The information processing system provided by this embodiment includes an information management module, an order module, a sending module, a receiving module, a positioning module, a first handheld mobile terminal and a second handheld mobile terminal, where the information management module is configured to obtain personal information of a service provider and demand information of a service recipient, where the personal information of the service provider includes: professional skill data and service record data of the service provider. And the order module is used for judging that the current state of the service provider is an idle state or an order receiving state according to the service record data of the service provider. And generating a service order according to the professional skill data of the service provider and the requirement information of the service receiver, wherein the service order comprises: information of one or more first service providers in an idle state matching the demand information of the service recipient. And the sending module is used for sending the service order to the service receiver. And the receiving module is used for receiving the target service provider selected by the service receiver in the service order. And the recording module is used for recording the target service provider selected by the service receiver in the service order. And the sending module is also used for sending the service order and the service request of the service receiver to the first handheld mobile terminal of the target service provider. The receiving module is further used for receiving order processing information from the first handheld mobile terminal. The order processing information is used to instruct the target service provider to accept or reject the service request of the service recipient. And the recording module is also used for recording order processing information. And the positioning module is used for acquiring the current position of the service receiver and the current position of the service provider under the condition that the target service provider receives the service request of the service receiver, and determining the planned path according to the acquired current position of the service receiver and the current position of the service provider. The sending module is further configured to send the planned path to a first handheld mobile terminal of the target service provider and a second handheld mobile terminal of the service receiver. At present, the existing two-party communication mode is mainly telephone communication, the telephone communication has certain limitation, the two-party communication efficiency is low, and a user receiver cannot know the current position and the entrance route of a user provider, so that the arrival time cannot be predicted, and the service experience of receiving and releasing the service is poor. The technical problem that the communication efficiency between the service receiver and the service provider is low in the prior art is solved, and the service experience of the service receiver is improved.
The present embodiment provides an information processing method for solving the technical problem of low communication efficiency between a service receiver and a service provider in the prior art, and an execution subject of the embodiment is an electronic device, such as a server, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, and other electronic devices that can be used for information processing.
As shown in fig. 3, a schematic flow chart of an information processing method provided in this embodiment is shown, where the method includes:
step 301, acquiring personal information of a service provider, wherein the personal information comprises professional skill data and service record data of the service provider; judging the current state of the service provider as an idle state or a bill receiving state according to the service record;
step 302, generating a service order according to the personal information and the current state of the service provider and the acquired demand information of the service receiver, wherein the order comprises: information of one or more first service providers matched with the service recipient;
step 303, sending a service order to a service recipient;
step 304, receiving the personal information and the current state of the target service provider selected by the service receiver in the service order;
step 305, recording the personal information and the current state of the target service provider selected by the service receiver in the service order;
step 306, sending a service order to a first handheld mobile terminal of a target service provider;
step 307, receiving order processing information from the first handheld mobile terminal;
step 308, recording order processing information of the target service provider selected by the service receiver in the service order;
step 309, collecting the current position of the service receiver and the current position of the service provider according to the service provider order selected by the service receiver, and determining an information processing route according to the collected current position of the service receiver and the current position of the service provider;
step 309, receiving the information processing route, and sending the current position information of the service provider to the service receiver.
Optionally, the service order includes value data of the service provider.
Optionally, the reservation order sent by the service receiver is received, the prompt information of the selected service provider is determined according to the reservation time in the reservation order and the selected service provider in the reservation order, and the prompt information is sent to the handheld mobile terminal of the target service provider.
Optionally, managing registration information of the service provider and registration information of the service recipient;
wherein the registration information of the service provider includes: name, password, phone, expertise, and self-evaluation; the registration information of the service recipient includes: the service recipient name, password, and global positioning system GPS permission.
Optionally, the current location of the service recipient is determined based on the GPS authority in the service recipient registration information.
Optionally, receiving a service provider order;
if the service provider determines to receive the order, the current state of the service provider is an order receiving state; and if the service provider determines that the order is finished, the current state of the service provider is an idle state.
Optionally, when the current status of the service provider is the order taking status, the service provider order is refused to be received.
Optionally, service evaluation of the service provider by the service recipient who accepts the service is stored.
An information processing method provided in this embodiment is a specific processing procedure of the information processing system provided in the foregoing embodiment, and an implementation manner and a principle thereof are the same, and are not described again.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, including: a processor, a memory, and a computer program; wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the computer program comprising instructions for performing the method of any of the preceding embodiments.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and when the computer program is executed, the computer program implements the method according to any one of the foregoing embodiments.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing system characterized by comprising: the mobile terminal comprises an information management module, an order module, a sending module, a receiving module, a positioning module, a first handheld mobile terminal and a second handheld mobile terminal;
the information management module is used for acquiring the personal information of the service provider and the requirement information of the service receiver, wherein the personal information of the service provider comprises: professional skill data and service record data of the service provider;
the order module is used for judging that the current state of the service provider is an idle state or an order receiving state according to the service record data of the service provider; and generating a service order according to the professional skill data of the service provider and the requirement information of the service receiver, wherein the service order comprises: information of one or more first service providers in an idle state matching the demand information of the service recipient;
the sending module is used for sending the service order to the service receiver;
the receiving module is used for receiving the target service provider selected by the service receiver in the service order;
the recording module is used for recording the target service provider selected by the service receiver in the service order;
the sending module is further configured to send the service order and the service request of the service recipient to the first handheld mobile terminal of the target service provider;
the receiving module is further used for receiving order processing information from the first handheld mobile terminal; the order processing information is used for indicating the target service provider to accept or reject the service request of the service receiver;
the recording module is further used for recording the order processing information;
the positioning module is used for acquiring the current position of the service receiver and the current position of the service provider under the condition that the target service provider receives the service request of the service receiver, and determining a planned path according to the acquired current position of the service receiver and the current position of the service provider;
the sending module is further configured to send the planned path to the first handheld mobile terminal of the target service provider and the second handheld mobile terminal of the service recipient.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the service order further comprises: value data of the service provider.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the order module is further configured to receive a reservation order sent by the service receiving party, determine prompt information of the selected service provider according to a reservation time in the reservation order and the selected service provider in the reservation order, and send the prompt information to the first handheld mobile terminal of the target service provider.
4. The system of claim 1, further comprising a registration module;
the registration module is used for managing the registration information of the service provider and the registration information of the service receiver.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the registration information of the service provider comprises: name, password, phone, expertise, and self-evaluation; the registration information of the service recipient includes: the service recipient name, password, and global positioning system GPS permission.
6. The system according to any of claims 1-5, wherein the location module is further configured to determine the current location of the service recipient based on GPS permissions in the service recipient registration information.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the first handheld mobile terminal is further configured to receive a service provider order;
if the service provider determines to receive the order, the current state of the service provider is an order receiving state; and if the service provider determines that the order is finished, the current state of the service provider is an idle state.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the first handheld mobile terminal is further configured to refuse to receive a service provider order when the current status of the service provider is a pick-up status.
9. The system of claim 1, wherein the information management module is further configured to store service evaluation of the service receiver receiving the service with respect to the service provider.
10. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
acquiring personal information of a service provider, wherein the personal information comprises professional skill data and service record data of the service provider; judging that the current state of the service provider is an idle state or a bill receiving state according to the service record;
generating a service order according to the personal information and the current state of the service provider and the acquired demand information of the service receiver, wherein the order comprises: information of one or more first service providers matched with the service recipient;
sending the service order to the service receiver;
receiving personal information and the current state of a target service provider selected by a service receiver in the service order;
recording the personal information and the current state of the target service provider selected by the service receiver in the service order;
sending the service order to a first handheld mobile terminal of the target service provider;
receiving order processing information from the first handheld mobile terminal;
recording order processing information of a target service provider selected by a service receiver in the service order;
acquiring the current position of the service receiver and the current position of the service provider according to the service provider order selected by the service receiver, and determining an information processing route according to the acquired current position of the service receiver and the current position of the service provider;
and receiving the information processing route, and sending the current position information of the service provider to a service receiver.
