Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of data storage and transmission, in particular to a time post office operation system and a using method thereof, wherein the operation system comprises a core control system, a terminal server, an advertising end, an operation use client and an offline operation end; the core control system is used for controlling and operating the client to send the data to be stored by the client to the terminal server, and controlling the terminal server to send the data to the address or APP set by the client on time according to the time set by the client. The method changes the condition that most of the existing websites or apps store letters required by customers in a text or sound mode, and increases the mode of recording videos; the online and offline synchronous operation can be realized, and the popularization and the propagation are facilitated; the method has the characteristics of privacy protection; for the client to open letters, the comment can be made according to the client requirement to show encouragement or comfort; the mental pressure of people at present can be relieved, the feelings among relatives and friends can be enhanced, and the experience pleasure can be improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of data storage and transmission, in particular to a time post office operation system and a using method thereof.
Background
With the development of the times, more and more people begin to try a fresh entertainment life style, and the current mainstream social tools are used for recording the current life and making the current people or the later people turn over the current life style. However, as time goes on, people sometimes need to leave something for themselves or others in the future, for example, a target needs to be set for themselves in the beginning of the year, and the goal can be realized when the end of the year is expected; a video is left with loved people and watched when the people are old; or leave some words for own children, tell children when the children grow up, and the like. At present, social tools focusing on future time are not available in the market, and individual small websites can only record in a simple text mode and do not have video files. The simple online website or app is not beneficial to popularization and propagation in life, and good economic value cannot be obtained from the website or app.

the offline operator is used for the client offline experience.
Further, the offline operation end comprises an independent space place, tablet computer hardware arranged in the independent space place, a displayable device and an offline operation team.
A use method of a time post office operation system comprises an online experience and an offline experience, wherein the online experience comprises the following specific steps:
firstly, running an APP program by using a client through operation;
writing characters or videos on an operation client, and setting time and addresses;
thirdly, the client control core control system is used for sending the data to be stored into the terminal server through operation;
and fourthly, after the set time is reached, the core control system controls the terminal server to send the client data to the address set by the client.
Further, the specific steps of the offline experience are as follows:
(1) firstly, arriving at an offline operation end;
(2) operating an APP program by operating a client;
(3) writing characters or videos on an operation client, and setting time and addresses;

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation features, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further explained in the following with the accompanying drawings and the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, a time post office operation system includes a core control system, a terminal server, an advertisement end, an operation client end, and an offline operation end.
The core control system is used for controlling the operation of sending the data to be stored by the client to the terminal server by using the client, and controlling the terminal server to send the data to the address or APP set by the client on time according to the time set by the client. And automatically notifying the customer of the reserved mobile phone number or the software mobile terminal by short messages.
The terminal server is used for storing data to be stored by the client, the data of the advertisement terminal and the data of software for operating and using the client.
The advertising end sends an instruction and data for delivering the corresponding advertisement to the terminal server by operating an interface of the client, and then delivers the advertisement through displayable equipment in the offline operation end.
The operation uses the client to write the data needed by the client, and sends and receives instructions to the core control system according to the operation of the client, and sends or receives the data to be stored by the client to the terminal server.
The offline operator is used for the client offline experience.
The offline operation end is provided with an independent space place, tablet computer hardware and a use operation client are arranged in the independent space place, and a fixed advertising port and a display screen port are arranged for receiving data contents of the advertising end.
The offline operation team is mainly responsible for solving the problems of hardware faults of operation places in the offline operation end, local operation promotion, home service of specific people and email inspection service which cannot be contacted.
In addition, the offline operation end of the invention charges (charges according to the size of the content stored by the client and the length of the storage time), the client can perform video recording operation after scanning and paying, and the client generates a contract after paying, thus generating a legal constraint (including privacy protection) for both parties; the invention can be informed by a manual background telephone so as to prevent the client from not receiving the letters (if the telephone can not communicate, the offline operation team searches for the letters); the invention will set a comment window (according to the need of the sender to open the comment) under the public letter to encourage or comfort.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for using a time post office operation system includes an online experience and an offline experience, wherein the online experience includes the following specific steps:
firstly, running an APP program by using a client through operation;
writing characters or videos on an operation client, and setting time and addresses;
thirdly, the client control core control system is used for sending the data to be stored into the terminal server through operation;
and fourthly, after the set time is reached, the core control system controls the terminal server to send the client data to the address set by the client.
The specific steps of the offline experience are as follows:

1. A time post office operations system, characterized by: the system comprises a core control system, a terminal server, an advertising end, an operation client and an offline operation end;
the core control system is used for controlling and operating the client to send the data to be stored by the client to the terminal server, and controlling the terminal server to send the data to the address or APP set by the client on time according to the time set by the client;
the terminal server is used for storing data to be stored by the client, the data of the advertising terminal and the software data of the operation and use client;
the advertising end sends an instruction and data for putting corresponding advertisements to the terminal server by operating an interface of the client, then the advertisements are put by a displayable device in the offline operation end, and an operator charges the advertisement fee;
the operation use client is used for compiling data required by a client, sending and receiving instructions to the core control system according to the operation of the client, and sending or receiving data to be stored by the client to the terminal server;
the offline operator is used for the client offline experience.

thirdly, the client control core control system is used for sending the data to be stored into the terminal server through operation;
