本发明涉及一种高化白水泥,包括由水泥、天然沸石粉、瓷化钙、石灰\粉、石英砂(内墙用太白粉)构成,其特征在于:所述天然沸石粉分子筛特有筛孔结构,所述瓷化钙可瓷化膨胀,水泥固化结针,再向水泥中掺入不含苯及甲醛的水溶性高分子聚合物,如羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、淀粉醚及可分散乳胶粉,最后加入聚丙烯纤维,在洁净水的搅拌掺合作用下发生化学反应及物理反应,最终形成高化白水泥。本发明有益效果为:具有良好的透气性、粘度较强;抗渗、防霉、耐水、绿色环保、膜网串透、便于施工;使用寿命较长,可达到乳胶涂料一样的效果。

本发明涉及一种水泥,尤其涉及一种高化白水泥。
背景技术
传统的内、外墙白水泥一般在施工后持续经受高温的夏季或是在南方地区有台风的雨季,当出现恶劣天气或周围环境变化较明显时,一般水泥筑城的墙体也会出现开裂、渗水、退化的现象,给人们的生活带来很大的影响,并且受到很大的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高化白水泥,以克服现有水泥不能适应环境变化、抗裂效果较差、透气性不好、耐久度较低的不足。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种高化白水泥,包括由水泥、天然沸石粉、瓷化钙、石灰石粉、石英砂(内墙用太白粉)构成,所述天然沸石粉分子筛的特有筛孔结构,所述瓷化钙可瓷化膨胀,水泥固化结针,再向水泥中掺入不含苯及甲醛的水溶性高分子聚合物,如羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、淀粉醚及可分散乳胶粉,最后加入聚丙烯纤维,在洁净水的搅拌掺合作用下发生化学反应及物理反应,最终形成高化白水泥。
本发明所述的高化白水泥的有益效果为:具有良好的透气性、粘度较强;抗渗、防霉、耐水、绿色环保、膜网串透、便于施工;使用寿命较长,可达到乳胶涂料一样的效果。

1.一种高化白水泥,其特征在于:包括水泥、天然沸石粉、瓷化钙、石灰石粉、石英砂、以及羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、淀粉醚及可分散乳胶粉、聚丙烯纤维,在洁净水的搅拌掺合下发生化学反应及物理反应而形成高化白水泥。
