EXAMPLE III
The embodiment of the application provides a cleaning method for a cooking device, the functions realized by the cleaning method for the cooking device of the embodiment can be realized by calling a program code by a processor in the cooking device, and the program code can be saved in a computer storage medium.
In this application embodiment, the cleaning mode includes a normal temperature cleaning mode and/or a high temperature cleaning mode, and fig. 6 is a schematic view of an implementation flow of an optional cleaning method of the cooking device provided in this application embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, the method comprises the steps of:
step S601, when the washing function of the cooking device is awakened, determining a cooking temperature corresponding to the cooking function that is implemented by the cooking device before the current time.
Step S601 is the same as the process and the function implemented in step S101 in the first embodiment.
Step S602, according to the cooking temperature, whether the corresponding cleaning mode is a high-temperature cleaning mode or a normal-temperature cleaning mode is judged.
In some embodiments, the cooking apparatus includes a washing roller, or the cooking apparatus further includes a heating unit.
Step S603, when the cooking temperature is less than the temperature threshold, determining that the cleaning mode is the normal temperature cleaning mode.
Here, the temperature threshold refers to a temperature higher than room temperature by 10 ℃.
For example, when the cooking hot standby is a wall breaking machine, and the cooking function of the wall breaking machine before the current time is vegetable juice, it is known that the extracted vegetable juice can be realized without heating, and the temperature of the extracted vegetable juice is not higher than the room temperature by more than 10 ℃.
And S604, when the corresponding cleaning mode is determined to be the normal-temperature cleaning mode according to the cooking temperature, controlling the cleaning roller to push water in the cooking equipment to rotate for a first preset time at a preset rotating speed so as to clean the surface to be cleaned of the cooking equipment.
The cleaning roller is a structural rotating part in the cooking device, and is used for rotating food or water in the cooking device at a certain speed under the driving of a motor; for example, when the cooking device is a wall breaking machine, the cleaning roller is a stainless steel blade in the wall breaking machine; when the cooking equipment is an electric cooker, the cleaning roller is a stirring rod in the electric cooker; when the cooking equipment is a soybean milk machine, the cleaning roller is a spiral blade in the soybean milk machine.
The preset rotating speed can be determined according to inherent power parameters provided by a motor for controlling the cleaning roller in the cooking equipment, namely different rotating speeds correspond to different power parameters, the larger the power parameter is, the higher the corresponding rotating speed is, the smaller the power parameter is, and the lower the corresponding rotating speed is. Generally, a cooking device has a plurality of gears, and different gears represent different rotating speeds and stirring speeds; for example, when the cooking device is a wall breaking machine, 1 to 8 different gears can be provided, wherein the gear 1 is the gear with the minimum stirring speed, the corresponding rotating speed is also the minimum, and the gear 8 is the gear with the maximum stirring speed, and the corresponding stirring speed is also the maximum.
The first preset time period is a rotation time of water in the cooking apparatus in the normal temperature washing mode, and here, the first preset time period may be a limited time period of 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 8 minutes, and the like.
Step S605, when the cooking temperature is greater than or equal to the temperature threshold, determining that the cleaning mode is the high temperature cleaning mode.
For example, when the cooking hot standby is an electric rice cooker and the cooking function of the electric rice cooker before the present time is porridge cooking, it is known that the porridge cooking is performed only by heating, and therefore the cooking temperature after the porridge cooking is at least 10 ℃ higher than the room temperature, and the electric rice cooker needs to select a high-temperature washing mode when washing after the porridge cooking function is performed.
In some embodiments, the corresponding cleaning mode may also be determined according to whether the food material is subjected to the heating treatment, and when the food material is subjected to the heating treatment, the cleaning mode is determined to be a high-temperature cleaning mode; and when the food material is not subjected to heating treatment, determining that the cleaning mode is a normal-temperature cleaning mode.
Here, the heat treatment of the food material includes all treatment modes for raising the temperature of the food material in the cooking device, for example, a treatment mode of cooking, frying and the like, wherein the raising of the temperature of the food material in the cooking device means that the temperature of the food material after the treatment is at least 10 ℃ or more higher than the temperature before the treatment.
And step S606, when the corresponding cleaning mode is determined to be the high-temperature cleaning mode according to the cooking temperature, controlling the heating unit to heat water to a preset temperature, and controlling the cleaning roller to rotate at the preset rotating speed for a second preset time so as to clean the surface to be cleaned of the cooking equipment.
It should be noted that the heating unit is a heating structure in the cooking device, and is used for heating the food or water in the cooking device under the driving of the power supply, so as to make the food or water in the cooking device reach a preset temperature, where the preset temperature may be any temperature greater than 50 ℃ and less than 100 ℃, for example, 55 ℃, 65 ℃, 75 ℃, 85 ℃, 90 ℃ and the like.
In some embodiments, the heating unit is further configured to heat the cooking apparatus after the washing of the cooking apparatus is completed, so as to achieve the drying and high temperature sterilization functions of the cooking apparatus.
For example, when the cooking device is an electric cooker, after the electric cooker completes the cooking function and is cleaned, the electric cooker can automatically turn on the heating function, so that on one hand, the residual water in the electric cooker can be dried, and on the other hand, the high-temperature sterilization function can be achieved.
The second preset time period is the time for the water in the cooking apparatus to rotate in the high temperature washing mode, here, the second preset time period may also be a limited time length such as 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 8 minutes, etc., and in this embodiment, the first preset time period is not equal to the second preset time period.
In this embodiment of the application, the step S604 and the step S606 may be implemented by controlling the cleaning roller to rotate at the preset rotation speed for a first preset time period or a second preset time period.
Step S607, controlling the cleaning roller to rotate alternately at the first rotation speed and the second rotation speed until the cleaning roller rotates for the first preset time or the second preset time.
In the embodiment of the present application, the preset rotation speed at least includes a first rotation speed and a second rotation speed, and the first rotation speed and the second rotation speed are different.
Here, the first rotational speed may be a rotational speed smaller than the second rotational speed, or the first rotational speed may be a rotational speed larger than the second rotational speed, for example, the first rotational speed is 2 nd gear and the second rotational speed is 7 th gear, or the first rotational speed is 8 th gear and the second rotational speed is 3 rd gear.
In this embodiment, the heating process in the high-temperature cleaning mode at least includes the following six modes:
the first method comprises the following steps: in the heating process, the cleaning roller pushes the water to rotate at the first rotating speed or the second rotating speed until the water in the cooking equipment is heated to a preset temperature, and then cleaning is carried out.
And the second method comprises the following steps: in the heating process, the cleaning roller rotates alternately at a first rotating speed and a second rotating speed to push the water to rotate until the water in the cooking equipment is heated to a preset temperature, and then cleaning is carried out.
And the third is that: in the heating process, the cleaning roller pushes water to rotate at a first rotating speed or a second rotating speed until the water in the cooking equipment is heated to a preset temperature, the temperature is kept for a certain preset time, and then cleaning is carried out.
And fourthly: in the heating process, the cleaning roller rotates alternately at a first rotating speed and a second rotating speed to push water to rotate until the water in the cooking equipment is heated to a preset temperature, the temperature is kept for a certain preset time, and then cleaning is carried out.
And a fifth mode: during the heating process, the cleaning roller is kept still, and after the water in the cooking device is heated to the preset temperature, the cleaning is started.
And a sixth mode: in the heating process, the cleaning roller keeps still, water in the cooking equipment is heated to a preset temperature and then is kept warm for a certain preset time, and then cleaning is started.
The above six modes are only some of the embodiments of the high-temperature cleaning mode in this embodiment, and do not limit the present application, and any combination or some of the embodiments with the above embodiments belong to the protection scope of the present application.
In some embodiments, the cooking device further comprises a detergent tank, the detergent tank can contain cleaning agents, and the detergent tank is connected with the surface to be cleaned of the cooking device and used for adding detergent in the detergent tank into water during cleaning, so that the cooking device is cleaned more cleanly.
In some embodiments, the cooking apparatus further comprises an ultraviolet lamp, and after the washing and drying of the cooking apparatus are completed, the ultraviolet lamp is turned on to complete a sterilization process of the cooking apparatus.
According to the cleaning method of the cooking equipment provided by the embodiment of the application, when the cleaning function of the cooking equipment is awakened, the cleaning mode corresponding to the cooking equipment can be determined to be a normal-temperature cleaning mode or a high-temperature cleaning mode according to the cooking temperature corresponding to the cooking function realized by the cooking equipment before the current moment; and controlling the cooking equipment to enter a normal-temperature cleaning mode or a high-temperature cleaning mode. Therefore, the proper cleaning mode is selected according to the cooking temperature, so that residual food materials in the cooking equipment can be cleaned thoroughly, the manual operation cleaning process of a user can be avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Example four
The scheme provides a cleaning method of cooking equipment, and the automatic high-temperature cleaning function of the cooking equipment is realized by adding a high-temperature cleaning button on a control panel of the cooking equipment. The keys are washed at high temperature, the washing program of the cooking equipment is triggered, the user is helped to conveniently wash the food materials bonded in the cooking equipment, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 7 is a flow chart of a high-temperature washing process of a cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the high-temperature washing 70 (corresponding to the above-mentioned high-temperature washing) has two modes for user selection, the first mode is an intelligent washing 71, and the second mode is a manual washing 72.
The intelligent wash 71 comprises the following steps:
and S701, intelligently judging the previous using function of the cooking equipment.
Step S702, judging whether the previous using function of the cooking equipment is a hot drink menu.
The intelligent judgment of whether the previous using function of the cooking equipment belongs to a hot drink menu or not is implemented as follows: a control program of the cooking equipment firstly reads a function menu used by the cooking equipment before the current moment, wherein the function menu is stored in an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM); then, the control program of the cooking apparatus determines whether the menu is a hot drink function or a cold drink function. If the function does not belong to the hot drink category, entering the cold drink cleaning process S703; if it belongs to the hot drink category, the hot drink washing process S706 is entered.
After entering the cold drink washing process S704, the following steps are performed:
step S704, alternately stirring and flushing with the first preset gear and the second preset gear, and directly starting the cleaning process.
