The server may be a single server or a server group. The set of servers can be centralized or distributed (e.g., the servers can be a distributed system). Further, the network may be used for the exchange of information and/or data. In some embodiments, one or more components (e.g., servers, user terminals, and databases) in an interaction scenario may send information and/or data to other components. In some embodiments, the network may be any type of wired or wireless network, or combination thereof. Merely by way of example, the Network may include a wired Network, a Wireless Network, a fiber optic Network, a telecommunications Network, an intranet, the internet, a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), a Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), a bluetooth Network, a ZigBee Network, or a Near Field Communication (NFC) Network, among others, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, the network may include one or more network access points. For example, the network may include wired or wireless network access points, such as base stations and/or network switching nodes, through which one or more components of the interaction scenario may connect to the network to exchange data and/or information.
In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 830 may be implemented in software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the logic instructions are sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Further, embodiments of the present invention disclose a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions, which, when executed by a computer, enable the computer to perform the methods provided by the above-mentioned method embodiments.
In another aspect, embodiments of the present invention also provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is implemented by a processor to execute the block chain-based vehicle information processing method provided in each of the above embodiments.
In still another aspect, the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is implemented by a processor to execute the block chain-based vehicle information processing method provided in each of the above embodiments.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (10)

1. A vehicle information processing method based on a block chain is applied to violation punishment mobile terminals, and a plurality of violation punishment mobile terminals are connected with one another to form a plurality of nodes in a network, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to violation information of a vehicle, acquiring identification information of the violation vehicle, generating broadcast information broadcasted in the network according to the violation information and the identification information, and generating violation records by each node in the network according to the broadcast information;
acquiring N violation records, encrypting the N violation records, and generating a block account book for vehicle violation, wherein N is greater than or equal to two;
and establishing an information chain of two adjacent block accounts to form a block chain based on the violation information.
2. The vehicle information processing method based on the block chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of identifying violation information of the vehicle, obtaining identification information of the violation vehicle, and generating broadcast information broadcasted in the network according to the violation information and the identification information specifically comprises:
responding to the violation information of the vehicle, acquiring vehicle identity information and owner identity information of the violation vehicle, and generating the identification information of the violation vehicle according to the vehicle identity information and the owner identity information;
and acquiring node address information for generating the violation information, and adding the node address information into the identification information.
3. The block chain-based vehicle information processing method according to claim 2, wherein the step of generating violation records by each node in the network according to the broadcast information specifically includes:
establishing communication links between the rest nodes in the network and the nodes generating the violation information in response to the broadcast information broadcasted in the network;
all the nodes extract the violation information and the identification information in the broadcast information, and generate the violation record corresponding to the vehicle according to the violation information and the identification information.

The block chain-based vehicle information processing method according to claim 3, wherein the step of establishing communication links between the remaining nodes in the network and the node generating the violation information in response to the broadcast information broadcasted in the network specifically includes:
acquiring data script files transmitted between other nodes in the network and the nodes generating the violation information, and immediately transmitting data transmission time between the other nodes in the network and the nodes generating the violation information;
and if the data script file is lost and/or the data transmission duration exceeds the preset duration, discarding the node.
5. The vehicle information processing method based on the blockchain as claimed in claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining N violation records, encrypting the N violation records, and generating a blockbook of vehicle violations specifically comprises:
counting the generated violation records by each node in the network, if the number of the generated violation records reaches N, generating a block ledger by the node according to the N violation records, and sending the block ledger to each node in the network;
and the node which acquires the block account book stops counting the violation records corresponding to the block account book.

The block chain-based vehicle information processing method according to claim 5, wherein each node in the network counts the violation records generated, and if the number of the violation records generated reaches N, the node generates a block ledger according to the N violation records and sends the block ledger to each node in the network, and the method specifically includes:
acquiring and judging the vehicle identity information in the block account book within a preset time period;
if the same block account book comprises at least two pieces of same vehicle identity information, acquiring the node address information for generating the violation information, and judging the node address information;
and if the node address information is the same, adding an identification stamp to the first violation record corresponding to the vehicle identity information and the node address information.
7. The block chain-based vehicle information processing method according to claim 5, wherein the step of establishing an information chain between two adjacent block accounts and forming the block chain based on the violation information specifically includes:
acquiring a block head and a password value of the block account book, and adding a password pointer pointing to the password value of the previous block account book to the block head;
and establishing a link between two adjacent block accounts through the password pointer and the password value, and forming the block chain through the link.
8. A block chain-based vehicle information processing apparatus characterized by comprising: the device comprises an acquisition module, a generation module and an establishment module;
the acquisition module is used for responding to violation information of the vehicle and acquiring identification information of the violation vehicle;
the generation module is used for generating broadcast information broadcasted in the network according to the violation information and the identification information, generating violation records according to the broadcast information, acquiring N violation records, encrypting the N violation records and generating a block ledger of vehicle violation;
the establishing module is used for establishing information chains of two adjacent block accounts to form a block chain based on the violation information.
