Abstract

The invention provides a conference record generation method and device. The conference record generation method comprises the following steps: receiving a chat record and adding a preset mark after the chat record; after detecting that the mark is clicked, adding a chat record corresponding to the clicked mark into a conference record; and generating a meeting record. By using the invention, the chat records can be managed and the conference records can be generated conveniently, thereby improving the user experience.

Conference record generation method and device

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of information management, in particular to a conference record generation method and device.

Background

Currently, users can communicate with chat software on various electronic devices (e.g., mobile phones, computers, tablet computers, etc.), such as various instant messaging software (e.g., QQ, wechat, etc.). In the chat software, a plurality of chat groups, such as a friend group, a work group, etc., may be established for communication among multiple users. However, when there are many members in the chat group and there are many utterances, the chat log will include a large amount of text information, voice information, video information, or emoticons, and thus it is difficult to extract useful information from the large amount of chat log. Especially for a work group or an information publishing group, the published work key points or important information are easily submerged in other information without practical significance, and the important information is inconvenient to view and summarize.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide a method and an apparatus for generating a meeting record, which can mark important information in a chat record and edit the important information to automatically generate the meeting record, so as to improve user experience.

A conference record generation method is applied to electronic equipment and comprises the following steps: receiving a chat record and adding a preset mark after the chat record; after detecting that the mark is clicked, adding a chat record corresponding to the clicked mark into a conference record; and generating a meeting record.
