The switch key of the key switch 404 is penetrated out from the middle of the index finger holding groove 141, so that the smoker can conveniently hold the switch key by the index finger, thereby operating and vibrating the ash.
Specifically, the vibration mechanism includes a vibration channel 40 and a vibration starting reed 405 disposed below the outer surface of the housing of the filter plug insertion channel 13. The vibration path 40 has a path through which the vibration starting ball 402 moves linearly. The oscillation starting reed 405 is connected to the outer surface of the shell of the filter rod inserting channel 13 or the inner surface of the oscillation starting channel 40 connected with the filter rod inserting channel, and penetrates into the motion path of the linear movement of the ball 402 at the inner position Yu Qizhen of the oscillation starting channel 40. The vibration balls 402 are rigid pellets made of rigid materials. In the vibration channel 40, a reset spring 401 is arranged between the vibration starting ball 402 and the inner end surface of the vibration channel 40 (the inner end of the vibration channel 40 faces the rear end of the recorder), a connecting rod 403 is arranged on the surface of the vibration starting ball 402 facing the other end of the vibration channel 40 (the outer end of the vibration channel 40 faces the front end of the recorder), the connecting rod 403 is adhered to, welded to or integrally formed with the vibration starting ball 402, and a pressing switch 404 is sleeved on one end of the connecting rod 403, which is not connected with the vibration starting ball 402. Namely, the vibration channel 40 is provided with a reset spring 401, a vibration starting ball 402 and a connecting rod 403 in sequence from the inner end to the outer end, and the outer end of the connecting rod 403 is sleeved with a pressing switch 404. The push switch 404 is pushed out from the housing 10 of the smoking behavior recorder so that the smoker can push the cigarette ash to pop off.
When in use, the cigarettes 20 are inserted into the filter rod inserting channels 13 and fixed through the rubber rings 22 to realize the tight connection between the cigarettes 20 and the smoking behavior recorder, and after the cigarettes 20 are ignited, a smoker draws through the suction nozzle 11. When the cigarette ash is generated, a smoker presses the press switch 404 to drive the connecting rod 403 to push the vibration starting ball 402 to press the reset spring 401 towards the inner end of the vibration channel 40 in the vibration channel 40, and the vibration starting ball 402 continuously collides with a plurality of vibration starting reed 405 in the process of being pushed towards the inner end along the vibration channel 40, and the rigid vibration starting ball 402 collides with and stirs the vibration starting reed 405 to enable the vibration reed 405 to vibrate; the vibration of the vibrating reed 405 is transmitted to the cigarette 20 through the filter rod insertion channel 13, and shakes off the soot. The vibration starting ball 402 is pushed to the inner end along the vibration channel 40 until the reset spring 401 is compressed to the maximum deformation, the maximum pressing distance is reached, the pressing switch 404 cannot be continuously pressed, at the moment, a smoker releases the pressing switch 404, the reset spring 401 outwards releases elastic force to push the small ball 402 to move outwards along the vibration channel 40, the vibration starting reed 405 is continuously stirred again to generate secondary vibration, and the vibration is transmitted to the filter rod inserting channel 13 by the vibration starting reed 405 and finally reaches the front end of the cigarette 20 to realize ash falling. If the soot does not completely bounce off, the push switch 404 may be repeatedly pressed until the soot completely bounces off.
The present embodiment differs from embodiment 1 only in that the serrated die 306 in embodiment 1 is replaced with a vibrating reed 405 that can vibrate continuously for a certain period of time. In the embodiment 1, the vibration is generated by continuous deformation-restoration of the elastic pellets, and the deformation-restoration of the elastic pellets is generated by continuously extruding the saw teeth of the saw-tooth-shaped die in the process of restraining the pellets to move linearly; the vibration in example 2 is generated by the small ball striking and striking the reed, and the reed is struck to vibrate continuously for a certain period of time.
Specifically, the vibration channel 40 may be formed by 4 steel columns, the steel columns are disposed below the filter rod inserting channel 13 along the direction of the front and rear ends of the recorder, the 4 steel columns form four edges of a regular quadrangular prism, the distance between adjacent edges is slightly smaller than the diameter of the Yu Qizhen ball 402, and the vibration starting ball 402 linearly moves in the direction of the steel columns in the 4 steel columns. A vibration starting reed 405 with one end arranged on the outer surface of the filter rod inserting channel 13 extends into the vibration channel 40 from the space between the two steel columns above to make the vibration starting ball 402 move linearly.
When the smoking behavior recorder in the prior art is used, the smoking behavior recorder is held by one hand by four fingers and the thumb, and the device of the smoking behavior recorder is added, so that the traditional mode of flicking ash (such as the forefinger flicking a cigarette filter stick) is inconvenient, and the mode of shaking the smoking behavior recorder is difficult to shake ash, or the ash flies and cannot accurately fall into an ashtray due to overlarge shaking amplitude. When the other hand is used for touching the cigarette to flick off the ash, firstly, the cigarette is easy to burn when the burning of the cigarette is shorter; secondly, the recorder is held by one hand, the cigarette is sprung by the other hand, so that the impact of relative position movement exists between the cigarette and the recorder, the cigarette is easy to loose and drop, or the poor air tightness between the cigarette and the filter stick insertion channel is caused, and the acquired data is inaccurate; in order to facilitate the cigarette insertion without crushing or breaking, the interaction force between the filter rod insertion channel and the filter rod is small and does not tightly wrap or hold the cigarette, so that the cigarette is easy to loosen when the recorder is held (fixed) and the cigarette inserted on the recorder is sprung (touched).
When the cigarette behavior recorder convenient for ejecting cigarette ash is used, continuous vibration with small impact is directly caused to the filter rod inserting channel, namely the fixed structure of the cigarette on the recorder and the cigarette vibrate together, the impact of relative movement between the cigarette and the recorder is avoided, and the fact that the cigarette is not loosened when the cigarette ash is ejected effectively is ensured.
According to the invention, aiming at the problem that the cigarette ash is inconvenient to flick when the cigarette ash is used, the cigarette ash is convenient to flick by using the cigarette ash behavior recorder, a smoker does not need to shake the cigarette ash behavior recorder or manually flick cigarettes, and the automatic flick of the cigarette ash can be realized by continuously pressing a key through the vibration mechanism, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and the fly of the cigarette ash and the shake and the sliding of the cigarette in the process of flicking the cigarette ash are prevented.

Claims (10)

1. The smoking behavior recorder comprises a recorder main body, wherein a filter rod inserting channel is formed in the recorder main body, the radial size of the filter rod inserting channel is gradually reduced from an inserting port to the inside, the diameter of one end of the filter rod inserting channel inserting port is larger than the diameter of a filter rod to be inserted into a cigarette, and the diameter of the other end of the filter rod inserting channel is smaller than the diameter of the filter rod to be inserted into the cigarette; the filter rod inserting channel is characterized in that a vibrating mechanism is arranged on the filter rod inserting channel;
the vibration mechanism comprises a vibration channel, a collision part is arranged on the inner wall of the vibration channel, and the collision part is contacted with the filter rod inserting channel;
the vibration mechanism further comprises a vibration part; the vibrating part can freely slide in the vibrating channel; a reset spring is pressed between one end of the vibration part and one end of the vibration channel, and the vibration part stays at the other end of the vibration channel under the acting force of the reset spring; one end of the vibration part, which is not pressed with the spring, is provided with a pressing part capable of pushing the vibration part to compress the reset spring, and the pressing part extends out of the recorder main body;
the collision part comprises a protruding structure, and the protruding structure extends into the moving path of the vibration part in the vibration channel; the vibration part is made of elastic materials.
