Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a preferred embodiment of the method for generating a conference record according to the present invention. The order of the steps in the flow chart may be changed and some steps may be omitted according to different needs.
And S10, the electronic equipment receives the chat records and attaches preset marks after the chat records.
In at least one embodiment of the present invention, the conference record generation function may be preset in chat software (e.g., instant messenger). The conference record generating function is used for selecting the chat records and generating the conference records according to the selected chat records. The conference record generating function may be invoked in a preset manner, such as a preset icon or a preset function option in a menu.
In some embodiments, after the function of generating the meeting record is invoked, the meeting record may be generated based on all the chat records in the chat software communicating with all the contacts, or the meeting record may be generated only for all the chat groups or the chat records of a specific chat group. For example, when the meeting record generation function is for all contacts, the meeting record generation function may be a function option in a main menu of the chat software. When the conference record generation function is chat group oriented, the conference record generation function may be a function option in a setup menu of a chat group.
And after the conference record generation function is called, the electronic equipment can attach a preset mark to the received chat record. The preset mark is used for marking the chat records which need to be added into the conference records.
And S12, after detecting that the preset mark is clicked, the electronic equipment adds the chat record corresponding to the clicked mark into the conference record.
In at least one embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device detects whether the preset mark is clicked in real time, and when one or more additional preset marks after the chat records are clicked, the electronic device adds the chat records corresponding to the clicked marks to the conference records. For example, when the method is applied to a chat group, each member can discuss, and when the content of the chat records is the information needing important attention, the information publisher or the management source can click the preset mark attached to the chat records, so that the chat records can be added to the conference records.
In a preferred embodiment, the preset mark may be an icon or a symbol, but is not limited in practical application. For example, referring to the interface schematic diagram shown in fig. 6, the preset marks are presented in the form of five-pointed stars. In accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention, prior to receiving a chat log and appending a predetermined token after the chat log, the processor 50 executes instructions further comprising: judging whether a preset conference record generation function is called or not; when the preset conference record generation function is not called, the preset mark is not added to the received chat record; or after the preset conference record generation function is called, the preset mark is added to all the received chat records, or the preset mark is only added to each chat record received by the chat group.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the preset mark is highlighted after being clicked.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of instructions executed by the processor 50 further includes: and setting the click permission of the preset mark and the management permission of the conference record, wherein the click permission of the preset mark comprises that each member in the chat group is allowed to click and only an appointed member is allowed to click, and the management permission of the conference record comprises that the appointed member is allowed or only an administrator is allowed to manage the conference record.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of instructions executed by the processor 50 further includes: setting an interface display mode of a chat interface and a conference record interface, wherein the chat interface displays all chat records, the conference record interface displays the chat records with the corresponding marks clicked, and the interface display mode comprises the following steps: displaying the chat interface and the conference recording interface side by side or in parallel; and after the preset indentation icon is clicked, indenting the chat interface or the conference recording interface.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of instructions executed by the processor 50 further includes: and when the members of the chat group enter the chat group or a new member joins the chat group, generating a current conference record of the chat group, and displaying the current conference record.
Specifically, the specific implementation method of the instruction by the processor 50 may refer to the description of the relevant steps in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 to 3, which is not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is only one logical functional division, and other divisions may be realized in practice.
The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional module.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference signs in the claims shall not be construed as limiting the claim concerned. Furthermore, it is obvious that the word "comprising" does not exclude other elements or steps, and the singular does not exclude the plural. A plurality of units or means recited in the system claims may also be implemented by one unit or means in software or hardware. The terms second, etc. are used to denote names, but not any particular order.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
