptance fails, updating the task state of the task work order into the acceptance fails, and sending the acceptance opinion information to the on-duty personnel so that the on-duty personnel can execute the task of the task work order again.
Step S133: and updating the task state of the task work order to be completed under the condition that the acceptance opinion information is that the acceptance passes.
When the acceptance opinion information is acceptance, the task recorded by the task work order can be determined to be completed, and the state of the task work order can be updated to be completed.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the task work order processing method can intelligently allocate the task work orders to corresponding operators on duty, ensures the quality of task allocation, and is convenient and quick.
