The turnover mechanism is used for turning the turnover plate 92 to the side of the vibration disc 94, the turnover plate 92 is in a horizontal state when not acting, the maximum turnover angle of the turnover plate 92 is 120 degrees, and the turnover mechanism needs to turn the turnover plate 92 back and forth between 100 degrees and 120 degrees for multiple times before turning the turnover plate 92 to 120 degrees. The turnover mechanism of the embodiment comprises a hydraulic rod 93 and a turnover plate 92, wherein the cylinder end of the hydraulic rod 93 is hinged with a trolley 91, the telescopic end of the hydraulic rod is hinged with the bottom surface of the turnover plate 92, one end of the turnover plate 92 is hinged on the trolley 91, and the other end of the turnover plate 92 is erected on the trolley 91, so that the turnover mechanism is similar to a dumper on the whole.
Since the transmission line 5 is a circulating line, in this embodiment, only one second lifting mechanism is shown at the discharging device 9 and named as a second lifting mechanism 2E, and the working process of the discharging device 9 is as follows:
as shown in fig. 5, the second lifting mechanism 2E after cleaning and drying moves to a position right above the turnover plate 92 under the action of the transmission line 5.
As shown in fig. 6, the first lifting mechanism 1 is lowered, and the second lifting mechanism 2E is extended, so that the electromagnet suction cup 6 on the turnover plate 92 can suck the tray 3 to complete the transfer of the tray 3;
as shown in fig. 7, the first lifting mechanism 1 is lowered, and the second lifting mechanism 2E is reset, at which time the tray 3 is positioned on the flipping plate 92;
as shown in fig. 8, the trolley 91 moves to one side of the vibration tray 94, after the trolley reaches a point position, the turnover mechanism drives the turnover plate 92 to turn over, before the trolley turns over to 120 degrees, the turnover plate 92 needs to be turned over back and forth for multiple times between 100 degrees and 120 degrees, so that bolts in the tray 3 are completely poured into the vibration tray 94, and the vibration tray 94 conveys the bolt fasteners orderly to the next process for packaging. After the unloading, tilting mechanism resets, and dolly 91 gets back to initial position, and first elevating system 1 drops, and the extension of second elevating system 2E connects back tray 3, and later first elevating system 1 and second elevating system 2E reset, and under the effect of transmission line 5, second elevating system 2E is taken to loading attachment 8 departments.
In this embodiment, the first lifting mechanism 1 and the transmission line 5 are common devices, so when the first lifting mechanism 1 is lowered, the transfer of the tray 3 is synchronously performed in the feeding device 8, the discharging device 9 and the cleaning and drying device 4.

the base is sequentially provided with a feeding device, a cleaning and drying device and a discharging device, the feeding device is used for receiving uncleaned fasteners, the transmission line is used for conveying the fasteners in the feeding device to the cleaning and drying device for cleaning and drying, conveying the cleaned and dried fasteners to the discharging device, and the discharging device is used for outputting the cleaned and dried fasteners;
the feeding device comprises a transverse moving mechanism and a fastener conveyor belt located at the starting point of the transverse moving mechanism, a third lifting mechanism is fixed at the moving end of the transverse moving mechanism, and electromagnet suckers for sucking the tray are arranged at the lifting ends of the second lifting mechanism and the third lifting mechanism.

A cleaning line for bolt fasteners according to claim 1 wherein: the cleaning and drying device comprises a workbench and a rotary driving part, a supporting seat is connected to the workbench through a bearing, a cleaning barrel is fixed to the top surface of the supporting seat, a transmission part connected with the rotary driving part in a transmission mode is arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting seat, a mounting groove is formed in the top surface of the supporting seat, a mounting hole which is right in mounting groove is formed in the bottom surface of the cleaning barrel, a fourth lifting mechanism is fixed in the mounting groove, a lifting end of the fourth lifting mechanism enters the cleaning barrel through the mounting hole, an electromagnet sucking disc used for sucking a tray is arranged at the lifting end of the fourth lifting mechanism, a cleaning area is arranged on the lower portion of the cleaning barrel, and a heating part is installed on the upper side wall of the cleaning barrel to form a drying area.

the turnover mechanism is used for turning the turnover plate to the side of the vibration plate, the turnover plate is in a horizontal state when not acting, the maximum turnover angle of the turnover plate is 120 degrees, and the turnover plate needs to be turned back and forth for multiple times between 100 degrees and 120 degrees before being turned over to 120 degrees by the turnover mechanism.

the lower part of the tray adsorption part forms a yielding space, the circumferential direction of the adsorption part outwards continues to form a horizontal bearing part, and the periphery of the bearing part is provided with an annular enclosure.
5. A cleaning line for bolt fasteners according to claim 4 characterised in that: and water leakage holes are densely distributed on the bearing part and the enclosing barrier of the tray.
