The technical scheme of the invention is further described in detail by the following specific embodiments in combination with the attached drawings:
example 1:
fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a fully automatic rice washing method, which comprises the following steps:
s1: the first water pressure adjusting device receives an instruction from the control device or the mobile terminal, adjusts the water inlet pressure of the first water inlet device to a first set water pressure, and sprays water into the rice washing chamber from the bottom of the rice washing chamber; the rice is washed by the pressure of the inlet water, and the rice rolls along with the water flow in the water inlet process so as to achieve a good rice washing effect, so that the device can be simplified, the device is more compact, and the energy consumption is reduced;
s2: the water level monitoring device monitors that the water level in the rice washing chamber reaches a first set water level, sends a signal to the control device, the control device sends a signal to the electric rice measuring device, the rice storage chamber is opened, and rice with a first set volume is added into the rice washing chamber; a certain amount of water is added firstly, and then the rice is added, so that the phenomenon that the rice impacts the inner wall of the rice washing chamber to rebound out of the rice washing chamber or generate structural damage to influence the taste of the rice in the rice adding process can be avoided; in addition, water is added to moisten the inner wall of the rice washing chamber, and then the rice is added, so that a water film is formed between the rice and the inner wall of the rice washing chamber, the probability that the rice is adhered to the inner wall of the rice washing chamber can be effectively reduced, the adhesion amount of the rice in the subsequent rice feeding process is greatly reduced, the difficulty in cleaning the inner wall of the rice washing chamber is reduced, and no rice grains are left after the rice feeding of the device is finished; it should be noted that the electric rice metering device in this embodiment adds the first set volume of rice into the rice washing chamber only to indicate that a certain amount of rice is added, and the measurement may be not only expressed by volume, but also determined by other manners such as mass, and the like, and is not limited herein;
s3: when the water level monitoring device monitors that the water level in the rice washing chamber reaches a second set water level, a signal is sent to the control device, the control device sends an instruction to the first water pressure adjusting device and the second water pressure adjusting device, and the first water pressure adjusting device adjusts the water inlet pressure of the first water inlet device to the second set water pressure; the second water pressure adjusting device adjusts the water inlet pressure of the second water inlet device to a third set water pressure, and water is sprayed into the rice washing chamber from the top of the rice washing chamber; specifically, the second set water pressure is zero, and the third set water pressure is lower than the first set water pressure, so that when the water level is closer to the water outlet, the rice can be prevented from being lost from the upper end of the rice washing chamber due to over-intense rolling of the rice and sleep in the process of washing the rice by the first water sprayer under the over-high water pressure; it should be noted that the embodiment in which the second set water pressure is zero is only a reference embodiment, and in the specific implementation process, the second set water pressure is only smaller than the first set water pressure, so that the phenomenon that the water surface rolls too violently is avoided, and thus the two water inlets feed water simultaneously, and the rice washing efficiency can be improved;
s4: when the water level monitoring device detects that the water level in the rice washing chamber reaches a third set water level, specifically, the third set water level can be the horizontal plane where the lowest point of the water outlet is located, a signal is sent to the control device, the control device sends an instruction to the first water pressure adjusting device and the second water pressure adjusting device, the first water pressure adjusting device is immediately closed after receiving the instruction, and the second water pressure adjusting device is closed after receiving the instruction and delaying for a first set time; so that the rice bran and other substances can float on the water surface and overflow and drain from the water outlet along with the water flow;
in this embodiment, before the step S1, the method further includes a step S0: the control device or the mobile terminal receives the user request, and the number of times of executing the loop from the step S1 to the step S5 is preset; preferably, the circulation frequency can be twice, so that the washing effect of the rice can be ensured, excessive nutrient loss can not be caused, and the taste of the rice is ensured.
In this embodiment, after step S6, the step of distributing water to the rice after washing includes the following steps:
s6: the control device calculates a first water distribution amount and a second water distribution amount according to the first set volume; the first water distribution amount and the second water distribution amount are the total water distribution amount, the volume ratio of the rice to the total water distribution amount is 1: 1.2-1.4, preferably 1:1.3, and the volume ratio of the second water distribution amount to the first water distribution amount is 1: 1.9-2.1;
s7: the control device sends an instruction to the second water pressure adjusting device, adjusts the water inlet pressure of the second water inlet device to be a fourth set water pressure, and sprays the water with the first water distribution amount into the rice washing chamber;
s8: the control device sends an instruction to the driving device, and the driving device drives the end cover to move downwards, so that a rice feeding opening is opened and rice feeding is started;
s9: the control device sends instructions to the third water pressure adjusting device and the second water pressure adjusting device, respectively adjusts the water inlet pressure of the third water inlet device to be a fifth set water pressure and the water inlet pressure of the second water inlet device to be a sixth set water pressure, and distributes water of a second water distribution quantity to the inner wall and the axial lead position of the rice washing chamber to finish water distribution and rice discharging.
Wherein, the control of the water quantity can be carried out through corresponding flow sensors and electromagnetic valves, which are not detailed here.
Thus, a part of the rice is added into the rice washing chamber to form a rice-water mixture with the rice, so that the rice is easier to be discharged; after rice is fed, the inner wall of the rice washing chamber is washed, and the water quantity for washing the inner wall of the rice washing chamber is the same as that for flowing into the discharging pot, so that the total water distribution is completed.
In step S3 of this embodiment, after the first water pressure adjusting device adjusts the water inlet pressure of the first water inlet device to the second set water pressure interval second time, the second water pressure adjusting device adjusts the water inlet pressure of the second water inlet device to the third set water pressure, so that the rice is precipitated for a period of time, thereby further avoiding the rice from rolling over on the water surface and running off from the water outlet, and avoiding the waste of the grain.
In the embodiment, partial water is added firstly, so that the inner wall of the rice washing chamber can be wetted, a layer of water film is easily formed between the rice and the rice washing chamber after the rice is added, the probability that the rice is adhered to the inner wall of the rice washing chamber can be greatly reduced, the residual condition of the rice in the rice discharging process is reduced, and the situation that the residual rice is harmful substances such as mildew and the like are bred and the health of a human body is harmed is avoided; in addition, in the scheme, water is directly sprayed into the rice washing chamber from the bottom of the rice washing chamber, and the impulsive force of water flow is utilized to drive the rice to roll and wash, so that the loss of nutrient substances caused by excessive damage to the structure of the rice is avoided, and the energy consumption can be saved; when the water level reaches a certain position during rice washing, the water is slowly added by using small water pressure, so that the phenomenon that the rice is violently rolled and overflows from the upper end of a rice washing chamber due to the impact of water flow to cause the waste of the rice can be avoided
