As shown in figure 1, the probiotic beverage with the function of regulating intestines and stomach comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12.5 to 16.5 portions of kumquat, 16.5 to 19.5 portions of hawthorn, 4.5 to 7.5 portions of apple, 19.5 to 26.5 portions of lemon, 13.5 to 18.5 portions of banana, 8.5 to 11.5 portions of grape, 4.5 to 6.5 portions of kiwi fruit, 32.5 to 46.5 portions of carrot, 32.5 to 45.5 portions of glucose, 550 portions of sterile water and 1.2 to 2.3 portions of lactobacillus acidophilus.
A preparation method of a probiotic beverage with a function of coordinating intestines and stomach comprises the following steps:
step one, weighing kumquats, hawthorns, apples, lemons, bananas, grapes, kiwi fruits and carrots according to the proportion, cleaning the fruits, putting the cleaned fruits into a jam machine to prepare jam, and filtering the jam to obtain fruit juice;
step two, mixing the fruit pulp, glucose and sterile water according to a set proportion, inoculating lactobacillus acidophilus for aerobic fermentation at the fermentation temperature of 36-38 ℃ until the pH value is 5.5-6.5 to obtain fermentation liquor;
thirdly, anaerobic fermentation is carried out on the fermentation liquor, the fermentation temperature is 28-32 ℃, the fermentation time is 36-48h under the condition of the rotation speed of 150r/min, and then the fermentation is carried out for 48-72h, so as to obtain a finished product;

weighing kumquats, hawthorns, apples, lemons, bananas, grapes, kiwi fruits and carrots according to the proportion, cleaning the fruits, putting the cleaned fruits into a jam machine to prepare jam, and filtering the jam to obtain fruit pulp;
step two, mixing the fruit pulp, glucose and sterile water according to a set proportion, inoculating lactobacillus acidophilus for aerobic fermentation at the fermentation temperature of 36-38 ℃ until the pH value is 5.5-6.5 to obtain fermentation liquor;
and step three, performing anaerobic fermentation on the fermentation liquor, fermenting for 36-48h under the conditions that the fermentation temperature is 28-32 ℃ and the rotation speed is 150r/min, and standing and fermenting for 48-72h to obtain a finished product.
