step three: pouring the sterilized juice cooled to 40 ℃ into a sterilized fermentation device, adding lactobacillus plantarum accounting for 0.6% of the weight of the juice and lactobacillus acidophilus accounting for 0.4% of the weight of the juice, fermenting for 48 hours at 37 ℃, and discharging the materials after the fermentation is finished;
step four: adding white granulated sugar with the mass of 4% of the fruit juice into the fermented fruit juice, blending, and then finely filtering, wherein the aperture of a filter screen is less than 1 mm;
step five: sterilizing the filtered fermented juice in a pasteurizer at 80 deg.C for 10 min;
step six: and (4) placing the sterilized hawthorn fermented fruit juice in a closed container for storage or filling on an aseptic filling line.

when the interior of the tank body 1 needs to be cleaned, the water pump 18 is started, the water pump 18 is connected with an external water pipe to provide a water source, the water outlet pipe 20 of the water pump 18 sprays water into the rotating pipe 21, then the water flow is discharged through the water discharge hole 211, and the filter cartridge 23 is sprayed, so that impurities are prevented from being adhered to the filter screen 24 and are not easy to clean, and the cleaning is convenient and fast;
when waste residues need to be discharged, the hinge bracket 7 is firstly pulled downwards, the positioning block 8 on the hinge bracket 7 leaves the positioning groove 5, then the bottom cover 2 is rotated, the bottom cover 2 can be opened, and then the waste residues in the tank body 1 can be discharged, so that the waste residues are convenient to clean;
when the filling is needed, the filling barrel is placed on the placing plate 325, the rotating motor 321 is started through the peripheral controller, the rotating motor 321 drives the driving roller 322 to rotate, the driving roller 322 drives the driven roller 324 to rotate through the conveying belt 323, the filling barrel is driven to move through the matching of the driving roller and the driven roller, after the filling barrel is moved to a specified position, the valve 4 is opened, the hawthorn juice is injected into the filling barrel, and a processing worker only needs to move away the filled filling barrel, so that the filling speed is increased.
