Abstract

本发明公开了一种白色抹墙水泥,其中组成包括A、B两组分,其中A组分包括石灰石、硅石、铝土、高岭土或莹石;B组分包括石膏、方解石、石英或白云石。制备工艺为首先将石灰石、硅石、铝土在破碎机中粉碎,将高岭土或莹石在烘干机中烘干,然后将此四种原料混合均匀,在生料磨中研磨,研磨后的生料可储备待用也可直接熟化处理;其中熟化过程包括将此生料置于旋窑中燃烧,燃烧后的熟料与研细的石膏、方解石、石英或白云石等按上述配比混合均匀,再经白色抹墙水泥磨,得到白色抹墙水泥。

Description

白色抹墙水泥
本发明涉及水泥类制品,具体地说是指一种好和、好抹、省工省料、抹面光滑的白色抹墙水泥。
几千年来,人们一直是用泥土石灰抹墙,如今石灰仍是人们抹墙的主要材料,当主要建筑材料即将告别秦砖汉瓦时,也应有新兴的材料来代替石灰作为抹墙材料。瓷砖作为一种新兴的内外墙装饰品发展迅速,但粘贴料却有些不适应施工的需要。
本发明的目的是基于目前水泥产品存在的问题,提供一种好和、好抹、省工省料、抹面光滑的白色抹墙水泥。
本发明所提供的白色抹墙水泥其组成包括A、B两组份,其中A组份组成为:
A组份:80-90%石灰石、8-16%硅石、1-5%铝土、1-3%高岭土或莹石(比例为重量百分比);
B组份的组成以各成份与A组份总重量相比的百分数计算为:
B组份:1-3%石膏、30-85%方解石、1-10%的石英或白云石。
其中,A组份的最佳配比为:
84%石灰石、12%硅石、3%铝土、1%高岭土或莹石。
本发明所提供的白色抹墙水泥是按以下工艺制备的:
首先按配比优选石灰石、硅石、铝土、高岭土或莹石,然后将前三者分别在破碎机中粉碎,将高岭土或莹石在烘干机中烘干,然后将此四种原料混合均匀,在生料磨中研磨,研磨后的生料可储备待用也可直接熟化处理;其中熟化过程包括将此生料置于旋窑中燃烧,燃烧后的熟料与研细的石膏、方解石、石英或白云石等按上述配比混合均匀,再经白色抹墙水泥磨,得到白色抹墙水泥。
其中旋窑燃烧的温度及烧结时间与现有技术中的水泥生产条件相同。

本发明所提供的白色抹墙水泥的性能指标为:
Mgo(熟料中)              ≤4.5,
SO3(%)                 ≤1.5,
细度(%)(0.08mm筛)       ≤8,
安定性(沸煮法)    合格,
凝结时间          初凝≥1h,终凝≤10h,
28天抗压(MPa)     10.0,
白度(%)          ≥80。
本发明所提供的白色抹墙水泥使用上十分简便快捷,不需添加麻刀或纤维质,直接加水净浆搅拌即可使用,好和、好抹、省工省料,抹面光滑。该产品的研制成功,结束了长期以来没有抹墙材料的历史。
本发明所提供的白色抹墙水泥,在制造工艺上采用了“二磨一烧”的方法,并且结合科学的合理的配方,使产品无论在性能上还是使用上都达到了令人满意的效果。

Claims (3)

1、白色抹墙水泥,其中组成包括A、B两组份,其中A组份组成为:A组份:80-90%石灰石、8-16%硅石、1-5%铝土、1-3%高岭土或莹石(比例为重量百分比);B组份的组成以各成份与A组份总重量相比的百分数计算为:B组份:1-3%石膏、30-85%方解石、1-10%的石英或白云石。
2、权利要求1所述的白色抹墙水泥,其中,A组份的最佳配比为:84%石灰石、12%硅石、3%铝土、1%高岭土或莹石。
