a first node in a first communication network sends first request information to a core node of the first communication network, wherein the first request information is used for requesting to acquire an IP address of an internetwork settlement node in the first communication network;
the first node receives an IP address of an internet settlement node in the first communication network sent by the core node;
the first node calls a second node in a second communication network and communicates with the second node; the first communication network and the second communication network are different;
the first node sends call information after the call between the first node and the second node is carried out to an internet settlement node in the first communication network according to the IP address of the internet settlement node in the first communication network, so that the internet settlement node in the first communication network calculates transfer information between the first communication network and the second communication network, and broadcasts the transfer information to a block chain network at least comprising the internet settlement node in the first communication network and the internet settlement node in the second communication network.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the first node in the first communication network sends the first request message to the core node in the first communication network, the method further comprises:
and the first node sends the mobile phone number, the identification information and the IP address of the first node to a core node of the first communication network, so that the mobile phone number, the identification information and the IP address of the first node are recorded after the core node passes the identity verification of the first node.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the first node calls a second node in a second communication network and makes a call with the second node, further comprising:
the first node sends the mobile phone number, the identification information or the IP address of the second node to the core node, so that the core node judges whether the first node and the second node are nodes in the same communication network;
and the first node receives a judgment result sent by the core node, wherein the judgment result identifies that the first node and the second node are nodes in different communication networks.
4. A method for internet settlement, comprising:
a core node of a first communication network receives first request information sent by a first node in the first communication network, wherein the first request information is used for requesting to acquire an IP address of an internetwork settlement node in the first communication network;
the core node sends an IP address of an internet settlement node in the first communication network to the first node, so that the first node sends call information after the first node and a second node in a second communication network make a call to the internet settlement node in the first communication network according to the IP address of the internet settlement node in the first communication network, so that the internet settlement node in the first communication network calculates transfer information between the first communication network and the second communication network, and broadcasts the transfer information to a block chain network at least comprising the internet settlement node in the first communication network and the internet settlement node in the second communication network; the first communication network and the second communication network are different.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein before the core node of the first communication network receives the first request message sent by the first node in the first communication network, the method further comprises:
the core node receives second request information sent by at least one edge node in the first communication network, wherein the second request information indicates that the at least one edge node applies to become an internetwork settlement node in the first communication network;
and the core node records the IP address and the identification information of the at least one edge node according to the second request information.
6. The method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein before the core node of the first communication network receives the first request message sent by the first node in the first communication network, the method further comprises:
the core node receives the mobile phone number, the identification information and the IP address of the first node;
the core node verifies the identity of the first node according to the mobile phone number, the identification information and the IP address of the first node;
and after the core node passes the identity verification of the first node, recording the mobile phone number, the identification information and the IP address of the first node.
7. An internetwork settlement apparatus, comprising:
a sending module, configured to send first request information to a core node of a first communication network, where the first request information is used to request to acquire an IP address of an internetwork settlement node in the first communication network;
a receiving module, configured to receive an IP address of an internetwork settlement node in the first communication network, where the IP address is sent by the core node;
the calling module is used for calling a second node in a second communication network and communicating with the second node; the first communication network and the second communication network are different;
the sending module is further configured to: and sending the call information after the call between the first node and the second node is carried out to the internet settlement node in the first communication network according to the IP address of the internet settlement node in the first communication network, so that the internet settlement node in the first communication network calculates the transfer information between the first communication network and the second communication network, and broadcasts the transfer information to a block chain network at least comprising the internet settlement node in the first communication network and the internet settlement node in the second communication network.

The internet settlement apparatus of claim 10, wherein the receiving module is further configured to: receiving second request information sent by at least one edge node in the first communication network, wherein the second request information indicates that the at least one edge node applies to become an internetwork settlement node in the first communication network;
the internetwork settlement device further comprises: and the recording module is used for recording the IP address and the identification information of the at least one edge node according to the second request information.
