Claims (11)

1. An electronic voting method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps that a supervision node receives electronic voting announcement information broadcasted by an electronic voting initiator node in a blockchain network, wherein the electronic voting announcement information comprises: voting qualification conditions, identification information of the supervision nodes, information to be voted, voting deadline time and voting rules;
the supervision node inquires and obtains the block chain public keys and/or block chain identifications of a plurality of voting nodes meeting the voting qualification according to the voting qualification;
the supervision node carries out private key signature on the public key and/or the block chain identification of the plurality of voting nodes which meet the voting qualification;
the supervising node broadcasts the public blockchain keys and/or the blockchain identifications of the plurality of voting nodes which are qualified by voting after being signed by the private key in the blockchain network, so that after receiving the voting content broadcast in the blockchain network by the target node, the accounting node determines whether the public blockchain keys and/or the blockchain identifications of the target node are in a list broadcast in the blockchain network by the supervising node, wherein the list comprises the public blockchain keys and/or the blockchain identifications of the plurality of voting nodes which are qualified by voting.
2. An electronic voting method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the target node receives electronic voting announcement information broadcasted by an electronic voting initiator node in a block chain network, wherein the electronic voting announcement information comprises the following components: voting qualification conditions, identification information of supervision nodes, information to be voted, voting deadline time and voting rules;
the target node determines whether the target node meets the voting qualification condition;
broadcasting, by the target node, voting content in the blockchain network when the target node determines that the target node meets the voting qualification, the voting content comprises a private key signature of the target node, the accounting node is used for inquiring and acquiring a block chain public key and/or a block chain identifier of the target node after the private key signature of the target node is verified, and determining whether the blockchain public key and/or blockchain identification of the target node is in a list broadcast by a supervising node in the blockchain network, the list includes the blockchain public keys and/or blockchain identifications of a plurality of voting nodes that qualify for a vote, and the supervision node is used for inquiring and obtaining the public keys and/or the block chain identifications of the voting nodes which accord with the voting qualification according to the voting qualification condition.
3. An electronic voting method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a billing node receives voting content broadcasted by a target node in a block chain network, wherein the voting content comprises a private key signature of the target node;
after the private key signature of the target node is verified by the accounting node, inquiring and acquiring a block chain public key and/or a block chain identifier of the target node;
the accounting node determines whether the blockchain public key and/or the blockchain identification of the target node is in a list broadcasted by a supervising node in the blockchain network, wherein the list comprises the blockchain public keys and/or the blockchain identifications of a plurality of voting nodes meeting voting qualification, and the supervising node is used for inquiring and obtaining the blockchain public keys and/or the blockchain identifications of the plurality of voting nodes meeting the voting qualification according to the voting qualification conditions;
if the blockchain public key and/or the blockchain identifier of the target node are/is in the list, the accounting node records the voting content of the target node in a blockchain account book.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
after the voting deadline time, the accounting node determines voting results according to the voting contents of the target nodes, wherein the voting results comprise the voting contents of the target nodes;
the accounting node records the voting results in a new tile in the blockchain network.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
when the accounting node acquires the accounting right of the new block, the accounting node broadcasts the voting results to the blockchain network, so that other accounting nodes in the blockchain network verify the voting results, and the voting contents in the voting results, which are verified by other accounting nodes, are retained in the new block.
6. A supervisory node, comprising:
a memory;
a processor;
a communication interface; and
a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to:
receiving electronic voting announcement information broadcasted by an electronic voting initiator node in a blockchain network through the communication interface, wherein the electronic voting announcement information comprises: voting qualification conditions, identification information of the supervision nodes, information to be voted, voting deadline time and voting rules;
inquiring and obtaining the block chain public keys and/or block chain identifications of a plurality of voting nodes meeting the voting qualification according to the voting qualification conditions;
private key signature is carried out on the public key of the block chain and/or the identification of the block chain of the voting nodes which accord with the voting qualification;
broadcasting the public blockchain keys and/or the blockchain identifications of the plurality of voting nodes which are qualified for voting and signed by the private key in the blockchain network through the communication interface, so that after receiving the voting content broadcast in the blockchain network by the target node, the accounting node determines whether the public blockchain keys and/or the blockchain identifications of the target node are in a list broadcast in the blockchain network by the supervision node, wherein the list comprises the public blockchain keys and/or the blockchain identifications of the plurality of voting nodes which are qualified for voting.
7. A target node, comprising:
a memory;
a processor;
a communication interface; and
a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to:
receiving electronic voting announcement information broadcasted by an electronic voting initiator node in a blockchain network through the communication interface, wherein the electronic voting announcement information comprises: voting qualification conditions, identification information of supervision nodes, information to be voted, voting deadline time and voting rules;
determining whether the target node meets the voting qualification;
when the target node meets the voting qualification conditions, broadcasting voting contents in the blockchain network through the communication interface, wherein the voting contents comprise private key signatures of the target node, the accounting node is used for inquiring and acquiring a blockchain public key and/or a blockchain identifier of the target node after the private key signatures of the target node pass verification, and determining whether the blockchain public key and/or the blockchain identifier of the target node are in a list broadcast in the blockchain network by a supervision node, wherein the list comprises the blockchain public keys and/or the blockchain identifiers of a plurality of voting nodes meeting the voting qualification, and the supervision node is used for inquiring and acquiring the blockchain public keys and/or the blockchain identifiers of the voting nodes meeting the voting qualification according to the voting qualification conditions.
8. An accounting node, comprising:
a memory;
a processor;
a communication interface; and
a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to:
receiving voting content broadcasted by a target node in a block chain network through the communication interface, wherein the voting content comprises a private key signature of the target node;
after the private key signature of the target node passes verification, inquiring and acquiring a block chain public key and/or a block chain identifier of the target node;
determining whether the blockchain public key and/or the blockchain identification of the target node are in a list broadcasted by a supervising node in the blockchain network, wherein the list comprises the blockchain public keys and/or the blockchain identifications of a plurality of voting nodes meeting voting qualification, and the supervising node is used for inquiring and obtaining the blockchain public keys and/or the blockchain identifications of the plurality of voting nodes meeting the voting qualification according to the voting qualification condition;
and if the block chain public key and/or the block chain identifier of the target node are/is in the list, recording the voting content of the target node in a block chain account book through the communication interface.
9. The accounting node of claim 8, wherein the processor is further configured to:
after the voting deadline time, determining a voting result according to the voting content of the plurality of target nodes, wherein the voting result comprises the voting content of the plurality of target nodes;
and recording the voting result in a new block in the block chain network through the communication interface.
10. The accounting node of claim 9, wherein the processor is further configured to:
when the accounting node acquires the accounting right of the new block, the voting result is broadcast to the block chain network through the communication interface, so that other accounting nodes in the block chain network verify the voting result, and the voting content verified by other accounting nodes in the voting result is retained in the new block.
