技术领域
本发明涉及日用护肤品领域,更具体地说是涉及一种补水保湿乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今社会节奏紧张,人们往往处于压力较大的状态中,另外,生活环境中充斥着空气污染和电磁辐射等问题,导致人们产生多种肌肤问题。夜晚是机体进行自我调整和修复的关键时期。乳液可以对白天受损肌肤进行夜间调理和修复。市场中的乳液中同样含有较高的活性成分,质地比较滋润。目的在于对面部肌肤进行持续护理营养供给和平衡。但目前的乳液在滋润性和功能平衡方面尚需进一步提高。
公开号为CN109718148A的发明专利公开了一款滋润抗氧化的面霜,包含甘油8份~15份,月桂醇硫酸酯钠1份~4份,尿囊素1份~3份,芝麻提取物1份~5份,红薯提取物1份~5份、花椰菜提取物1份~5份、甜菜提取物1份~5份、表面活性剂0.5份~1份。由于使用了大量的甘油,使得面霜质地不轻薄,并且使用后皮肤易产生痤疮的问题。
公告号为CN105310936B的发明专利公开了一种祛斑美白面霜,包括丙二醇、甘油、透明质酸、异壬酸乙基己酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、丙烯酸(酯)类/丙烯酰胺共聚物、牛油果树果脂、桑叶提取物、银杏叶提取物、天麻提取物、鸡屎藤提取物等成分。由于使用了丙烯酸(酯)类/丙烯酰胺共聚物,使得皮肤代谢负担加重。
因此现有技术中的乳液在质地、使用效果及安全性等方面均存在需要进一步改进的情况。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供可滋养肌肤,改善皮肤损伤,促进肌肤再生,改善皮肤新陈代谢的补水保湿乳液,通过各种天然提取物的特定配比的协同复配租用达到突出的皮肤修复和长效保湿的效果。
本发明的技术方案:
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种补水保湿乳液,所述乳液包含如下重量百分比含量的组分:霍霍巴油1-5%,白池花籽油1-5%,海藻糖1-10%,虾青素0.5-6%,白藜芦醇0.1-2%,掌状海带提取物0.02-1%,传明酸0.005-0.2%,葡萄籽提取物0.01-2%,小球藻提取物0.005-0.1%,母菊提取物0.05-2%,海茴香提取物0.1-2%,泛醇0.1-5%,四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.5-5%,乙酰基六肽-8 0.01-1%,尿囊素0.01-1%,红没药醇0.5-5%,甘草酸二钾0.1-1%,甜橙果皮提取物0.02-1%,其余为水。
本发明中的霍霍巴油含有丰富的维生素D,具有良好的滋润保湿作用,可以锁住水分,防止皱纹产生;同时作为良好的油相助溶剂,可以辅助乳液中其他组分穿过皮肤屏障,达到滋养皮肤的效果;另外还可以清洁毛孔污垢,改善炎症。
本发明中的白池花籽油同样可增加配方中其他组分的互溶性,并且本身具有较高的稳定性和滋润性,有助于延长乳液的保质期并具有较好的滋养皮肤的效果。
本发明中的海藻糖、泛醇和四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸能够提升乳液整体的保湿效果,同时起到消炎舒缓的作用。
本发明中的虾青素、白藜芦醇、掌状海带提取物、白松露菌提取物、裙带菜提取物、传明酸、尿囊素、葡萄籽提取物、小球藻提取物、母菊提取物及海茴香提取物均具有超强的护肤功效,可以消灭自由基,促进细胞增殖,减少色素沉积,达到肌肤提亮、美白修复的效果。
本发明中的乙酰基六肽-8和小球藻提取物可以深入修复肌肤真皮细胞,调整蛋白酶活性,延缓胶原蛋白流失,促进肌肤新陈代谢,刺激肌肤自我修复。
本发明中的红没药醇可以均衡护肤品使用过程中及环境中的化学因素带来的肌肤刺激,起到消炎修复的作用。
本发明中的甘草酸二钾可以起到调节乳液pH的作用,使得乳液控制在中性或弱酸性水平,减少对肌肤的刺激,另外还可以起到抑菌的功效,进一步延长乳液的使用期限。

为了进一步提升乳液的芳香效果,本发明的乳液中还可以含有0.01-1%的白兰花油。
进一步地,所述厚朴树皮提取物的制备方法为:取厚朴树皮洗净,干燥后粉碎,过90-100目筛,加入其重量5-8倍量体积分数为70-85%的乙醇,浸泡1-4小时,在40-60℃温度下超声提取两次,每次30-60分钟,超声频率为30-40kHz,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.05-1.25的浸膏,即得。
进一步地,所述白松露菌提取物的制备方法为:取白松露菌,按照每克白松露菌加入10-20mL由去离子水和无水乙醇按照体积比为8-10:1的比例组成的混合溶剂,制得白松露菌混合液,在0-10℃的温度下超声提取两次,每次30-60分钟,超声频率为30-40kHz,过滤,合并滤液,将滤液加热回流2-4小时后提取,过滤,浓缩后得到白松露菌提取物。
进一步地,所述甜橙果皮提取物的制备方法为:取新鲜麻阳冰糖橙皮放在阴凉通风处阴干,再在35-45℃下烘干,粉碎,过60-80目筛,加入其种类5-8倍量体积分数为70-85%的乙醇,浸泡1-4小时,在40-60℃温度下超声提取两次,每次30-60分钟,超声频率为30-40kHz,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.05-1.25的浸膏,即得。
进一步地,所述裙带菜提取物的制备方法为:将裙带菜用蒸馏水洗净,去除杂质,晒干,粉碎,过40-60目筛,得粗粉,将粗粉置于超临界二氧化碳萃取装置中,加入粗粉总量30-45%体积分数为70-85%的乙醇,在萃取压力为12-15MPa、二氧化碳流量为15-20L/h、温度为35-45℃的条件下萃取1.5-2小时,减压分离即得。
本发明还提供了上述保湿乳液的制备方法,具体包含如下步骤:
S1、按照重量百分比称取各组分,将海藻糖、传明酸、泛醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、乙酰基六肽-8、尿囊素、红没药醇、甘草酸二钾及水加入水相反应锅中,混合均匀,加热至80-90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到水相物,保温备用;

有益效果:
本发明的补水保湿乳液含有多种天然活性成分,在具有深层保水补湿、滋养修护皮肤等效果的同时,还可帮助肌肤建立自身保护屏障,隔绝外界环境的各种刺激;另外,本发明的补水保湿乳液具有较高的安全性和稳定性,制备工艺简单,条件可控,可大规模推广应用。

一种补水保湿乳液,包含如下重量百分比的组分:霍霍巴油2%、白池花籽油1%、海藻糖5%、泛醇2%、虾青素3%、白藜芦醇0.5%、掌状海带提取物0.5%、传明酸0.1%、葡萄籽提取物0.4%、厚朴树皮提取物0.5%、裙带菜提取物0.5%、马齿苋提取物1%、苦参种子提取物0.02%、白松露菌提取物0.5%、丹参提取物0.5%、小球藻提取物0.1%、母菊提取物1%、海茴香提取物0.5%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸1%、乙酰基六肽-8 0.1%、尿囊素0.5%、红没药醇0.5%、甘草酸二钾0.5%、甜橙果皮提取物0.05%、透明质酸钠7%、雨生红球藻提取物1%、积雪草提取物1%、植物鞘氨醇0.5%、白兰花油1%及余量水。
本实施例补水保湿乳液的制备方法如下:
S1、按照重量百分比称取各组分,将海藻糖、传明酸、泛醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、乙酰基六肽-8、尿囊素、红没药醇、甘草酸二钾及水加入水相反应锅中,混合均匀,加热至85℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到水相物,保温备用;
S2、将霍霍巴油、白池花籽油、虾青素、白藜芦醇、甜橙果皮提取物加入加入油相反应锅中,混合均匀,加热至80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到油相物,保温备用;
S3、将步骤S1制得的水相物转移至乳化锅中,边搅拌边缓慢加入步骤S2制得的油相物,持续搅拌60分钟后,降温至40℃;
S4、向步骤S3制得的混合物料中加入其他物料,持续搅拌60分钟后,降温至室温,即得。
实施例2

一种补水保湿乳液,包含如下重量百分比的组分:霍霍巴油5%、白池花籽油1%、海藻糖3%、泛醇2%、虾青素1%、白藜芦醇0.5%、掌状海带提取物0.5%、传明酸0.2%、葡萄籽提取物2%、厚朴树皮提取物0.5%、裙带菜提取物0.5%、马齿苋提取物0.5%、苦参种子提取物0.5%、白松露菌提取物0.5%、丹参提取物0.5%、小球藻提取物0.05%、母菊提取物0.5%、海茴香提取物1%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸1%、乙酰基六肽-8 0.5%、尿囊素0.5%、红没药醇1%、甘草酸二钾1%、甜橙果皮提取物0.5%、透明质酸钠5%、雨生红球藻提取物1%、积雪草提取物1%、植物鞘氨醇0.2%、白兰花油0.1%及余量水。
本实施例补水保湿乳液的制备方法如下:
S1、按照重量百分比称取各组分,将海藻糖、传明酸、泛醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、乙酰基六肽-8、尿囊素、红没药醇、甘草酸二钾及水加入水相反应锅中,混合均匀,加热至90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到水相物,保温备用;
S2、将霍霍巴油、白池花籽油、虾青素、白藜芦醇、甜橙果皮提取物加入加入油相反应锅中,混合均匀,加热至90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到油相物,保温备用;
S3、将步骤S1制得的水相物转移至乳化锅中,边搅拌边缓慢加入步骤S2制得的油相物,持续搅拌60分钟后,降温至45℃;
S4、向步骤S3制得的混合物料中加入其他物料,持续搅拌60分钟后,降温至室温,即得。
为了验证本发明提供的乳液的效果,邀请了50位年龄在18-50岁之间的女性志愿者,分为5组,每组10人,分别使用实施例1-5的乳液。参与者每天早晚各涂抹待测乳液一次,持续使用一个月,在这一个月中,参与者不使用其他护肤品。分别跟踪每个志愿者的额头上约2平方厘米的固定区域的皮肤状态。利用Corneometer CM285皮肤水份检测仪测试,综合取得皮肤湿度变化数据,测试结果如下表所示(每个值均为该组内10名志愿者的平均值):

备注:-表示效果一般;+表示效果良好;++表示效果很好;+++表示效果非常好。
由上述测试结果可知,本发明提供的乳液完全符合国家颁布的《化妆品卫生规范》(2007版)中的各项指标,该组合物不含有任何有毒物质。并且所有参与者均认为实施例1-5(尤其是实施例1)的乳液的补水保湿及自修复的效果均达到甚至超过了市面上同类产品的效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种补水保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述乳液包含如下重量百分比含量的组分:霍霍巴油1-5%,白池花籽油1-5%,海藻糖1-10%,泛醇0.1-5%,虾青素0.5-6%,白藜芦醇0.1-2%,掌状海带提取物0.02-1%,传明酸0.005-0.2%,葡萄籽提取物0.01-2%,小球藻提取物0.005-0.1%,母菊提取物0.05-2%,海茴香提取物0.1-2%,四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.5-5%,乙酰基六肽-80.01-1%,尿囊素0.01-1%,红没药醇0.5-5%,甘草酸二钾0.1-1%,甜橙果皮提取物0.02-1%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种补水保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述乳液还包含如下重量百分比含量的组分:厚朴树皮提取物0.01-1%,裙带菜提取物0.01-1%,马齿苋提取物0.01-1%,苦参种子提取物0.01-1%,白松露菌提取物0.01-1%及丹参提取物0.01-1%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种补水保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述乳液还含有0.01-0.5%的植物鞘氨醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种补水保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述乳液还含有0.01-10%的透明质酸钠和0.01-1%的积雪草提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种补水保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述乳液还含0.01-1%的药用层孔菌提取物和0.01-1%的雨生红球藻提取物。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种补水保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述厚朴树皮提取物的制备方法为:取厚朴树皮洗净,干燥后粉碎,过90-100目筛,加入其重量5-8倍量体积分数为70-85%的乙醇,浸泡1-4小时,在40-60℃温度下超声提取两次,每次30-60分钟,超声频率为30-40kHz,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.05-1.25的浸膏,即得。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种补水保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述白松露菌提取物的制备方法为:取白松露菌,按照每克白松露菌加入10-20mL由去离子水和无水乙醇按照体积比为8-10:1的比例组成的混合溶剂,制得白松露菌混合液,在0-10℃的温度下超声提取两次,每次30-60分钟,超声频率为30-40kHz,过滤,合并滤液,将滤液加热回流2-4小时后提取,过滤,浓缩后得到白松露菌提取物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种补水保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述甜橙果皮提取物的制备方法为:取新鲜麻阳冰糖橙皮放在阴凉通风处阴干,再在35-45℃下烘干,粉碎,过60-80目筛,加入其种类5-8倍量体积分数为70-85%的乙醇,浸泡1-4小时,在40-60℃温度下超声提取两次,每次30-60分钟,超声频率为30-40kHz,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.05-1.25的浸膏,即得。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种补水保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述裙带菜提取物的制备方法为:将裙带菜用蒸馏水洗净,去除杂质,晒干,粉碎,过40-60目筛,得粗粉,将粗粉置于超临界二氧化碳萃取装置中,加入粗粉总量30-45%体积分数为70-85%的乙醇,在萃取压力为12-15MPa、二氧化碳流量为15-20L/h、温度为35-45℃的条件下萃取1.5-2小时,减压分离即得。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述补水保湿乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包含如下步骤:
S1、按照重量百分比称取各组分,将海藻糖、传明酸、泛醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、乙酰基六肽-8、尿囊素、红没药醇、甘草酸二钾及水加入水相反应锅中,混合均匀,加热至80-90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到水相物,保温备用;
S2、将霍霍巴油、白池花籽油、虾青素、白藜芦醇、甜橙果皮提取物加入加入油相反应锅中,混合均匀,加热至80-85℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到油相物,保温备用;
S3、将步骤S1制得的水相物转移至乳化锅中,边搅拌边缓慢加入步骤S2制得的油相物,持续搅拌30-60分钟后,降温至40-50℃;
S4、向步骤S3制得的混合物料中加入其他物料,持续搅拌30-60分钟后,降温至室温,即得。
