Abstract
The invention discloses a using method, a device and a system of an online interactive demand management platform, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a system administrator configures management authority for a demand producer and a demand questioner; the demand producer edits a demand document on the online interactive demand management platform according to a specific project association function module; and the requirement questioner answers the questions in the requirement document and updates the requirement document. By adopting the technical scheme, personnel who contact the system for the first time can quickly know the composition of the functional modules of the system and know the historical evolution process of each functional module, and meanwhile, on-line questioning can be carried out on the currently opened requirements and merging can be carried out on answers for requirement filing; for the outsiders, the requirement documents can be exported, so that the outsiders can conveniently look up and know the requirement documents.
