本发明涉及到改进的白乳胶组成成分。本发明所述的白乳胶由以下成分组成(重量百分比)：聚乙烯醇15-25％、聚丙烯胺6-8％、苯丙乳液2.5-4％、氯砒2.5-4％、淀粉20-28％，活性氧化锌5-8％、甲醛5-8％、盐酸3-5％，余量为水。本发明所述白乳胶主要用于木质材料及木地板、棉纺布与皮革的粘合，生产工艺简单，原料易得，成本低，粘接性能好。

改性白乳胶
本发明涉及到改进的白乳胶组成成分。
中国专利申请CN1032352(申请号87106882)公开了一种“白乳胶粘合剂及其制备方法”，其配方包括二丁酯、乳化剂、聚乙烯醇、甲醛及水、生产方法包括1)缩甲醛聚乙烯醇的生成2)增型、乳化过程3)醋酸乙烯聚合过程。中国专利申请CN1078986(申请号92103749)公开了一种“新型白乳胶生产技术”系以聚乙烯醇、盐酸、甲醛、尿素、钛白粉、氢氧化钠溶液和水为原料，而不用价格昂贵的聚醋酸乙烯。其制造工序包括在水中加热溶解聚乙烯酸、加盐酸、甲醛、氢氧化钠溶液(PH值在5-6之间)，加尿素、氢氧化钠溶(7-7.5)；研磨，过滤，加钛白粉搅拌。)
本发明的目的旨在提供一种新型配方的白乳胶。
本发明所述的白乳胶由以下成分组成(重量百分比)：聚乙烯醇15-25％、聚丙烯胺6-8％、苯丙乳液2.5-4％、氯砒2.5-4％、淀粉20-28％，活性氧化锌5-8％、甲醛5-8％、盐酸3-5％，余量为水。
本发明所述配方中聚乙烯醇为增粘剂、苯丙乳液在其中做为乳化交联剂，氯砒为防水乳化剂，淀粉做吸水剂。
本发明所述自乳胶主要用于木质材料及木地板、棉纺布与皮革的粘合，生产工艺简单，原料易得，成本低，粘接性能好。
实施例：
在100kg水中溶入聚乙烯醇55kg，再加入聚丙烯胺20Kg、苯丙乳液9kg、氯砒9kg、食用级淀粉85kg、活性氧化锌20kg、甲醛18kg、盐酸9kg，搅拌、混合均匀，即得成品。
成品指标：
外观：乳白色稠厚胶体
固含量：35-48％
粘度(涂4杯)：10-30分
PH值： 3-4.7
拉伸剪切强度：3.0-6.0MPa
固化时间：16-24小时(常温)。

  1. 一种改性白乳胶，其特征在于由以下成分组成(重量百分比)：聚乙烯醇15-25％、聚丙烯胺6-8％、苯丙乳液2.5-4％、氯砒2.5-4％、淀粉20-28％，活性氧化锌5-8％、甲醛5-8％、盐酸3-5％，余量为水。
