The thick inner structure outside the filter stick inserting channel 13 is formed by the gradually thickened outer wall of the filter stick inserting channel 13, and the filter stick inserting channel 13 is connected with the smoke channel 12; a smoke passage is formed inside, so that smoke enters the smoke channel 12 from the filter stick inserting channel 13.
The shell 10 of the smoking behavior recorder is provided with a grip 14 which is convenient to hold and prevents slipping in the holding process, the grip 14 can improve the gripping comfort of the smoking behavior recorder, the grip 14 is provided with a holding groove structure for accommodating five fingers, a thumb holding groove 142 and the rest four-finger holding grooves are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the shell 10 of the smoking behavior recorder, one end of the smoking behavior recorder, which is used for inserting a cigarette 20, is the front end (such as the right side of the side view of the smoking behavior recorder in fig. 1), and one end with a suction nozzle 11 is the rear end (such as the left side of the side view of the smoking behavior recorder in fig. 1). The switch button of the push-button switch 404 penetrates out of the middle of the forefinger holding groove 141, so that the forefinger can press the switch button when the smoker holds the cigarette, and the cigarette ash can be shaken off.
Specifically, the vibrating mechanism includes a vibrating channel 40 and a vibration reed 405 disposed below the outer surface of the housing of the filter rod insertion channel 13. The vibration passage 40 has a passage through which the vibration generating ball 402 moves linearly. The vibration starting reed 405 is connected and arranged on the outer surface of the shell of the filter stick inserting channel 13 or the inner surface of the side, connected with the filter stick inserting channel, of the vibration starting channel 40, and penetrates into the vibration starting channel 40 to be positioned on the motion path of the linear movement of the vibration starting ball 402. The start ball 402 is a rigid pellet made of a rigid material. In the vibration channel 40, a return spring 401 is compressed between the vibration starting ball 402 and the inner end surface of the vibration channel 40 (the inner end of the vibration channel 40 faces the rear end of the recorder), a connecting rod 403 is arranged on the surface of the vibration starting ball 402 facing the other end of the vibration channel 40 (the outer end of the vibration channel 40 faces the front end of the recorder), the connecting rod 403 and the vibration starting ball 402 are bonded, welded or integrally formed, and a push switch 404 is sleeved on the end of the connecting rod 403 which is not connected with the vibration starting ball 402. Namely, the vibration channel 40 is provided with a return spring 401, a vibration starting ball 402 and a connecting rod 403 in sequence from the inner end to the outer end, and the outer end of the connecting rod 403 is sleeved with a push switch 404. The push switch 404 extends out of the housing 10 of the smoking behaviour recorder so that the smoker can push the switch to eject the ash.
When in use, the cigarette 20 is inserted into the filter stick insertion channel 13 and fixed by the rubber ring 22 to realize the tight connection between the cigarette 20 and the smoking behavior recorder, and after the cigarette 20 is ignited, a smoker sucks the cigarette through the suction nozzle 11. When the cigarette ash is generated, a smoker presses the push switch 404 to drive the connecting rod 403 to push the vibration starting ball 402 to press the return spring 401 to the inner end of the vibration channel 40 in the vibration channel 40, and the vibration starting ball 402 continuously collides with the plurality of vibration starting reeds 405 in the process of being pushed to the inner end along the vibration channel 40, and the rigid vibration starting ball 402 collides and stirs the vibration starting reeds 405 to enable the vibration reeds 405 to vibrate; the vibration of vibrating reed 405 is transmitted to cigarette 20 through filter rod insertion passage 13, vibrating off the ash. The vibration starting ball 402 is pushed towards the inner end along the vibration channel 40 until the return spring 401 is compressed to the maximum deformation, the maximum pushing distance is reached, the push switch 404 cannot be pushed continuously, at the moment, the smoker releases the push switch 404, the return spring 401 releases the elastic force outwards, the small ball 402 is pushed to move outwards along the vibration channel 40, the vibration starting reed 405 is continuously pushed again to generate secondary vibration, and the vibration is transmitted to the filter stick insertion channel 13 by the vibration starting reed 405 and finally reaches the front end of the cigarette 20 to realize ash bouncing. If the soot does not completely bounce, the push switch 404 may be repeatedly pressed until the soot completely bounces.
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 only in that the serrated mold 306 in embodiment 1 is replaced with a vibration starting reed 405 that can continuously vibrate for a certain period of time. In example 1, the vibration is generated by continuous deformation-restoration of the elastic small ball, and the deformation-restoration of the elastic small ball is generated by continuous extrusion of the small ball in the linear constraint movement process of the small ball by the saw teeth of the serrated die; the vibration in embodiment 2 is generated by the small ball striking and stirring the reed, and the reed can continuously vibrate within a certain time after being stirred.
Specifically, the vibration channel 40 may be formed by 4 steel columns, the steel columns are arranged below the filter rod insertion channel 13 along the front and rear end directions of the recorder, the 4 steel columns form four edges of a regular quadrangular prism, the distance between adjacent edges is slightly smaller than the diameter of the vibration starting ball 402, and the vibration starting ball 402 linearly moves in the 4 steel columns along the direction of the steel columns. A vibration-inducing reed 405, one end of which is disposed on the outer surface of the filter rod insertion passage 13, extends into the vibration passage 40 from between the two upper steel columns, and is provided on a path along which the vibration-inducing ball 402 moves linearly.

When the other hand is used for touching the cigarette flicking ash, the cigarette flicking ash is easily scalded when the cigarette is burnt for a short time; secondly, the recorder is held by one hand, and the cigarette is flicked by the other hand, so that the impact of relative position movement exists between the cigarette and the recorder, the cigarette is easy to loose and drop, or the air tightness between the cigarette and a filter stick insertion channel is poor, and the acquired data is inaccurate; in addition, in order to conveniently insert the cigarettes without crushing or breaking the cigarettes, the mutual acting force between the filter stick insertion channel and the filter stick is small, and the cigarettes are not tightly wrapped or clamped, so that the cigarettes are very easy to loosen when the recorder is held (fixed) and the cigarettes inserted in the recorder are flicked (touched).
When the smoking behavior recorder convenient for ejecting cigarette ash is used, the continuous vibration with smaller impact is directly caused to the filter stick insertion channel, namely the fixed structure of the cigarette on the recorder and the cigarette vibrate together, and the cigarette and the recorder do not have relative movement impact any more, so that the cigarette is prevented from loosening when the cigarette ash is effectively ejected.
The smoking behavior recorder convenient for ejecting the cigarette ash is used for solving the problem that the cigarette ash is inconvenient to eject when the smoking behavior recorder is used, a smoker does not need to shake the smoking behavior recorder or eject the cigarette manually, only the key needs to be continuously pressed, the cigarette ash can be automatically ejected through the vibration mechanism, the operation is simple and convenient, and the cigarette ash can be prevented from flying and shaking down in the cigarette ash ejecting process.

Claims (10)

1. A smoking behavior recorder convenient for ejecting cigarette ash comprises a recorder main body, wherein a filter stick inserting channel is formed in the recorder main body, the radial size of the filter stick inserting channel is gradually reduced from an inserting opening to the inside, the diameter of one end of the inserting opening of the filter stick inserting channel is larger than that of a filter stick of a cigarette to be inserted, and the diameter of the other end of the filter stick inserting channel is smaller than that of the filter stick of the cigarette to be inserted; the filter stick inserting device is characterized in that a vibration mechanism is arranged on the filter stick inserting channel;
the vibration mechanism comprises a vibration channel, the inner wall of the vibration channel is provided with a collision part, and the collision part is contacted with the filter stick insertion channel;
the vibration mechanism further comprises a vibration part; the vibrating part can freely slide in the vibrating channel; a return spring is arranged between one end of the vibration part and one end of the vibration channel in a pressing mode, and the vibration part stays at the other end of the vibration channel under the action force of the return spring; one end of the vibration part, which is not provided with the spring in a pressing way, is provided with a pressing part which can push the vibration part to compress the return spring, and the pressing part extends out of the recorder main body;
the collision part comprises a protruding structure which extends into a moving path of the vibration part in the vibration channel; the vibrating portion is made of elastic materials.

The smoking behavior recorder convenient for ejecting cigarette ash as claimed in claim 1, wherein the recorder body is provided with a grip, the grip is provided with a holding groove structure for accommodating fingers, and the pressing part extends out of the holding groove structure corresponding to the index finger.
3. The smoking behavior recorder convenient for ejecting cigarette ash according to claim 2, wherein the vibrating portion is a sphere.
4. The smoking behavior recorder convenient for ejecting cigarette ash of claim 3, wherein the collision part is a serrated mold.

The smoking behavior recorder convenient for ejecting cigarette ash according to claim 4, wherein the pressing part comprises a connecting rod and a key, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the vibrating part, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the key, and the key extends out of the recorder body.

A smoking behavior recorder convenient for ejecting cigarette ash comprises a recorder main body, wherein a filter stick inserting channel is formed in the recorder main body, the radial size of the filter stick inserting channel is gradually reduced from an inserting opening to the inside, the diameter of one end of the inserting opening of the filter stick inserting channel is larger than that of a filter stick of a cigarette to be inserted, and the diameter of the other end of the filter stick inserting channel is smaller than that of the filter stick of the cigarette to be inserted; the filter stick inserting device is characterized in that a vibration mechanism is arranged on the filter stick inserting channel;
the vibration mechanism comprises a vibration channel and a moving part, and the moving part can freely slide in the vibration channel; a return spring is arranged between one end of the moving part and one end of the vibration channel in a pressing mode, and the moving part stays at the other end of the vibration channel under the action force of the return spring; one end of the moving part, which is not provided with the spring in a pressing way, is provided with a pressing part which can push the moving part to compress the return spring, and the pressing part extends out of the recorder main body;
the vibration mechanism also comprises a plurality of vibration parts, one end of each vibration part is connected with the outer wall of the filter stick insertion channel, and the other end of each vibration part extends into the moving path of the moving part in the vibration channel; the vibrating portion is made of elastic materials.

The smoking behavior recorder convenient for ejecting cigarette ash as claimed in claim 6, wherein the recorder body is provided with a grip, the grip is provided with a holding groove structure for accommodating fingers, and the pressing part extends out of the holding groove structure corresponding to the index finger.

9. The smoking behavior recorder convenient for ejecting cigarette ash according to claim 8, wherein the vibrating part is a metal reed.

The smoking behavior recorder convenient for ejecting cigarette ash according to claim 9, wherein the pressing portion comprises a connecting rod and a key, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the moving portion, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the key, and the key extends out of the recorder body.
