本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种环保型可降解的牛皮纸油墨包装袋,该包装袋从外向内依次由透明层、牛皮纸层、粘合层、阻隔层和疏水疏油层构成;所述透明层为以下重量份的材料制成的膜:聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物40-60份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛35-55份、二氧化钛纳米颗粒1-5份;所述粘合层为聚氨酯胶膜;所述阻隔层为铝箔膜;所述疏水疏油层由以下重量份的材料制成:聚硅氧烷树脂40-60份、纳米二氧化硅30-40份、无水乙醇10-15份、异丙醇1-5份、环氧硅烷偶联剂5-10份和紫外固化热熔胶粘剂10-20份制成。
所述透明层的厚度为0.005-0.01mm。
所述牛皮纸层的厚度为0.5-0.8 mm。
所述粘合层的厚度为0.01-0.02 mm。
所述阻隔层的厚度为0.15-0.25 mm。

一种制备如上述的包装袋的方法,其步骤如下:
(1)、制造复合材料:将透明层、牛皮纸层、粘合层和阻隔层的膜卷分别至于热辊压机上,使透明层、牛皮纸层、粘合层和阻隔层由上而下顺序层叠热辊压贴合,辊压贴合制成复合材料后收卷,辊压温度为130-135℃,压力为3-4kg/cm²。
(2)、涂布疏水疏油层;将复合材料的膜卷置于涂布机上,将疏水疏油层材料涂布在阻隔层的表面,然后用紫外线灯管照射固化后制得包装袋基材并收卷。
(3)、制袋:将两卷基材放入模压机中,使基材的疏水疏油层相对贴合,模压重叠的基材,热压模具上凸出的部位使上下基材的对应部位热熔贴合形成封边部位,模压的压力为6-7 kg/cm²,温度为160-165℃,模压时间为2s。
所述的透明层的制备步骤如下:
(1)、将聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物与聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入搅拌机内,升温至190-210℃保持然后开启搅拌,搅拌速度为80-90r/min,反应时间为1-1.5h,制得共混液。
(2)、将超声波分散器升温至190-210℃保持,加入共混液,然后加入二氧化钛纳米颗粒,超声波分散15-20min,得到混合料。
(3)、将混合料加入流延膜机器中,制得透明层的膜卷。
所述疏水疏油层的制备步骤如下:称取上述重量份的纳米二氧化硅溶于无水乙醇中,利用超声机使纳米二氧化硅均匀分散在溶剂中,加入聚硅氧烷树脂、环氧硅烷偶联剂和紫外固化热熔胶粘剂,常温搅拌20min。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明在多层结构的协同作用下,具有优越的阻隔性,能够有效地阻隔氧气、水汽、光线等,确保油墨的品质和保存期限,减少油墨残留。
2、本发明的制备过程中采用的原料均是环境友好型材料,能被生物降解或回收利用。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种环保型可降解的牛皮纸油墨包装袋,从外到内依次由透明层1、牛皮纸层2、粘合层3、阻隔层4和疏水疏油层5组成。在多层结构的协同作用下,具有优越的阻隔性,能够有效地阻隔氧气、水汽、光线等,确保油墨的品质和保存期限,减少油墨残留。
一种如上述包装袋的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)、制造复合材料:将透明层、牛皮纸层、粘合层和阻隔层的膜卷分别至于热辊压机上,使透明层、牛皮纸层、粘合层和阻隔层由上而下顺序层叠热辊压贴合,辊压贴合制成复合材料后收卷。辊压温度为130-135℃,压力为3-4kg/cm²;这里的辊压温度,可以通过多只压辊依次加热辊压,使层叠后的材料通过最后一只压辊时温度为130-135℃,也可以是在辊压之前通过红外线灯管加热,使层叠后的材料升温至130-135℃再辊压,此时压辊的温度也应该加热到130-135℃。当温度达到130℃时,所述透明层具有一定的粘结性,可以粘结在所述牛皮纸层上,这里的压力是指上下两只压辊之间的压力,压力过小,会使各层之间贴合不够紧密,压力过大,会使各层之间差产生变形,一般压力保护在3-4kg/cm²为宜。在本步骤中,对辊压的速度没有特别要求,专业领域的人员可以根据需要调整。
(2)、涂布疏水疏油层;将复合材料的膜卷置于涂布机上,将疏水疏油层材料涂布在阻隔层的表面,然后用紫外线灯管照射固化后制得包装袋基材并收卷。涂布及紫外固化属于现有技术,本发明没有特殊要求。由于加入了紫外固化热熔胶粘剂,通过紫外线灯管照射可以快速固化,减少了涂层的干燥时间,有效缩短了产品的生产周期。
(3)、制袋:将两卷基材放入模压机中,使基材的疏水疏油层相对贴合,模压重叠的基材,热压模具上凸出的部位使上下基材的对应部位热熔贴合形成封边部位,模压的压力为6-7 kg/cm²,温度为160-165℃,模压时间为2s。对于一次只完成一只包装袋的单穴的压膜,只需要在磨具的后端设置切刀即可,对于多穴的压膜,需要在每个穴位的周围设置切刀,以模压的同时完成切割。本步骤中制成的包装袋,是上部为开口结构的,在罐装油墨后再封口。在本步骤中,主要是疏水疏油层中的紫外固化热熔胶粘剂热熔贴合,粘合层也会产生热熔,其它各层不会热熔,粘合层热熔不但不会对产品造成影响,而且会使边缘更加紧密而具有一定的硬度,使产品安全性能更高。
所述透明层为以下重量份的材料制成的膜:聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物40-60份(选用西安瑞禧生物科技有限公司生产的PLGA-glycerol聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物)、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(化学式为C16H28O5)35-55份、二氧化钛(化学式为TiO2)纳米颗粒1-5份,所述透明层厚度为0.005-0.01mm,所述透明层附着在所述牛皮纸层接触空气的一侧,弥补牛皮纸层耐水性差的缺点,同时在所述牛皮纸层表面形成一层致密的薄膜,有效阻挡空气,保证了产品的气密性,所述的透明层的制备步骤如下:
(1)、将聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物与聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入搅拌机内,升温至190-210℃保持然后开启搅拌,搅拌速度为80-90r/min,反应时间为1-1.5h,制得共混液。
(2)、将超声波分散器升温至190-210℃保持,加入共混液,然后加入二氧化钛纳米颗粒,超声波分散15-20min,得到混合料。
(3)、将混合料加入流延膜机器中,制得透明层的膜卷。
本步骤中,采用流延膜的方法制备透明层,与涂覆或吹膜相比,流延膜的生成速度更快,薄膜的透明性、光泽性、厚度均匀性更好。聚乙烯醇缩丁醛具有优良的透明度,良好的溶解性,很好的耐光、耐水、耐热、耐寒和成膜性,生产中还加入了少量的二氧化钛纳米颗粒,二氧化钛纳米颗粒赋予透明层优异的紫外光屏蔽性和透明性。
所述牛皮纸层为环保可降解牛皮纸,牛皮纸包装具有易加工,成本低,适于印刷,重量轻可折叠,无毒,无味,无污染等优点,所述牛皮纸层的厚度为0.5-0.8 mm。
所述粘合层为聚氨酯胶膜,聚氨酯胶膜为热熔双面胶,具有优良的化学粘接力、弹性和耐水性,对环境友好,所述粘合层的厚度为0.01-0.02 mm,所述聚氨酯胶膜选用东莞市特普优环保新材料有限公司生产的聚氨酯热熔胶膜。
所述阻隔层由铝箔膜构成,所述铝箔膜设置在牛皮纸层的内侧,用于遮光,并进一步阻挡空气的进入,保障油墨在储存期的品质,所述阻隔层的厚度为0.15-0.25 mm。
所述疏水疏油层由以下重量份的材料制成:聚硅氧烷树脂(选用深圳市吉鹏硅氟材料有限公司生产的深圳吉鹏聚硅氧烷树脂H201)40-60份、纳米二氧化硅(化学式为SiO2)30-40份、无水乙醇(分子式为C2H60)10-15份、异丙醇(分子式是C3H8O)1-5份、环氧硅烷偶联剂(选用山东海偶有机硅科技有限公司生产的硅烷偶联剂)5-10份和紫外固化热熔胶粘剂(选用东莞市特而固化工材料有限公司生产的单组份高粘度紫外线固化结构胶粘剂热熔胶505)10-20份制成。其制备方法是称取上述重量份的纳米二氧化硅溶于无水乙醇中,利用超声机使纳米二氧化硅均匀分散在溶剂中,加入聚硅氧烷树脂、环氧硅烷偶联剂和紫外固化热熔胶粘剂,常温搅拌20min。本步骤中紫外固化热熔胶粘剂不参与反应,制成疏水疏油层涂料后充分混合在疏水疏油层涂料中。所述疏水疏油层的厚度为0.3-0.4 mm,所述疏水疏油层具备两方面的优势,第一,提升袋体的气密性;第二,可以防止油墨附着在袋体内,解决了油墨残留的问题,避免造成资源浪费,同时方便回收或后期处理。
以上的实施方式不能限定本发明创造的保护范围,专业技术领域的人员在不脱离本发明创造整体构思的情况下,所做的均等修饰与变化,均仍属于本发明创造涵盖的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种环保型可降解的牛皮纸油墨包装袋,其特征在于该包装袋从外向内依次由透明层、牛皮纸层、粘合层、阻隔层和疏水疏油层构成;所述透明层为以下重量份的材料制成的膜:聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物40-60份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛35-55份、二氧化钛纳米颗粒1-5份;所述粘合层为聚氨酯胶膜;所述阻隔层为铝箔膜;所述疏水疏油层由以下重量份的材料制成:聚硅氧烷树脂40-60份、纳米二氧化硅30-40份、无水乙醇10-15份、异丙醇1-5份、环氧硅烷偶联剂5-10份和紫外固化热熔胶粘剂10-20份制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装袋,其特征在于所述透明层的厚度为0.005-0.01mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装袋,其特征在于所述牛皮纸层的厚度为0.5-0.8 mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包装袋,其特征在于所述粘合层的厚度为0.01-0.02 mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的包装袋,其特征在于所述阻隔层的厚度为0.15-0.25 mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的包装袋,其特征在于所述疏水疏油层的厚度为0.3-0.4 mm。
7.一种制备如权利要求1-6任一所述的包装袋的方法,其特征在于其步骤如下:
(1)、制造复合材料:将透明层、牛皮纸层、粘合层和阻隔层的膜卷分别至于热辊压机上,使透明层、牛皮纸层、粘合层和阻隔层由上而下顺序层叠热辊压贴合,辊压贴合制成复合材料后收卷;辊压温度为130-135℃,压力为3-4kg/cm²;
(2)、涂布疏水疏油层;将复合材料的膜卷置于涂布机上,将疏水疏油层材料涂布在阻隔层的表面,然后用紫外线灯管照射固化后制得包装袋基材并收卷;
(3)、制袋:将两卷基材放入模压机中,使基材的疏水疏油层相对贴合,模压重叠的基材,热压模具上凸出的部位使上下基材的对应部位热熔贴合形成封边部位,模压的压力为6-7 kg/cm²,温度为160-165℃,模压时间为2s。
8.根据权利要求7所述的包装袋的制备方法,其特征在于所述的透明层的制备步骤如下:
(1)、将聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物与聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入搅拌机内,升温至190-210℃保持然后开启搅拌,搅拌速度为80-90r/min,反应时间为1-1.5h,制得共混液;
(2)、将超声波分散器升温至190-210℃保持,加入共混液,然后加入二氧化钛纳米颗粒,超声波分散15-20min,得到混合料;
(3)、将混合料加入流延膜机器中,制得透明层的膜卷。
9.根据权利要求7所述的包装袋的制备方法,其特征在于所述疏水疏油层的制备步骤如下:称取上述重量份的纳米二氧化硅溶于无水乙醇中,利用超声机使纳米二氧化硅均匀分散在溶剂中,加入聚硅氧烷树脂、环氧硅烷偶联剂和紫外固化热熔胶粘剂,常温搅拌20min。
