The data of the vehicles passing each time is written into the block chain, so that the traceability of the data is ensured, and reliable proofs are provided for the following disputes which may exist.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown, the method comprises:
s101, determining first information of a vehicle driving into a highway, and writing the first information into a block chain;
s102, determining second information of the vehicle exiting the expressway, and writing the second information into the block chain;
s103, according to the high-speed road section corresponding to the first information and the second information, the passing cost of the vehicle is calculated through the intelligent contract of the block chain, and the passing cost is written into the block chain.
The block chain is a chain data structure formed by combining data blocks in a sequential connection mode according to a time sequence, and is a distributed account book which is guaranteed in a cryptographic mode and cannot be tampered and forged. Although the underlying technology of blockchains has been developed for many years, it has not been possible to achieve effective application in a particular scenario.
According to the embodiment of the invention, in step S101, an intelligent contract for managing ETC information is set on the blockchain, and the intelligent contract is an automatically running script deployed on the blockchain and has a transparent characteristic due to being set on the blockchain. A user presets rules through an intelligent contract so as to write data into a block chain and acquire data browsing permission, and disclosure of privacy information is avoided to a great extent. Of course, the smart contracts are not the only implementation manner of the present application, and are set correspondingly according to different blockchain platforms, such as an ethernet house, a super book, and the like.
According to the specific embodiment of the present invention, the setting of the nodes of the block chain is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and in some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the toll station is used as a part of the nodes of the block chain, and the traffic management department is used as a part of the nodes of the block chain.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in step S101, first information that the vehicle enters the expressway is determined, and a specific implementation manner of writing the first information into the block chain may be the following step.

and signing the first information through a private key of the ETC equipment of the vehicle, and writing the signed first information into a block chain, wherein the private key of the ETC equipment and a corresponding public key thereof are generated through the block chain.
When the vehicle owner applies for the ETC equipment for the vehicle, the block chain can record the identity information and the vehicle information of the vehicle owner, and after the application is successful, a unique block chain identity, namely the public key and the private key, can be issued for each ETC equipment and is bound with the identity information and the vehicle information of the user. The first information is signed by this public and private key generated by the blockchain for authentication by the signature when a subsequent problem occurs.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the process of determining the first information that the vehicle enters the expressway by the first node not only uses a signature technology of a block chain, but also uses a picture recognition technology based on a neural network. More specifically, the specific step of determining the first information includes:
receiving, by an ETC sensor of the first node, information of an ETC device of a vehicle;
the first node determines vehicle information which corresponds to the ETC equipment and is stored in a block chain based on the information of the ETC equipment;
recognizing license plate information of the vehicle through the image sensor of the first node, and then recognizing the license plate number of the vehicle through an image recognition technology based on a neural network;
and if the vehicle information stored in the block chain is consistent with the license plate information (license plate number), determining the first information.
According to the specific embodiment of the present invention, in some preferred embodiments of the present invention, since the nodes of the block chain further include a traffic management department, when the vehicle information stored in the block chain is found to be inconsistent with the license plate information, the traffic management department may be notified.
According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, in step S102, the determining second information that the vehicle exits the expressway, and writing the second information into the block chain includes:
confirming second information that the vehicle exits the expressway through a second node, wherein the second node is a toll station for the vehicle to exit;
and signing the second information through a private key of the ETC equipment of the vehicle, and writing the signed second information into a block chain, wherein the private key of the ETC equipment and a corresponding public key thereof are generated through the block chain.
According to a specific embodiment of the invention, the method of the embodiment of the invention further comprises:
receiving inquiry information of the passing fee of the vehicle;
and determining the authenticity of the first information and the second information corresponding to the toll of the vehicle according to the public key of the ETC equipment of the vehicle stored in the block chain so as to determine whether the ETC system carries out fee deduction.
According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
and monitoring the payment process of the toll by a settlement service monitoring module of the intelligent contract, wherein the monitoring is mainly carried out on the charging process of the institution providing the payment service.
Based on the same idea, some embodiments of the present application further provide a device and a non-volatile computer storage medium corresponding to the above method.
