Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of polylactic acid foamed products, and discloses a polylactic acid foamed material preparation device and a product forming device thereof. The polylactic acid resin material is melted into high-fluidity melt, when the melt is sprayed into a mixer through a spray head, a foaming agent is quickly added, the melt is sprayed onto the foaming agent, and meanwhile, the stirring blades run at high speed to further quickly and uniformly mix the melt and the foaming agent, so that the low-density polylactic acid foaming material is obtained.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of polylactic acid foaming materials and product preparation, in particular to a polylactic acid foaming material preparation device and a product forming device thereof.
Background
The density of polylactic acid is 1.24g/cm3, relative to 0.92g/cm of polypropylene3The price of the polylactic acid material is higher than 35%, and the price of the unit product is obviously higher in the processing and popularization processes of the polylactic acid product, so that the expansion of the application range of the polylactic acid material is limited. Especially in the field of packaging, too high a density results in too heavy a packaged product, increasing transportation costs and creating excessive packaging. It is therefore necessary to foam polylactic acid to reduce the density of the polylactic acid product. The existing extrusion foaming molding technology appears in the market, but because a fixed-form foaming material is generally obtained, a non-fixed-form foaming material which can be immediately used for molding a product cannot be obtained, and more troubles can be brought to the subsequent molding of the foaming product.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a preparation device for preparing a foaming material for instantly forming a foaming product.

A discharging port for discharging the polylactic acid foaming material is formed in the bottom of a mixer of the polylactic acid foaming material preparation device, and a mold for molding a required product is arranged at the discharging end of the discharging port.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) melting polylactic acid resin material into high-fluidity melt, quickly adding foaming agent when the melt is sprayed into a mixer through a spray head, spraying the melt onto the foaming agent, and simultaneously, enabling the stirring blades to run at high speed to further quickly and uniformly mix the melt and the foaming agent to obtain the low-density polylactic acid foaming material;
2) the discharging port of the mixer is provided with a foaming product forming mold, so that the polylactic acid foaming material can be subjected to compression molding in time, the process is simple, convenient and quick, other processes are not needed, and when a special-shaped foaming product needs to be prepared, the special-shaped forming mold with the mold transposition requirement is only needed.

As shown in fig. 1, a forming device for a polylactic acid foamed product includes a screw extruder 1 for extruding a polylactic acid resin material and a nozzle 2 for receiving the polylactic acid resin material extruded from the screw extruder, the nozzle 2 injects the polylactic acid resin material into a mixer 3 under a high pressure environment, a foaming agent inlet 33 is installed on the wall of the mixer 3, a stirring blade 31 is arranged in the mixer 3 to uniformly mix the polylactic acid resin material and the foaming agent, the stirring blade 31 is fixed at the bottom of the mixer and is driven by a driving motor 32 to rotate at a high speed, a discharge port 34 for discharging the polylactic acid foamed material is opened at the bottom of the mixer 3, and a mold 6 for forming a desired foamed product is arranged at a discharge end of the discharge port 34.

The process flow for preparing the foamed product by adopting the polylactic acid foamed product forming device of the embodiment is as follows:
1. adding a glass bead foaming agent into the mixer through a foaming agent feeding hole;
2. the polylactic resin material enters a screw extruder through a funnel-shaped charging opening, is melted and converted into high-fluidity melt under the heating and plasticizing action of the screw extruder, and is conveyed to a conveying pipe;
3. high-pressure nitrogen is pressed into the material conveying pipe through the head end of the material conveying pipe, and the high-pressure nitrogen and the high-fluidity polylactic acid melt are mixed in the material conveying pipe and enter a spray head;
4. under the action of a nozzle below the spray head, the pressure generated by high-pressure nitrogen presses the polylactic acid melt to be quickly sprayed out and sprayed on the glass beads;
5. the glass beads and the high-fluidity polylactic acid melt are quickly and uniformly mixed under the high-speed stirring of the stirring blades;
6. the mixed material of misce bene shifts to the compression molding mould lower mould die cavity fast through the discharge gate of blender, and compression molding is accomplished in the quick compound die of mould upper die.
The invention prepares the light foaming special-shaped product by melting the polylactic resin material into high-fluidity melt and mixing the high-fluidity melt with the glass beads in high proportion and matching with the traditional compression molding equipment, and the density of the product blank can be as low as 0.72g/cm3Effectively reduces the apparent density of the polylactic acid foaming product and reduces the transportation and use cost.
