The system comprises: the liquid storage tank is used for storing a liquid external lubricant and is connected with a mineral oil storage tank through a mineral oil pump; the liquid level meter is used for monitoring the liquid level in the liquid storage tank and is arranged on the liquid storage tank; the pipeline is communicated with the liquid storage tank and the aggregate air conveying pipe; the metering pump is used for quantitatively pumping the liquid lubricant and is arranged on the pipeline; the electrical control cabinet is used for controlling the system and communicating the liquid level meter and the metering pump. The invention also provides a method for adding the external granulating lubricant, which is applied to the system. The invention adopts the liquid lubricant to replace the powdery lubricant, improves the appearance of product particles, reduces the production cost and improves the processing efficiency of products; meanwhile, the dust pollution is reduced, which is beneficial to environmental protection and emission reduction. The polymer such as synthetic resin generally has a high viscosity after melting, and during the processing, when the melted polymer is granulated through a narrow slit, a sprue, and the like, the polymer melt must generate friction with the surface of a processing machine, some friction is very unfavorable for the processing of the polymer, the friction reduces the fluidity of the melt, and the severe friction causes the surface of a film to be rough, lack gloss or generate flow marks. For this reason, it is necessary to add an auxiliary agent for the purpose of improving lubricity, reducing friction, and reducing interfacial adhesion properties. The lubricant can be divided into an external lubricant and an internal lubricant, wherein the external lubricant mainly improves the friction between the polymer melt and the hot metal surface of processing equipment, has poor compatibility with the polymer and is easy to migrate from the melt to the outside, so that a lubricating thin layer can be formed on the interface between the plastic melt and the metal; the internal lubricant has good compatibility with the polymer, and plays a role in reducing the cohesion among polymer molecules in the polymer, thereby improving the internal friction heat of the plastic melt and the fluidity of the melt. Lubricants are classified into solid (powder) lubricants and liquid lubricants, and in general, the lubricants have both internal and external lubrication functions, and the lubricants are mainly used for external lubrication and internal lubrication, and the liquid lubricants are often used as internal lubricants.

The lubricating effect is affected by the addition amount of the external wetting agent. In addition, the surface of the powder external lubricant attached particles influences the appearance of the product, so that a user can misunderstand the powder external lubricant as the powder of the product in the bag-opening use process, and misunderstand the powder external lubricant as poor transparency for the Mingbenzene product;
2. Environmental problems: firstly, in the feeding link, part of the powdery external wetting agent can be dispersed into the atmosphere of a workshop, and secondly, part of the powdery external wetting agent can be taken away in the process of removing powder by a dust removal device before the material enters a storage bin, so that the powdery external wetting agent can harm the surrounding environment and operators;
3. the cost is increased: the above-mentioned processes of charging and dust-removing can result in the scattering loss of powdered external moistening agent, and the powdered external moistening agent is fine chemical product, and its cost is raised.
Therefore, if the liquid lubricant is used as the external lubricant, the uniformity of the liquid coating resin particles can be utilized to effectively improve the friction between the particles and the melt during processing and the metal surface of processing equipment, particularly improve the conveying in a screw feeding section, and improve the processing efficiency.

The pumping process of the step S1 can be controlled by a central control center in a remote interlocking way without manual operation.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following advantages:
the adding system provided by the invention has the advantages that the liquid storage tank, the liquid level meter, the metering pump, the pipeline, the electric control cabinet and other parts are all arranged on the same steel base seat to form a module, the integral combination of the storage, metering and adding functions of the liquid external lubricant is realized, and the adding system has the characteristics of compact structure, small occupied area, easiness in installation and the like.
The adding method provided by the invention has the advantages that the liquid lubricant is added into the resin granulation process, the whole process is automatically operated, and the manual operation is not needed. The liquid lubricant has strong adhesive force, can effectively ensure the stable addition of the lubricant and improve the processing improvement of products; the liquid lubricant is colorless transparent liquid, does not affect the transparency of the product, does not generate the powdery feeling on the surface of the material particles, and effectively improves the appearance of the product; the problems of material loss and environmental pollution caused by easy flying of the powdery external lubricant can be avoided; the hydrocarbon liquid lubricant with good compatibility with materials is adopted, the price of the lubricant is lower than that of the common wax powder lubricant, an internal lubricant does not need to be added in the production process, and the production cost of the product is effectively reduced on the premise of ensuring the product quality. The addition amount of the liquid external wetting agent can be controlled by adjusting the metering pump in the addition process, so that the production stability is improved.
