The use method of the insect storage and transportation release device comprises the following main steps:
step one, rotating the cylinder B4 to align a limiting block 92 on the cylinder B4 with a vertical groove in a limiting groove 91, and sliding the cylinder B4 downwards under the action of self weight to separate from the top cover 1;
step two, electrically connecting the temperature regulating component with an external power supply, and then putting the insects into the cylinder A3; the external power supply is a storage battery, a storage battery or a vehicle-mounted power supply and the like.
Thirdly, the barrel B4 is made to slide upwards until the limiting block 92 is aligned with the horizontal groove in the limiting groove 91, at the moment, the opening end of the barrel B4 is just attached to the top cover 1, the barrel B4 is rotated reversely, the limiting block 92 is clamped into the horizontal groove, and then a proper amount of gas is filled into the air bag 101 through the air gun, so that storage and transportation can be started;
and step four, after the insects are stored and transported to a designated place, the insects are released by repeating the step one, meanwhile, the cylinder B4 can press the air bag 101 in the sliding process, when the air pressure in the air bag 101 is greater than the threshold value of the pressure valve 107, the compressed air in the air bag 101 enters the air jet pipe 102, and then the repellent is carried in the air jet pipe 102 and sprayed into the cylinder A3, so that the insects in the cylinder A3 can be quickly released. After the cylinder B4 is separated from the top cover 1, the whole separated circumferential opening is an insect release opening except for the position blocked by the connecting rod A2 and the connecting rod B11, and the opening is large, so that the insect release efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the cylinder B4 is provided with an avoidance opening at a position corresponding to the gas ejector 102 and the gas guide tube 106, so as to avoid interference with the gas ejector 102 and the gas guide tube 106 when the cylinder B4 rotates or slides up and down.
The insect storage and transportation release device has the following working principle:
the device is an outer, middle and inner three-layer structure consisting of a cylinder C5, a cylinder B4 and a cylinder A3, has good heat preservation effect, and can reduce the influence of the temperature change of the external environment on the temperature in the cylinder A3.
And (3) constant temperature process: during storage and transportation, when the environmental temperature of the device is greatly changed, the resistance value of the thermistor 7 with the positive temperature coefficient can be changed along with the temperature change. When the temperature in the barrel A3 is reduced, the resistance value of the thermistor 7 is reduced, the current in the loop where the thermistor 7 and the electromagnetic sheet 83 are located is increased, that is, the current flowing through the electromagnetic sheet 83 is increased, the magnetic attraction of the electromagnetic sheet 83 to the iron sheet 85 on the conductive ring 84 is increased, when the magnetic attraction of the electromagnetic sheet 83 to the iron sheet 85 is greater than the pulling force of the spring 86 to the conductive ring 84, the conductive ring 84 moves towards the direction close to the electromagnetic sheet 83, the effective resistance value of the resistance rod 82 is reduced, the total resistance value of the loop formed by the LED lamp 6, the resistance rod 82 and the conductive ring 84 is reduced, the current flowing through the LED lamp 6 is increased, the resistance wire in the LED lamp 6 generates higher heat, and the temperature in the barrel A3 is gradually increased.
On the contrary, as the temperature in the cylinder A3 rises, the resistance value of the thermistor 7 increases, the current flowing through the electromagnetic sheet 83 decreases, the magnetic attraction of the electromagnetic sheet 83 to the iron sheet 85 on the conductive ring 84 decreases, when the magnetic attraction of the electromagnetic sheet 83 to the iron sheet 85 is smaller than the pulling force of the spring 86 to the conductive ring 84, the conductive ring 84 moves away from the electromagnetic sheet 83, the effective resistance value of the resistance rod 82 increases, the current flowing through the LED lamp 6 decreases, the heat generated by the resistance wire in the LED lamp 6 decreases, and the temperature in the cylinder A3 gradually decreases.
Therefore, the temperature in the cylinder A3 is constant in a certain range in the process of storing and transporting insects, the adverse effect of temperature difference on the activity of the insects is greatly reduced or eliminated, the insects keep activity, and the effect of the insects in the aspect of biological control is ensured.
And (3) a release process: when the insects are released, the cylinder B4 slides downwards to squeeze the air bag 101 to enable the pressure valve 107 to be opened at a threshold value, or the cylinder B4 is pressed downwards by hands to squeeze the air bag 101 to enable the pressure valve 107 to be opened at a threshold value, after the pressure valve 107 is opened, the compressed air in the air bag 101 enters the annular cavity 103 through the air jet pipe 102 at a high speed and then is ejected from the jet hole 104 at a high speed, and the air flow ejected at the high speed has an effect of expelling the insects staying on the inner circular surface of the cylinder A3, so that the insect release efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that when the high velocity air flow enters the orifice 104 with a smaller aperture from the annular chamber 103 with a larger space, the air flow will achieve a higher velocity due to the venturi effect, and the high velocity jet of air flow is critical to expelling the insects from the barrel a3 and out of the device.
In addition, when the airflow flows at a high speed in the air ejector tube 102, the pressure at the communication part of the drainage tube 106 and the air ejector tube 102 is small according to the bernoulli principle, and the repellent in the liquid storage box 105 enters the air ejector tube 102 through the drainage tube 106 under the action of the pressure difference, so that the airflow ejected from the jet hole 104 is doped with the repellent, which is also called as an insect repellent, and the repellent has no insecticidal activity per se, and disperses insects by virtue of volatilized smell, thereby further improving the release efficiency of the insects.
The insect storage and transportation release device and the use method thereof provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects:
1. in the process of storing and transporting insects, the temperature regulating component can automatically regulate the temperature in the cylinder A3 according to the temperature change, so that the temperature in the cylinder A3 is constant in a certain range, the adverse effect of temperature difference on the activity of the insects is greatly reduced or eliminated, the insects keep the activity, and the effect of the insects on the aspect of biological control is ensured.
2. The device is an outer, middle and inner three-layer structure consisting of a cylinder C5, a cylinder B4 and a cylinder A3, has good heat preservation effect, and can reduce the influence of the temperature change of the external environment on the temperature in the cylinder A3.
3. During the releasing process of the insects, when the pressure valve 107 is opened, the compressed air in the air bag 101 is finally ejected from the ejection holes 104 at a high speed, and the high-speed ejected air flow has a repelling effect on the insects staying on the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder A3, which helps to improve the releasing efficiency of the insects.
4. When the airflow flows at a high speed in the air ejector tube 102, the repellent in the liquid storage box 105 enters the air ejector tube 102, so that the airflow ejected from the jet hole 104 is doped with the repellent, and the repellent is doped in the airflow to further improve the release efficiency of the insects.
5. After the cylinder B4 is separated from the top cover 1, the whole separated circumferential opening is an insect release opening except for the position blocked by the connecting rod A2 and the connecting rod B11, and the opening is large, so that the insect release efficiency is improved.

Claims (10)

1. An insect storage and transportation release device, which is characterized in that: the device comprises a top cover (1), a barrel A (3) and a barrel C (5), wherein the barrel C (5) is connected with the top cover (1) through a connecting rod A (2), the barrel A (3) is connected with the top cover (1) through a connecting rod B (11), the barrel A (3) is positioned on the inner side of the barrel C (5), a barrel B (4) is movably arranged between the barrel C (5) and the barrel A (3), and the barrel B (4) is in sliding connection with the barrel C (5) through a limiting assembly (9);
be equipped with temperature regulation part on barrel A (3), the bottom of barrel C (5) is equipped with dispel subassembly (10), and dispel the bottom of subassembly (10) and barrel A (3) and be connected.
