本发明提供一种环保阻燃电缆护套橡胶,该橡胶材料包括有,氯化聚乙烯A型12‑16份,氯化聚乙烯B型18‑24份,氧化镁3‑4份,氢氧化镁13‑15份,硬脂酸钙0.5‑1份,硬脂酸0.1‑0.3份,全炼石蜡0.5‑1份,阻燃剂3‑5份,白炭黑4‑6份,纳米高岭土3.5‑4.5份,N550炭黑4‑6份,硅烷偶联剂0.2‑0.6份,氯化石蜡10‑14份,硫化机0.5‑1份,交联剂0.5‑1份,塑化剂0.5‑1份,三氧化二锑0.5‑1.5份。本电缆护套橡胶,使用寿命长,阻燃效果好,能有效提高橡胶各项性能,配方性价比较高,能够有效的保证电缆的正常使用。

本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保阻燃电缆护套橡胶。
背景技术
电线电缆行业虽然只是一个配套行业,却占据着中国电工行业1/4的产值。它产品种类众多,应用范围十分广泛,涉及到电力、建筑、通信、制造等行业,与国民经济的各个部门都密切相关。电缆护套的主要用途是用作电缆护套,保护电缆不受外界损坏,电缆护套一般需要应用在各种恶劣环境,尤其是一些易燃环境,一旦电缆燃烧,无论是直接还是间接损失,都十分巨大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保阻燃电缆护套橡胶,通过采用氯化聚乙烯A型氯化聚乙烯B型共混制备提高橡胶机械性能,并且添加阻燃剂、氯化石蜡、三氧化二锑,有效的提高橡胶阻燃性能。
本发明提供一种环保阻燃电缆护套橡胶,该橡胶材料包括有,氯化聚乙烯A型12-16份,氯化聚乙烯B型18-24份,氧化镁3-4份,氢氧化镁13-15份,硬脂酸钙0.5-1份,硬脂酸0.1-0.3份,全炼石蜡0.5-1份,阻燃剂3-5份,白炭黑4-6份,纳米高岭土3.5-4.5份,N550炭黑4-6份,硅烷偶联剂0.2-0.6份,氯化石蜡10-14份,硫化机0.5-1份,交联剂0.5-1份,塑化剂0.5-1份,三氧化二锑0.5-1.5份。
进一步改进在于:该橡胶材料包括有,氯化聚乙烯A型14.3份,氯化聚乙烯B型21.5份,氧化镁3.6份,氢氧化镁14.3份,硬脂酸钙0.72份,硬脂酸0.22份,全炼石蜡0.72份,阻燃剂4份,白炭黑5.4份,纳米高岭土3.6份,N550炭黑4.8份,硅烷偶联剂0.4份,氯化石蜡12份,硫化机0.85份,交联剂0.83份,塑化剂0.7份,三氧化二锑1份。
进一步改进在于:阻燃剂采用CM80A。
进一步改进在于:硅烷偶联剂采用乙烯基三(2-甲氧乙氧基)硅烷,硫化机为过氧化二异丙苯,交联剂为三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯,塑化剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
本发明的有益效果:通过采用氯化聚乙烯A型氯化聚乙烯B型共混制备提高橡胶机械性能、耐油性能、耐臭氧性能,并且添加阻燃剂、氯化石蜡、三氧化二锑,有效的提高橡胶阻燃性能;阻燃剂采用环保阻燃剂CM80A,降低氯化聚乙烯热释放速率,提高阻燃性能,同时更加环保。

本实施例提供一种环保阻燃电缆护套橡胶,其特征在于:该橡胶材料包括有,氯化聚乙烯A型12份,氯化聚乙烯B型18份,氧化镁3份,氢氧化镁13份,硬脂酸钙0.5份,硬脂酸0.1份,全炼石蜡0.5份,阻燃剂3份,白炭黑4份,纳米高岭土3.5份,N550炭黑4份,硅烷偶联剂0.2份,氯化石蜡10份,硫化机0.5份,交联剂0.5份,塑化剂0.5份,三氧化二锑0.5份。

本实施例提供一种环保阻燃电缆护套橡胶,该橡胶材料包括有,氯化聚乙烯A型14.3份,氯化聚乙烯B型21.5份,氧化镁3.6份,氢氧化镁14.3份,硬脂酸钙0.72份,硬脂酸0.22份,全炼石蜡0.72份,阻燃剂4份,白炭黑5.4份,纳米高岭土3.6份,N550炭黑4.8份,硅烷偶联剂0.4份,氯化石蜡12份,硫化机0.85份,交联剂0.83份,塑化剂0.7份,三氧化二锑1份。

本实施例提供一种环保阻燃电缆护套橡胶,该橡胶材料包括有,氯化聚乙烯A型16份,氯化聚乙烯B型24份,氧化镁4份,氢氧化镁15份,硬脂酸钙1份,硬脂酸0.3份,全炼石蜡1份,阻燃剂5份,白炭黑6份,纳米高岭土4.5份,N550炭黑6份,硅烷偶联剂0.6份,氯化石蜡14份,硫化机1份,交联剂1份,塑化剂1份,三氧化二锑1.5份。
阻燃剂采用CM80A,硅烷偶联剂采用乙烯基三(2-甲氧乙氧基)硅烷,硫化机为过氧化二异丙苯,交联剂为三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯,塑化剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
通过采用氯化聚乙烯A型氯化聚乙烯B型共混制备提高橡胶机械性能、耐油性能、耐臭氧性能,并且添加阻燃剂、氯化石蜡、三氧化二锑,有效的提高橡胶阻燃性能;阻燃剂采用环保阻燃剂CM80A,降低氯化聚乙烯热释放速率,提高阻燃性能,同时更加环保,使用寿命长,阻燃效果好,能有效提高橡胶各项性能,配方性价比较高,能够有效的保证电缆的正常使用。

1.一种环保阻燃电缆护套橡胶,其特征在于:该橡胶材料包括有,氯化聚乙烯A型12-16份,氯化聚乙烯B型18-24份,氧化镁3-4份,氢氧化镁13-15份,硬脂酸钙0.5-1份,硬脂酸0.1-0.3份,全炼石蜡0.5-1份,阻燃剂3-5份,白炭黑4-6份,纳米高岭土3.5-4.5份,N550炭黑4-6份,硅烷偶联剂0.2-0.6份,氯化石蜡10-14份,硫化机0.5-1份,交联剂0.5-1份,塑化剂0.5-1份,三氧化二锑0.5-1.5份。
