the second computing module 101-1 is specifically configured to generate a communication ticket and bill data according to an international roaming communication behavior of a roaming user;
the broadcasting module 102 is specifically configured to send a communication ticket and billing data to one or more operator nodes in the distributed system at an interval of every 10 minutes;
the first calculation module 101-2 is specifically configured to calculate an encrypted hash function according to a block chain algorithm agreed in advance and send a calculation result to one or more operator nodes in the distributed system;
the first determining module 101-3 is specifically configured to determine whether one or more operator nodes obtain the billing right according to the received calculation result;
the storage module 101-4 is specifically configured to, when it is determined that the billing right exists, store the received communication ticket and the bill data in the blockchain in the form of an encrypted hash function by calling an API of the corresponding blockchain;
the second determining module 201 is specifically configured to determine whether the communication ticket and the billing data satisfy a settlement condition of the international roaming communication cost according to the communication ticket and the billing data generated by the operator node of the international roaming communication behavior of the roaming user in the distributed system;
a sending module 202, configured to send settlement data to an operator node where an international roaming communication behavior occurs for a roaming user in a distributed system when it is determined that a settlement condition is satisfied;
the settlement module 203 is specifically configured to transfer settlement funds of the international roaming communication charges to the operator nodes in the distributed system when receiving a confirmation reply of the operator nodes in the distributed system to the settlement data; after transferring settlement funds of the international roaming communication charges to an operator node in the distributed system, storing settlement information in a corresponding block chain;
the query module 204 is specifically configured to, when receiving a communication consumption information query request sent by a user, extract relevant communication consumption data of the user in a corresponding blockchain and send the relevant communication consumption data to the user.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a distributed system of international roaming communication, which comprises: a plurality of operator nodes and blockchains; wherein,
each operator node is provided with a charging device for the international roaming communication provided by the embodiment of the invention or a settlement device for the international roaming communication provided by the embodiment of the invention;
and the block chain has storage blocks corresponding to each operator node.
Specifically, in the distributed system for international roaming communication provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the distributed system may be integrally deployed as one subsystem in a charging system of each operator node.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a charging and settlement method, a charging device, a settlement device and a distributed system for international roaming communication, wherein the charging method comprises the steps of generating a communication bill and bill data according to the international roaming communication behavior of a roaming user; sending communication ticket and bill data to one or more operator nodes in the distributed system; and when the communication ticket and the bill data are received, judging whether one or more operator nodes store the received communication ticket and the bill data in the block chain or not according to a preset rule. Therefore, when international roaming communication occurs, the charging of the international roaming communication is realized through a series of operations of generating a communication ticket and bill data, sending the data to one or more peer operator nodes and storing the data in a block chain, so that each operator node in a distributed system can verify the authenticity and the integrity of the communication ticket and the bill data; meanwhile, the instant query of communication consumption data of the user can be met, and the communication service experience of the user is improved.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
Claims (19)
1. A charging method for international roaming communication, characterized in that the charging method comprises:
generating a communication ticket and bill data according to the international roaming communication behavior of the roaming user;
sending the communication ticket and the bill data to one or more operator nodes in a distributed system;
and when the communication ticket and the bill data are received, judging whether the one or more operator nodes store the received communication ticket and the bill data in a block chain according to a preset rule.
2. The charging method according to claim 1, wherein the block chain specifically includes:
the system comprises a consensus mechanism block, an account information block, a general account information block and a peer-to-peer network networking block.
3. The charging method according to claim 1, wherein the sending the communication ticket and the billing data to one or more operator nodes in the distributed system specifically comprises:
and sending the communication ticket and the bill data to one or more operator nodes in the distributed system according to a set time interval.
4. The charging method according to claim 1, wherein the determining, according to a preset rule, whether the one or more operator nodes store the received communication ticket and the received bill data in a block chain specifically comprises:
calculating an encrypted hash function according to a block chain algorithm agreed in advance and sending a calculation result to one or more operator nodes in the distributed system;
determining whether the one or more operator nodes obtain accounting rights according to the received calculation result;
and when the billing right is determined to be possessed, storing the received communication ticket and the bill data in a block chain.
5. The charging method according to claim 4, wherein the storing the received communication ticket and the bill data in a block chain specifically comprises:
and storing the received communication ticket and bill data in the blockchain in an encrypted hash function mode by calling an Application Program Interface (API) of the corresponding blockchain.
6. A method for settling international roaming communication, the method comprising:
according to a communication ticket and bill data generated by an operator node of a roaming user in a distributed system, determining whether the communication ticket and the bill data meet a settlement condition of international roaming communication cost;
when the settlement condition is determined to be met, sending settlement data to an operator node of the distributed system, wherein the international roaming communication behavior of a roaming user occurs;
transferring settlement funds for the international roaming communication charges to an operator node in the distributed system upon receipt of a confirmation reply to the settlement data by the operator node in the distributed system.
7. The settlement method according to claim 6, further comprising:
after transferring settlement funds for the international roaming communication charges to an operator node in the distributed system, storing settlement information within a corresponding blockchain.
8. The settlement method according to claim 6, further comprising:
when a communication consumption information query request sent by a user is received, extracting relevant communication consumption data of the user in a corresponding block chain and sending the relevant communication consumption data to the user.
9. Settlement method according to any one of claims 6 to 8, comprising a charging method for international roaming communication according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A charging apparatus for international roaming communication, comprising:
the computing module is used for generating a communication ticket and bill data according to the international roaming communication behavior of the roaming user; when the communication ticket and the bill data are received, judging whether one or more operator nodes store the received communication ticket and the bill data in a block chain or not according to a preset rule;
and the broadcasting module is used for sending the communication ticket and the bill data to one or more operator nodes in the distributed system.
11. The charging apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the block chain specifically includes:
the system comprises a consensus mechanism block, an account information block, a general account information block and a peer-to-peer network networking block.
12. The charging apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the broadcasting module is specifically configured to send the communication ticket and the billing data to one or more operator nodes in the distributed system according to a set time interval.
13. The charging apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the calculating module specifically includes:
the first calculation module is specifically used for calculating an encrypted hash function according to a block chain algorithm agreed in advance and sending a calculation result to one or more operator nodes in the distributed system;
a first determining module, configured to determine whether the one or more operator nodes obtain an accounting right according to the received calculation result;
and the storage module is specifically used for storing the received communication ticket and the bill data in a block chain when the billing right is determined to be possessed.
14. The charging apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the storage module is specifically configured to store the received communication ticket and the bill data in a blockchain in the form of an encrypted hash function by calling an API of the corresponding blockchain when the calculation module determines that the billing right is present.
15. An apparatus for settling international roaming communication, comprising:
the second determination module is used for determining whether the communication ticket and the bill data meet the settlement condition of the international roaming communication cost according to the communication ticket and the bill data generated by the operator node of the international roaming communication behavior of the roaming user in the distributed system;
the sending module is used for sending settlement data to an operator node of the international roaming communication behavior of the roaming user in the distributed system when the settlement condition is determined to be met;
and the settlement module is used for transferring the settlement fund of the international roaming communication cost to the operator node in the distributed system when receiving the confirmation reply of the operator node in the distributed system to the settlement data.
16. The settlement apparatus of claim 15, wherein the settlement module is further configured to store settlement information in the corresponding blockchain after transferring settlement funds for the international roaming communication charges to an operator node in the distributed system.
17. The settlement apparatus according to claim 15, further comprising:
and the query module is used for extracting the relevant communication consumption data of the user in the corresponding block chain and sending the relevant communication consumption data to the user when receiving a communication consumption information query request sent by the user.
18. Settlement apparatus according to any one of claims 15 to 17, comprising charging means for international roaming communications according to any one of claims 10 to 14.
19. A distributed system for international roaming communication, the distributed system comprising: a plurality of operator nodes and blockchains; wherein,
-each of said operator nodes is provided with charging means according to any of claims 10-14 or with settlement means according to any of claims 15-18;
the block chain has memory blocks corresponding to each of the operator nodes.
