When the mud pump moves backwards along the arm support to change the material taking position, when the winch 4 rotates anticlockwise, the lower steel wire rope 2.2 is retracted, meanwhile, the upper steel wire rope 2.1 is released, the lower steel wire rope 2.2 drives the trolley 1 to move backwards along the arm support, and the upper steel wire rope 2.1 plays a role in stabilizing the speed of the trolley, so that the mud pump is driven to move backwards along the arm support stably. The full cabin coverage of the slurry pump can be realized by the motion of the slurry pump along the arm support direction and the rotary motion of the ship unloader.

The trolley device for the hydraulic ship unloader is characterized by comprising a trolley, a steel wire rope system, a track and a winch, wherein the winch is fixed at the rear end of a ship unloader arm support, the track is fixed below the front section of the arm support, a frame of the trolley can move along the track, the frame is provided with a slurry pump connected with the frame, the steel wire rope system comprises a steel wire rope, a pulley block and a ratchet mechanism, one end of the steel wire rope winds the winch after bypassing the pulley block, the other end of the steel wire rope is connected with the ratchet mechanism, the ratchet mechanism is connected to the trolley, and the winch drives the steel wire rope to enable the trolley to move along the track, so that the slurry pump is driven to move stably along the arm support;
the trolley comprises a first trolley frame, a second trolley frame, wheels and an axle, wherein the first trolley frame and the second trolley frame are connected with a ship unloader arm support rail through the wheels to form rolling friction, the wheels are connected with the axle through bearings, and the bearings are fixed on the axle through check rings to form a wheel set; the first trolley frame and the second trolley frame are fixed together through a first bolt, a first nut and a first pin shaft, a gasket is arranged between the first trolley frame and the second trolley frame, the first pin shaft positions the first trolley frame and the second trolley frame to form a whole through a shaft sleeve, the shaft end baffle plate fixes the shaft sleeve on the first pin shaft through a screw, the trolley is connected with the slurry pump hanging frame through the second pin shaft, and the slurry pump hanging frame moves back and forth on a track along with the trolley;
the rail comprises I-steel and end plates welded at two ends of the I-steel, and the end plates are used for preventing the trolley from derailing.

The cart device for the hydraulic ship unloader according to claim 1, wherein the number of the cart wheel sets is 8, the cart wheel sets are divided into 4 pairs, and the cart wheel sets are symmetrically arranged left and right and are respectively welded with the first cart frame and the second cart frame to form two symmetrical parts.
3. The cart device for a hydraulic ship unloader according to claim 1, wherein the wire rope includes an upper wire rope and a lower wire rope, and the ratchet mechanism includes a front pawl, a front ratchet, a rear ratchet, and a rear pawl;
one end of the upper steel wire rope is positively wound on the winch, the other end of the upper steel wire rope is inserted into a shaft hole of a front ratchet wheel by bypassing the pulley block, the front ratchet wheel is fastened on a front ratchet wheel shaft by a set screw and a second nut, the front ratchet wheel passes through a first trolley frame and a second trolley frame through a self ratchet wheel shaft and is positioned on the first trolley frame by a shaft end baffle, a second bolt and a third gasket; the front pawl is positioned on the second trolley frame through a third bolt, a third nut and a gasket according to the matching position with the front ratchet wheel, and after the length of the upper steel wire rope is adjusted, a positioning pin is inserted into a positioning hole of the front pawl to be anchored;
one end of the lower steel wire rope is reversely wound on the winch, the other end of the lower steel wire rope is inserted into a shaft hole of the rear ratchet wheel by bypassing the pulley block, the lower steel wire rope is fastened on the rear ratchet wheel shaft, the rear ratchet wheel passes through the first trolley frame and the second trolley frame through the self ratchet wheel shaft and is positioned on the first trolley frame, the rear pawl is positioned on the second trolley frame according to the matching position with the rear ratchet wheel, and after the length of the lower steel wire rope is adjusted, the positioning pin is inserted into the positioning hole of the rear pawl to be anchored.

The cart device for a hydraulic ship unloader according to claim 1, wherein the hoist comprises a drum, a gear motor, a rain cover, and a base; the speed reducing motor is used for providing power for the winding drum, winding and unwinding the steel wire rope wound on the winding drum, and the winding drum, the speed reducing motor and the rain cover are fixed at the rear end of the ship unloader arm support through the base.
