All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In this application, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The embodiment of the application provides a high-speed passing charging method, as shown in fig. 1, specifically comprising the following steps:
s101, receiving vehicle information and traffic information of a target vehicle acquired by a portal in real time after the target vehicle is monitored to run at a high speed; the traffic information at least comprises information of the traffic road section and traffic cost of the traffic road section.
Optionally, the target vehicle navigation and positioning system may be interfaced with, so that whether the target vehicle is driving at a high speed is monitored through the target vehicle navigation and positioning system. Of course, it may be determined that the target vehicle is driven at a high speed when the vehicle information and the traffic information of the target vehicle transmitted by the first portal frame are received. Of course, it is also possible to monitor whether the target vehicle is driving at a high speed in other ways, for example, since a toll station is also provided nowadays, the target vehicle can be informed of driving at a high speed by the system of the toll station by interfacing with the system of the toll station, and transmitting a message by the system of the toll station.
The vehicle information mainly comprises license plate numbers and can certainly comprise the license plate colors of the vehicles, so that charging is convenient to carry out according to vehicle types, or when a preferential passing policy is provided, for example, the policy of free passing in holidays and festivals is adopted, whether the target vehicle is in the preferential policy or not can be directly determined according to the license plate colors, and the inquiry is not needed according to the license plate numbers and the like. Of course, the vehicle information may also include the ETC card number and the bank account number bound thereto. The information of the passing road section may include a name of the passing road section, a route length, and the like. Similarly, the traffic information at least includes information of the traffic section and the traffic cost of the traffic section, and may further include other traffic information, such as time for inputting the traffic section and time for exiting the traffic section, so as to be fed back to the user in the following process, and the user can know the high-speed traffic condition at this time.
Specifically, when the target vehicle passes through a portal frame of a passing road section, the passing road section collects vehicle information of the target vehicle, generates passing information of the target vehicle according to the condition of the passing road section, and uploads the vehicle information and the passing information of the target vehicle.
S102, when the vehicle information and the traffic information of the target vehicle are received, the sum of the traffic fees in each piece of traffic information of the target vehicle from the high speed of the target vehicle to the current time is calculated, and the total traffic fee of the current target vehicle is obtained.
In the embodiment of the application, when the target vehicle passes through one passing road section, although the passing fee of the target vehicle on the passing road section is recorded, the passing fee is not deducted, but is firstly summarized until the target vehicle is driven out at a high speed, and the passing fee is deducted once only after the current passing is received.
Optionally, a specific implementation manner of step S102 may specifically be: and when the vehicle information and the traffic information of the target vehicle are received, accumulating and calculating the traffic cost in the currently received traffic information of the target vehicle and the total traffic cost of the target vehicle obtained by accumulating and calculating at the last moment to obtain the total traffic cost of the current target vehicle.
That is, in the present passage of the target vehicle, the total passage fee of the target vehicle is obtained when the vehicle is driven out at a high speed by accumulating the passage fee received each time to the result accumulated before. In order to avoid adding the passing fee to the fee of the last high-speed passing, the initial value of the total passing fee of the target vehicle in each passing is zero. Of course, this is just one way to implement step S102, and other ways may be adopted, for example, each time the vehicle information and the traffic information of the target vehicle are received, the total traffic cost of the current target vehicle is obtained by summing the traffic cost in the currently received traffic information of the target vehicle and the total traffic cost of the previously received target vehicle.
S103, when the situation that the target vehicle drives out at a high speed is monitored, the total passing cost of the current target vehicle is deducted from the bank account bound with the ETC of the target vehicle based on the vehicle information of the target vehicle.
Also optionally, the navigation system of the target vehicle may be docked, and whether the target vehicle is driven out of the high speed is monitored through the navigation system of the target vehicle. And when the navigation positioning system of the target vehicle feeds back the high speed of the target vehicle under the input ramp, determining that the target vehicle is driven out of the high speed. Alternatively, when the target vehicle exits at a high speed through the toll booth, the system of the toll booth may transmit a message to notify the target vehicle of the exit at a high speed by interfacing with the system of the toll booth.
Specifically, the ETC-bound bank account of the target vehicle is determined based on the vehicle information of the target vehicle, and then the total passing fee of the current target vehicle is deducted from the ETC-bound bank account of the target vehicle. Specifically, if the vehicle information of the target vehicle includes the bank account bound to the ETC of the target vehicle, the bank account bound to the ETC of the target vehicle is directly extracted from the vehicle information, and then the total passing cost of the current target vehicle is deducted from the bank account bound to the ETC of the target vehicle, so that one-time deduction of the passing cost of the current passing of the target vehicle is realized. Then, step S104 is executed after the deduction is successful.
Optionally, if the vehicle information of the target vehicle includes a bank account bound to the ETC of the target vehicle, as shown in fig. 2, another specific implementation of step S103 is provided, which specifically includes the following steps:
s201, according to the license plate number in the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the bank account bound with the ETC related to the license plate number is found out.
And S202, deducting the total passing fee of the current target vehicle from the bank account bound with the ETC associated with the license plate number.
And S104, integrating the information of each passing road section, the passing cost of each passing road section and the total passing cost of the current target vehicle from the high speed of the target vehicle to the current, and obtaining the summary details of the current passing.
Specifically, the information of each passing road section can be sorted according to the passing sequence, the passing cost of the passing road section is marked under each passing road section, and finally the total passing cost of the target vehicle is integrated and marked to obtain the passing summary detail. Of course, the received vehicle information of other target vehicles and the information of the passing road section may also be added to the current passing summary. In addition, the data obtained by further calculation can be added to the summary details of the current pass, such as the information of the total distance and the total time consumption of the current pass.
And S105, sending the traffic summary to the specified user.
It should be noted that the specified user generally refers to an issuer of a bank account to which the ETC of the target vehicle is bound. Of course, other persons may be specified.
The traffic summary details can be sent to the specified user in a short message mode or an application message pushing mode.
According to the high-speed passing charging method provided by the embodiment of the application, after the fact that the target vehicle drives at a high speed is monitored, the vehicle information and the passing information of the target vehicle, which are acquired by the portal frame, are received in real time. The passing information at least comprises information of a passing road section and passing cost of the passing road section. And when the vehicle information and the traffic information of the target vehicle are received, the sum of the traffic fees in each piece of traffic information of the target vehicle from the high speed of the target vehicle to the current time is calculated to obtain the total traffic fee of the current target vehicle. Therefore, the toll is continuously summarized, the total toll of the current target vehicle is deducted from the bank account bound with the ETC of the target vehicle based on the vehicle information of the target vehicle when the target vehicle is monitored to drive out at a high speed, one-time deduction of the toll is realized, and frequent deduction of the toll is avoided. After deduction, the vehicle is driven to the current state from the high speed of the target vehicle, the received information of each passing road section, the passing cost of each passing road section and the total passing cost of the current target vehicle are integrated to obtain the passing summary detail, and the passing summary detail is sent to a designated user, so that the information is generated and pushed at one time, frequent generation of the information and frequent pushing of the information are avoided, and the system pressure and the occupation of resources are effectively reduced while the user is ensured to obtain the deduction detail of each road section.
Another embodiment of the present application provides another method for toll collection for high speed traffic, as shown in fig. 3, which specifically includes the following steps:
s301, monitoring that the target vehicle drives at a high speed.
It should be noted that, for a more specific implementation of step S301, reference may be made to a corresponding implementation in step S101 in the foregoing method embodiment, and details are not repeated here.
S302, judging that the time interval between the current moment and the last high speed of the target vehicle is greater than the preset time length.
Considering that in the process of one high-speed traffic, the target vehicle needs to exit at a high speed first and then enter another high speed due to road problems or personal reasons of a driver, and the like, when the situation that the target vehicle enters at the high speed is monitored, the target vehicle does not necessarily start a new traffic, but in the process of the traffic, the target vehicle temporarily exits at the high speed and then enters at the high speed again, and the traffic is not finished. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, after it is detected that the target vehicle is moving at a high speed, it needs to be determined that the time interval between the current time and the last high speed of the target vehicle is greater than the preset time length, and then step S302 is executed.
And S303, receiving the vehicle information and the traffic information of the target vehicle acquired by the portal in real time.
The passing information at least comprises information of a passing road section and passing cost of the passing road section.
It should be noted that, for a more specific implementation of step S303, reference may be made to a corresponding implementation in step S101 in the foregoing method embodiment, and details are not repeated here.
S304, when the vehicle information and the traffic information of the target vehicle are received, the sum of the traffic fees in the received traffic information of the target vehicle from the high speed of the target vehicle to the current time is calculated, and the total traffic fee of the current target vehicle is obtained.
It should be noted that, for the specific implementation process of step S304, reference may be made to step S102 in the foregoing method embodiment and each specific implementation manner thereof, and details are not described here again.
S305, when the target vehicle is monitored to run out of the high speed, whether the target vehicle runs on the high speed again within the preset time length is monitored.
In the process of one-time high-speed traffic, the vehicle needs to exit at a high speed firstly and then enter another section of high speed due to road reasons or personal reasons of a driver, so when the situation that the target vehicle exits at the high speed is monitored, the traffic is not necessarily finished, and the total cost of the traffic cannot be deducted. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, by setting the preset time length, if it is detected that the target vehicle is moving out of the high speed and the target vehicle is not moving at the high speed again within the preset time length, it is indicated that the target vehicle has finished the current pass, and at this time, step S304 is executed. If it is monitored that the target vehicle is driven out of the high speed and the target vehicle is driven at the high speed again within the preset time span, it is indicated that the current passing is still continued, and at this time, the step S303 is executed again.
And S306, deducting the total passing cost of the current target vehicle from the bank account bound with the ETC of the target vehicle based on the vehicle information of the target vehicle.
It should be noted that, for the specific implementation process of step S306, reference may be made to step S103 in the foregoing method embodiment and each specific implementation manner thereof, and details are not described here again.
S307, integrating the information of each passing road section, the passing cost of each passing road section and the total passing cost of the current target vehicle from the high speed of the target vehicle to the current, and obtaining the summary details of the current passing.
It should be noted that, for the specific implementation process of step S307, reference may be made to step S104 in the foregoing method embodiment and each specific implementation manner thereof, and details are not described here again.
And S308, sending the traffic summary details to the specified user.
It should be noted that, the specific implementation process of step S308 may refer to step S105 in the foregoing method embodiment, and details are not described here.
