Wherein the processor 410 is configured to: configuring mail distribution information according to user demand information and a mail distribution model, wherein the mail distribution information comprises at least two mail distribution sub-information, and the mail distribution sub-information comprises recipient information; and according to the at least two mail distribution sub-messages, respectively sending the mail to the recipients corresponding to the recipient information included in the at least two mail distribution sub-messages.
In the embodiment of the application, the mail distribution information is configured according to the user requirement information and the mail distribution model, the mail distribution information comprises at least two mail distribution sub-information, the mail distribution sub-information comprises the recipient information, and the mail can be respectively sent to the recipients corresponding to the recipient information included in the at least two mail distribution sub-information through the at least two mail distribution sub-information. The customized script corresponding to the mail to be distributed does not need to be developed, so that the mail distribution efficiency can be improved. Different mail distribution information can be generated according to different mails to be distributed, and therefore the distribution requirements of users on different mails to be distributed can be met.
In some possible implementations of embodiments of the present application, the processor 410 is specifically configured to:
analyzing the meaning corresponding to each piece of mail distribution sub-information in at least two pieces of mail distribution sub-information;
and distributing the mails according to the corresponding meaning of each mail distribution sub-information.
In some possible implementations of embodiments of the present application, the processor 410 is specifically configured to:
and analyzing the meaning corresponding to each piece of mail distribution sub-information in the at least two pieces of mail distribution sub-information by using the RPA.
In some possible implementations of embodiments of the present application, the presentation form of the mail distribution information includes any one of the following items:
tables, matrices, sets;
wherein, a row of information or a column of information in the table represents a mail distribution sub-information;
one row of information or one column of information in the matrix represents mail distribution sub-information;
one element in the set represents one mail distribution sub-information,
in some possible implementations of embodiments of the present application, the mail distribution sub-information further includes at least one of:
the method comprises the following steps of copying person information, mail header information, mail body information, mail attachment information, confidential sender information, mail signature information and mail sending time information.
In some possible implementations of embodiments of the present application, the processor 410 is specifically configured for at least one of:
under the condition that the mail distribution sub-information comprises the transcriber information, aiming at the first target mail distribution sub-information, sending a mail to a first receiver corresponding to the receiver information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information, and sending the mail to the transcriber corresponding to the transcriber information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information in a transcribing mode, wherein the first target mail distribution sub-information is any one of at least two mail distribution sub-information;
under the condition that the mail distribution sub-information comprises mail title information, aiming at the first target mail distribution sub-information, sending a mail with the mail title information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information as a mail title to a first receiver;
under the condition that the mail distribution sub-information comprises mail text information, aiming at the first target mail distribution sub-information, sending a mail which takes the mail text information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information as a mail text to a first receiver;
and when the mail distribution sub-information comprises the mail attachment information, aiming at the first target mail distribution sub-information, sending the mail with the file indicated by the mail attachment information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information as the mail attachment to the first receiver.
In some possible implementations of embodiments of the present application, the processor 410 is further configured to:
the sending time of each mail is recorded.
It should be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the input Unit 404 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 4041 and a microphone 4042, and the Graphics processor 4041 processes image data of a still picture or a video obtained by an image capturing device (such as a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 406 may include a display panel 4061, and the display panel 4061 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 407 includes a touch panel 4071 and other input devices 4072. A touch panel 4071, also referred to as a touch screen. The touch panel 4071 may include two parts, a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 4072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, and a joystick, which are not described in detail herein. The memory 409 may be used to store software programs as well as various data including, but not limited to, application programs and an operating system. The processor 410 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 410.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored on the readable storage medium, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the program or the instruction implements each process of the foregoing mail distribution method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
The processor is the processor in the electronic device in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium, and examples of the computer readable storage medium include non-transitory computer readable storage media such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. In addition, features described with reference to certain examples may be combined in other examples.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be embodied in the form of a computer software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present application.
While the present embodiments have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the precise embodiments described above, which are meant to be illustrative and not restrictive, and that various changes may be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (16)

1. A mail distribution method, characterized in that the method comprises:
configuring mail distribution information according to user demand information and a mail distribution model, wherein the mail distribution information comprises at least two mail distribution sub-information, and the mail distribution sub-information comprises recipient information;
and according to the at least two mail distribution sub-messages, sending the mail to the recipients corresponding to the recipient information included in the at least two mail distribution sub-messages respectively.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending the mail to the recipient corresponding to the recipient information included in the at least two mail distribution sub-information according to the at least two mail distribution sub-information respectively comprises:
analyzing the meaning corresponding to each piece of mail distribution sub-information in the at least two pieces of mail distribution sub-information;
and distributing the mails according to the corresponding meaning of each mail distribution sub-message.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the parsing the meaning corresponding to each of the at least two mail distribution sub-messages comprises:
and analyzing the meaning corresponding to each piece of mail distribution sub-information in the at least two pieces of mail distribution sub-information by using a Robot Process Automation (RPA).
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the presentation form of the mail distribution information comprises any one of the following items:
tables, matrices, sets;
wherein, a row of information or a column of information in the table represents a mail distribution sub-information;
one row of information or one column of information in the matrix represents mail distribution sub-information;
one element in the set represents one mail distribution sub-information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the mail distribution sub-information further comprises at least one of:
the method comprises the following steps of copying person information, mail header information, mail body information, mail attachment information, confidential sender information, mail signature information and mail sending time information.

The method according to claim 5, wherein the sending the mails to the recipients corresponding to the recipient information included in the at least two mail distribution sub-information according to the at least two mail distribution sub-information comprises at least one of the following items:
under the condition that the mail distribution sub-information comprises the transcriber information, aiming at a first target mail distribution sub-information, sending a mail to a first receiver corresponding to the receiver information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information, and sending the mail to the transcriber corresponding to the transcriber information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information in a transcribing mode, wherein the first target mail distribution sub-information is any one of the at least two mail distribution sub-information;
when the mail distribution sub-information comprises mail header information, aiming at the first target mail distribution sub-information, sending a mail with the mail header information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information as a mail header to the first receiver;
under the condition that the mail distribution sub-information comprises mail text information, aiming at the first target mail distribution sub-information, sending a mail which takes the mail text information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information as a mail text to the first receiver;
and when the mail distribution sub-information comprises mail attachment information, aiming at the first target mail distribution sub-information, sending a mail with a file indicated by the mail attachment information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information as a mail attachment to the first receiver.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein after sending the mail to the recipient corresponding to the recipient information included in the at least two mail distribution sub-information according to the at least two mail distribution sub-information, the method further comprises:
the sending time of each mail is recorded.
8. A mail distribution apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the system comprises a configuration module, a sending module and a receiving module, wherein the configuration module is used for configuring mail distribution information according to user requirement information and a mail distribution model, the mail distribution information comprises at least two mail distribution sub-information, and the mail distribution sub-information comprises recipient information;
and the distribution module is used for respectively sending the mails to the recipients corresponding to the recipient information included in the at least two mail distribution sub-information according to the at least two mail distribution sub-information.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the distribution module comprises:
the analysis submodule is used for analyzing the meaning corresponding to each piece of mail distribution sub-information in the at least two pieces of mail distribution sub-information;
and the distribution submodule is used for distributing the mails according to the corresponding meaning of each mail distribution sub-message.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the parsing submodule is specifically configured to:
and analyzing the meaning corresponding to each piece of mail distribution sub-information in the at least two pieces of mail distribution sub-information by using a Robot Process Automation (RPA).
11. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the presentation form of the mail distribution information includes any one of the following items:

under the condition that the mail distribution sub-information comprises the transcriber information, aiming at a first target mail distribution sub-information, sending a mail to a first receiver corresponding to the receiver information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information, and sending the mail to the transcriber corresponding to the transcriber information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information in a transcribing mode, wherein the first target mail distribution sub-information is any one of the at least two mail distribution sub-information;
when the mail distribution sub-information comprises mail header information, aiming at the first target mail distribution sub-information, sending a mail with the mail header information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information as a mail header to the first receiver;
under the condition that the mail distribution sub-information comprises mail text information, aiming at the first target mail distribution sub-information, sending a mail which takes the mail text information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information as a mail text to the first receiver;
and when the mail distribution sub-information comprises mail attachment information, aiming at the first target mail distribution sub-information, sending a mail with a file indicated by the mail attachment information included in the first target mail distribution sub-information as a mail attachment to the first receiver.
14. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
and the recording module is used for recording the sending time of each mail.
15. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises: processor, memory and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor, implement the steps of the mail distribution method of any of claims 1 to 7.
16. A readable storage medium, characterized in that a program or instructions are stored thereon, which program or instructions, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the mail distribution method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
