本发明涉及化学清洗领域,提供一种paste罐清洗剂,主要含有下述重量百分比的组分:二乙二醇丁醚含量5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠含量2%,OP‑10含量3%,Na2CO3含量8%,水含量82%;上述清洗剂制备方法为:室温下先把Na2CO3溶于水中搅拌,再加入二乙二醇丁醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠搅拌,最后加入OP‑10。采用上述清洗剂清洗paste罐的清洗方法为:Paste罐撕碎分解后送入预洗池,预洗池中加入上述清洗剂,预洗后的碎片进入磁选机中将铁屑分离,碎片送入破碎机中剪切成塑料碎片,然后进入强力摩擦机、进入沉浮分离水槽进行分离和清洗,脱水后的塑料碎片为成品。有益效果:最终paste罐清洁度提升48%左右,整个生产线清洗剂使用量减少30%,清洗速度提升30‑40%。

焊锡膏,英文名solder paste,焊锡膏是伴随着SMT(英文全称为Surface MountTechnology,是目前电子组装行业里最流行的一种技术和工艺。)应运而生的一种新型焊接材料,是由焊锡粉、助焊剂以及其它的表面活性剂、触变剂等加以混合,形成的膏状混合物。主要用于SMT行业印制电路板表面电阻、电容、IC等电子元器件的焊接。
焊宝又称助焊膏,是一种特殊的黏稠状助焊剂,其内部成分比较复杂,焊宝是制作焊锡膏的一种重要物质,在焊锡膏中的质量比一般占到10%左右,剩余的90%则为焊料合金粉末,焊宝和焊锡粉通过特殊工艺混合后就成为焊锡膏。
使用后的paste储罐回收利用时,由于罐内残留大量油脂、油墨,因此需要对其清洗。目前生产上加入洗衣粉去残留,去污效果不理想,泡沫多,且paste储罐与其他储罐混合清洗还会污染其他产品,造成其它产品品质降低,难以销售等问题,生产人员反应,加热可改善油溶效果,但车间加热条件不满足。
因此需重新研制一种新的清洗剂单独用于paste罐洗涤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种专用于paste罐洗涤的清洗剂,清洗效果好,使用量小、清洗速度快。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种paste罐清洗剂,主要含有下述重量百分比的组分:
高沸点醇醚溶剂3-10%;
阴离子表面活性剂1-10%;
乳化剂1-5%;
碱6-10%;
余量为水;
进一步,高沸点醇醚溶剂为二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的任意一种或任意多种的混合;
阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、醇硫酸盐、烯烃磺酸盐、仲烷基磺酸盐、磺基脂肪酸酯盐中的任意一种或任意多种的混合;
乳化剂为异构醇聚氧乙烯醚EH-6、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚OP-10中的任意一种或两者的混合;
所述碱为NaOH、KOH或Na2CO3中的一种;
作为优选,高沸点醇醚溶剂为二乙二醇丁醚,阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,乳化剂为OP-10,碱为Na2CO3;
进一步,二乙二醇丁醚重量百分比3-10%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠重量百分比1-10%,OP-10重量百分比1-5%,Na2CO3重量百分比6-10%,余量为水;
作为优选,二乙二醇丁醚含量5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠含量2%,OP-10含量3%,Na2CO3含量8%,水含量82%;
本paste罐清洗剂制备方法为:
常温下,先把碱溶于水中,搅拌溶解,然后加入高沸点醇醚溶剂、阴离子表面活性剂搅拌,最后加入乳化剂搅拌均匀;
进一步,选用优选的组分,制备paste罐清洗剂的方法为:
常温下,先把Na2CO3溶于水中,搅拌溶解,然后加入二乙二醇丁醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠搅拌,最后加入OP-10搅拌均匀;
采用上述清洗剂清洗paste罐的清洗方法为:
Paste罐自动进料至四周撕碎机内,分解成宽度2cm,长度25cm的塑料碎片,撕碎出的塑料碎片由输送机送入到预洗池中,预洗池中加入上述清洗剂,将塑料碎片上附着的残留物进行稀释清洗,预洗后的塑料碎片进入到磁选机中,将铁质碎屑从塑料碎片中分离出来,塑料碎片送入破碎机中,破碎机将大块的塑料碎片进一步剪切成小的塑料碎片,粒径小于2cm,然后进入强力摩擦机,强力摩擦机对物料表面残留物再次进行剥离,清除表面剩余的残留物,摩擦后的塑料进入沉浮分离水槽,对破碎后的塑料碎片和杂质再次进行分离和清洗,脱水后的塑料碎片作为成品进行包装待售。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明paste罐清洗剂对焊锡膏包装桶残留的焊锡膏具有较好的清洗作用,在工业生产线上多次循环使用,效果依然较好。
本发明paste罐清洗剂用在废包装桶破碎清洗上,塑料产品由杂色提升为氧化白,其色相好,有利于提高公司的收益。
采用本发明制备paste罐清洗剂的制备方法,防止了配制过程中发生乳化现象。
Paste罐经过预清洗后再进入生产线,防止污染整个清洗线的清洗剂,以免其它产品受污染后降为杂色销售价格降低。预清洗过程使用本清洗剂后,paste罐清洁度提升48%左右,整个生产线清洗剂使用量减少30%,清洗速度提升30-40%,物料出厂速度也有所提升,因此增加了经济效益。
采用本发明清洗Paste罐的清洗方法,步骤简单就能把Paste罐清洗的非常干净,时间短,成效显著。
进一步,由于设置两级沉浮分离+高速脱水工序,以保证资源化产物塑料碎片表面洁净度。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
常温下,称取100g的Na2CO3溶于820g的水中,搅拌溶解,然后加入高沸点醇醚溶剂二丙二醇丁醚30g,表面活性剂磺基脂肪酸酯盐10g搅拌,最后加入乳化剂异构醇聚氧乙烯醚EH-6用量50g,搅拌均匀。
实施例2
常温下,称取60g的KOH溶于780g的水中,搅拌溶解,然后加入高沸点醇醚溶剂二乙二醇丁醚50g,表面活性剂仲烷基磺酸盐100g搅拌,最后加入乳化剂OP-10用量10g,搅拌均匀。
实施例3
常温下,称取80g的NaOH溶于740g的水中,搅拌溶解,然后加入高沸点醇醚溶剂二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚共100g,表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠50g搅拌,最后加入异构醇聚氧乙烯醚EH-6用量30g,搅拌均匀。
实施例4
常温下,称取高沸点醇醚溶剂二乙二醇丁醚30g,表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠10g,乳化剂OP-10用量50g,Na2CO3用量100g,水810g,常温下搅拌均匀。
实施例5
常温下,称取60g的Na2CO3溶于730g的水中,搅拌溶解,然后加入高沸点醇醚溶剂二乙二醇丁醚100g,表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠100g搅拌,最后加入乳化剂OP-10用量10g,搅拌均匀。
实施例6
常温下,称取80g的Na2CO3溶于820g的水中,搅拌溶解,然后加入高沸点醇醚溶剂二乙二醇丁醚50g,表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠20g搅拌,最后加入乳化剂OP-10用量30g,搅拌均匀;
将上述实施例1-6,应用于实际生产中,并对清洗效果进行记录:
进一步,上述清洗的步骤为:
首先,Paste罐自动进料至四周撕碎机内,分解成宽度约2cm左右,长度25cm左右的塑料碎片,撕碎出的塑料碎片由输送机送入到预洗池中;预洗池中加入上述清洗剂,将塑料碎片上附着的残留物进行稀释清洗,预洗后的塑料碎片进入到磁选机中,将铁质碎屑从塑料碎片中分离出来,塑料碎片送入破碎机中,破碎机将大块的塑料碎片进一步剪切成小的塑料碎片,粒径小于2cm,然后进入强力摩擦机,强力摩擦机对物料表面残留物再次进行剥离,清除表面剩余的残留物,摩擦后的塑料进入沉浮分离水槽,对破碎后的塑料碎片和杂质再次进行分离和清洗,脱水后的塑料碎片作为成品进行包装待售。
经上述过程处理后的Paste罐塑料碎片被清洗干净,无残留。
经上述过程,实施例6塑料上焊锡膏清洗率为100%,塑料产品由杂色提升为氧化白,最终可以达到paste罐清洁度提升48%左右,整个生产线清洗剂使用量减少30%,清洗速度提升30-40%的效果。
可见,该清洗剂对于Paste罐,具有非常明显的处理效果,节省了清洗时间,提高了清洗的洁净度。

Claims (7)
1.一种paste罐清洗剂,其特征在于:主要含有下述重量百分比的组分:
高沸点醇醚溶剂3-10%;
阴离子表面活性剂1-10%;
乳化剂1-5%;
碱6-10%;
余量为水;
进一步,高沸点醇醚溶剂为二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的任意一种或任意多种的混合;
阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、醇硫酸盐、烯烃磺酸盐、仲烷基磺酸盐、磺基脂肪酸酯盐中的任意一种或任意多种的混合;
乳化剂为异构醇聚氧乙烯醚EH-6、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚OP-10中的任意一种或两者的混合;
所述碱为NaOH、KOH或Na2CO3中的一种。
2.权利要求1所述的paste罐清洗剂,其特征在于:高沸点醇醚溶剂为二乙二醇丁醚,阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,乳化剂为OP-10,碱为Na2CO3。
3.权利要求2所述的paste罐清洗剂,其特征在于:二乙二醇丁醚含量5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠含量2%,OP-10含量3%,Na2CO3含量8%,水含量82%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:常温下,先把碱溶于水中,搅拌溶解,然后加入高沸点醇醚溶剂、阴离子表面活性剂搅拌,最后加入乳化剂搅拌均匀。
5.根据权利要求3所述的清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:常温下,先把Na2CO3溶于水中,搅拌溶解,然后加入二乙二醇丁醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠搅拌,最后加入OP-10搅拌均匀。
6.采用权利要求1-3任一项所述的清洗剂清洗paste罐的清洗方法,其特征在于:Paste罐自动进料至四周撕碎机内,撕碎出的塑料碎片由输送机送入到预洗池中,预洗池中加入上述清洗剂,将塑料碎片上附着的残留物进行稀释清洗,预洗后的塑料碎片进入到磁选机中,将铁质碎屑从塑料碎片中分离出来,塑料碎片送入破碎机中,破碎机将大块的塑料碎片剪切成小的塑料碎片,然后进入强力摩擦机,强力摩擦机对物料表面残留物再次进行剥离,清除表面剩余的残留物,摩擦后的塑料进入沉浮分离水槽,对破碎后的塑料碎片和杂质再次进行分离和清洗,脱水后的塑料碎片作为成品进行包装待售。
7.根据权利要求5所述的采用上述清洗剂清洗paste罐的清洗方法,其特征在于:
Paste罐进入第一个撕碎机内,将Paste罐分解成宽度2cm,长度25cm的塑料碎片,塑料碎片进入第二个破碎机内,经剪切后的粒径小于2cm。
