Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an annotating method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to a situation of annotating a report of an item in a client and communicating through instant messaging, the method may be performed by an annotating device, and the annotating device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be configured in a mobile terminal, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like, and specifically includes the following steps:
and 101, displaying a report page.
In practical applications, the operating systems of the mobile terminal include Android (Android) and iOS, harmonyOS (hong-mo system), in which independent clients may be installed, where the clients are installed with controls such as WebView and uifebview, so that the clients have a function of displaying pages, and the clients may edit image data, so that the clients have an annotating function, and the clients support real-time communication protocols such as XMPP (Extensible MESSAGING AND PRESENCE Protocol), MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport, message queue telemetry transport), and so on, so that the clients have an instant communication function.
In addition, the Screen of the mobile terminal may be classified into a display Screen, a Touch Screen (Touch Screen), a display Screen may be used to display a User Interface (UI) of a client (e.g., various pages, controls, etc.), a Touch Screen may be used to receive a Touch operation triggered on the User Interface, wherein the Touch Screen includes a resistive Touch Screen, a surface acoustic wave Screen, an optical Touch Screen (e.g., an infrared Touch Screen), a capacitive Touch Screen, and so on.
In this embodiment, the user starts the client, and the client starts a separate process in the environment of the operating system, that is, the process is independent of the process of other applications, and each operation (step 101-step 107) of this embodiment may be performed by the process of the client, and further, the process of the client may generate a thread to perform each operation of this embodiment.
The user can log in the client by using information such as user account number, password and the like, so that the user is marked as the first user for convenience of distinguishing, i.e. the embodiment can be applied to the client logged in by the first user.
The authority of the user to browse the project report is configurable, so the client may query the server whether the first user has the authority to browse the project report, if the first user has the authority to browse the project report, the report within the authority range is displayed in a list, an icon or the like on a user interface of the client, the first user clicks the report through a touch operation (such as clicking), the client responds to the touch operation, starts a thread, queries the URL (Uniform Resource Locator ) of the report, invokes a WebView or the like to load a page in the client in an embedded form, as shown in fig. 2A, the page 210 is displayed in the display screen, and the report of the project is displayed in the page 210, which may be recorded as a report page.
The report form of the item may include text, pictures, charts, audio data, video data, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Taking WebView as an example, webView is a rendering engine (WebKit) for displaying web (network) content, and provides functions such as page forward, page backward, page zoom-in, page zoom-out, and search.
Because the URL of the page is loaded, the access network authority is added to the client in android management.
In addition, the authority of the user to annotate the project report is configurable, and whether the report page allows the annotation is also configurable, so the client may query the server whether the first user has the authority to annotate the project report, whether the current report page allows the annotation, and if the first user has the authority to annotate the project report (i.e., the report page is used to report the project to the first user), and the current report page allows the annotation, as shown in fig. 2A, the client may fixedly display an annotation control 231 on the current report page, that is, the position of the annotation control 231 is fixed in the visible area, such as in the lower right corner of the visible area, and the annotation control 231 is fixed at the position and does not move with the movement of the report page 210 when the first user drags the report page 210 in the visible area.
In some designs, the endorsement control may be a control independent of the reporting page, illustratively the endorsement control is a non-draggable hover operational button (Floating action button, FAB), which is a circular button for triggering a primary operation in the application interface, which in this example is an endorsement operation.
Step 102, receiving annotation operation acting on the annotation control.
Because the visual area of the display screen is limited, and the area of the report page is generally larger than that of the visual area, the first user generally drags the report page and browses the report of the project, when some data in the report page has comments, the data can be remained in the visual area, and the annotating control is triggered through a preset touch operation (such as clicking), so that the annotating operation is triggered, and the annotating operation is used for adding annotating information to the report page.
Taking the suspension operation button as an example of the annotation control, the view. OnClickListener can be applied to monitor the click operation of the suspension operation button, and if the click operation is monitored, the click operation is equivalent to the annotation operation.
And step 103, responding to the annotating operation, and converting the part of report page into image data.
If the client receives an annotating operation triggered based on the annotating control, as shown in fig. 2B, the client may start a thread, and convert a part of the report page currently located in the visible area to image data 220, where the image data may be loaded into a memory of a program allocated to the client by the mobile terminal.
And loading a new page in the client, displaying the image data in the page, wherein the page is marked as an annotating page, and the title of the annotating page can be loaded with prompt information related to the annotating.
For example, a partial report page currently located in the viewable area may be converted into image data in the form of a Bitmap.
It should be noted that, other data may be included in the visible area besides the report page, where the data is not converted into image data, so that other data is prevented from interfering with the annotation operation, for example, the annotation control is located above the report page and does not convert the annotation control into image data, and for example, the top of the report page has a title of the report page, and the title of the report page is not converted into image data.
Optionally, according to the annotating operation, configuration data of the project security level is obtained, based on a part of reporting pages in a visible area, security restrictions of corresponding reporting data in the part of reporting pages are confirmed according to the configuration data, and reporting data with the security restrictions are hidden and are not converted into image data.
For example, in the case that the responsible person (first user) responsible for the project has authority to see some report data, the responsible person (first user) responsible for the project may see the report data on the report page, and if the responsible person (first user) initiates a session at the time of annotating to include a person (second user) without the authority, the report data may be kept secret and hidden for the annotated image data, because the report data is not known by the person (second user).
In one case, the received image data may be processed at the receiving end (the client on which the second user logs in) and the report data may be hidden, if the current user (the second user) has the authority, the image data may be directly displayed, and if the current user (the second user) does not have the authority, the report data in the image data may be hidden (e.g., color block filled, mosaic, etc.).
In another case, if any person (the second user) in the session has no authority, the sending end (the client on which the first user logs in) can hide the report data, even if the receiving end receives the image data, the hidden report data cannot be seen, and similarly, the person (the first user) in the session has authority to forward the image data, and can correspondingly perform security hiding setting, so that the person (the second user) without authority can hide the report data even if the image data.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2C, the client may query the server for the user data of the first user, so as to determine the contact information of the first user, for example, a name, a department, a phone, a mailbox address, etc. from the user data, and add the contact information as the watermark 221 to the image data 220, on one hand, bind the contact information of the first user of the endorsement with the image data, and forward the bound contact information to the second user after the endorsement is added, so that the second user can know the situation of the first user initiating the endorsement when browsing the endorsement, and the first user can communicate with the first user as soon as possible, thereby improving the supervision efficiency, and on the other hand, if the image data added with the endorsement causes leakage by photographing or the like, the link forwarding the image data added with the endorsement can also be queried as the initiation, so as to reduce the query scope and quickly locate the security vulnerability.
Step 104, receiving a writing operation on the image data.
Step 105, adding annotation information to the item on the image data in response to the writing operation.
In this embodiment, the client provides one or more annotation modes for the image data, and the user can trigger writing operations for the image data according to the modes, so that when the client receives the writing operations, the client adds corresponding data to the item on the image data as annotation information to the item.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2B, at least one of a handwriting control 232, a text control 233 and a symbol control 234 is further provided on the image data 220, where the handwriting control 232, the text control 233 and the symbol control 234 are all independent controls, and at the beginning, one of the controls is in a selected state by default, and thereafter, the first user can select the other controls to be in the selected state through a touch operation such as clicking.
1. Handwriting control
If the handwriting control is in a selected state, the first user may trigger a sliding operation (writing operation) on the image data, for which, the client may determine a track on which the writing operation slides, and add handwriting information of specified parameters (such as color, solid line, thickness, etc.) to the item along the track on the image data as annotation information.
The note information is a set of data points, and can display information such as characters, symbols, expressions and the like.
2. Literal control
If the text control is in a selected state, the first user may trigger a click operation (writing operation) on the image data, for which, the client may determine a first position where the writing operation occurs on the image data, add a text box at the position, and if the text box is in the first position and does not reach the first user's desire, the first user may trigger a drag operation on the text box, adjust the first position, or the first user re-trigger the click operation, and re-determine the first position.
The client calls an input method, and displays an interface of the input method on the image data, so that a first user can input text information of specified parameters (such as colors, fonts, thicknesses and the like), and the text information is input to the project in a text box and used as annotation information.
3. Sign control
Typically, to facilitate user operation, the client may provide one or more symbol controls over the image data, each for adding a specified item of symbol information, e.g., straight lines, wavy lines, arrows, ovals, rectangles, etc.
If the text control is in the selected state, the user may trigger a drag operation (writing operation) on the image data, for which, the client may determine a second position where the writing operation is pressed (represented by events such as Down, touchStart, etc.) on the image data, and a third position where the writing operation is lifted (represented by events such as Up, touch, etc.), so that symbol information of specified parameters (such as color, solid line, thickness, etc.) is added to the item between the second position and the third position as annotation information.
For example, if the sign control is used to add an arrow, a straight line, and a wavy line, an arrow, a straight line, and a wavy line that points from the second position to the third position may be added, if the sign control is used to add an ellipse, the second position and the third position may be taken as two corner points in the diagonal line in the rectangle, thereby determining a region of the rectangle, and an inscribed ellipse is added in the region, if the sign control is used to add the rectangle, the second position and the third position may be taken as two corner points in the diagonal line in the rectangle, thereby determining a region of the rectangle, and so on.
Further, some parameters of the drawing annotation information (such as thickness, solid line, font) may be default, and some parameters of the drawing annotation information may be adjustable, i.e. a certain parameter has multiple options, and is initially in a selected state by default, and any option may be subsequently changed to a selected state by the first user.
Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 2B, there are also a plurality of color controls 235 on the image data 220, with each color control 235 displaying a color on an icon representing the color control for providing the color.
In this example, when drawing annotation information, the client may query the state of each color control, and if a certain color control is in a selected state, the client may add the annotation information belonging to the color (i.e. the color corresponding to the color control in the selected state) to the statistical data of the item on the image data in response to the writing operation.
In one embodiment of the invention, as shown in FIG. 2B, on the image data 220, there is a undo control 236 in addition to at least one of a handwriting control 232, a text control 233, a symbol control 234.
When the annotation information does not reach the expectations of the first user, the first user can trigger the cancel operation (writing operation) by clicking (touching operation) the cancel control, and the client can receive the cancel operation acting on the cancel control, so that the time of adding each piece of annotation information is queried in response to the cancel operation, and the annotation information with the added time ordered at the tail is canceled.
Of course, the above writing operations are merely examples, and other writing operations may be set according to actual situations when implementing the embodiment of the present invention, which is not limited thereto. In addition, in addition to the above writing operations, those skilled in the art may also use other writing operations according to actual needs, which are not limited by the embodiments of the present invention.
Step 106, receiving the session operation acted on the session control.
And step 107, in response to the session operation, sending the image data added with the annotation information to a second user of the associated item in the form of a session.
As shown in fig. 2B, a session control 237 is provided on the image data 220, the session control 237 being used to trigger a session operation.
As shown in fig. 2D, if the first user completes adding the annotation information 222, the session control may be clicked (touch-operated) to trigger the session operation, and the client may receive the session operation acting on the session control, so as to initiate a thread in response to the session operation, initiate a session with a second user associated with the item, and send the image data to which the annotation information has been added to the second user in the session.
Wherein a second user associated with a project would typically be a user responsible for management in the project, e.g., a responsible person for a traffic department associated with the traffic project, a responsible person for a development department associated with the software development project, etc.
In a specific implementation, the second user (identified by ID, name, etc.) associated with the current item may be recorded when the report page is generated, the second user may be read from the report page when the first user initiates the annotation, or the first user manually selects the second user, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2E, the client may display an address book with a plurality of second users, where the address book has different structures for different institutions, for example, the address book may be divided into the second users according to administrative (such as province, city, county, town, village, etc.) for government institutions, and the address book may be divided into the second users according to company, department, group, etc. structures for enterprise groups, etc.
In some cases, the authority of the first user communication is configurable, at this time, the client may query the server for the authority of the first user, so as to determine the authority of the first user communication, obtain, from the server, an address book adapted to the authority of the first user communication, where the address book has a second user that allows the first user communication and does not have a second user that prohibits the first user communication, display, in a new page, the address book adapted to the authority of the first user communication, and reduce the disclosure scope of the endorsement and reduce the risk of leakage by configuring the authority of the first user communication.
It should be noted that, the first user and the second user may have a friend relationship, and the first user and the second user may belong to the same organization, and no friend needs to be added, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In general, a first user may click on a directory to directly select a second user to be communicated, or the directory provides a search box, and the first user may input a keyword in the search box to search for the second user to be communicated.
The client may receive a selection operation on the address book, which may be used to select a second user to communicate.
In response to the selection operation, the client selects and takes charge of the second user of the item, and on one hand, as shown in fig. 2F, the client may synthesize annotation information and image data as new image data 240, and on the other hand, as shown in fig. 2G, a window for a session with the second user of the item is displayed on a new page, so that in the window of the session, the image data added with the annotation information is sent to the second user as an instant messaging message with the identity of the first user.
Under the framework of instant messaging, the image data added with the annotation information can be stored in a server, the server compresses the image data added with the annotation information to generate a thumbnail, the thumbnail is pushed to a client logged in by a second user, and when the second user clicks the thumbnail, the image data added with the annotation information can be downloaded from the server for browsing.
Thereafter, the first user and the second user can communicate and exchange things annotated in the project in the window of the session.
The embodiment is applied to a client logged in by a first user, the client displays a report page, the report page is used for reporting items to the first user, and an annotation control is fixed on the report page; receiving annotation operation acting on the annotation control; responding to the annotation operation, converting part of report pages into image data, wherein the image data is provided with a session control; receiving a writing operation acting on the image data; adding annotation information to the item on the image data in response to the writing operation; receiving a session operation acting on a session control; in response to the session operation, the image data to which the annotation information has been added is transmitted to the second user of the associated item in the form of a session. On one hand, the report page is converted into image data, annotation information is added to the image data, and the whole link of the user session is executed in the environment of the client, so that the whole link is conveniently protected by applying the security measures of the client, the data leakage is effectively prevented, and the security of the data is ensured. And the whole link is executed in the environment of the client, belongs to in-process communication, reduces the probability of data error caused by cross-process communication when each link is used by a screenshot tool, an image editing tool and an instant messaging tool, and has high stability. On the other hand, the method provided by the client is uniformly used for annotating the project, other screenshot tools, image editing tools and instant messaging tools are not needed, the cost of learning the annotation by the user is reduced, the applicability is wide, the annotating style is kept consistent, and the comparison and analysis are convenient.
