Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an annotating method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to annotating reports of items in a client and communicating the reports through instant messaging, and the method can be executed by an annotating device, where the annotating device can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and can be configured in a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like, and specifically includes the following steps:
step 101, displaying a report page.
In practical application, an operating system of a mobile terminal includes Android, iOS, and harmony os (dammon system), and an independent client may be installed in these operating systems, and the client is installed with controls such as WebView (web view) and UIWebView (user interface web view), so that the client has a page display function, and the client can edit image data, so that the client has an annotation function, and the client supports real-time communication protocols such as XMPP (Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol), MQTT (Message queue Telemetry Transport), and so that the client has an instant Messaging function.
In addition, a Screen of the mobile terminal may be classified into a display Screen and a Touch Screen (Touch Screen), the display Screen may be used to display a User Interface (UI) of the client (such as various pages, controls, and the like), and the Touch Screen may be used to receive a Touch operation triggered on the User Interface, where the Touch Screen includes a resistive Touch Screen, a surface acoustic wave Screen, an optical Touch Screen (such as an infrared Touch Screen), a capacitive Touch Screen, and the like.
In this embodiment, a user starts the client, the client starts a separate process in the environment of the operating system, that is, the process is independent of processes of other applications, each operation (step 101 to step 107) of this embodiment may be performed by the process of the client, and further, a thread that the process of the client may generate performs each operation of this embodiment.
The user can log in the client by using information such as a user account number, a password and the like, and in order to facilitate distinguishing, the user is marked as a first user, that is, the embodiment can be applied to the client on which the first user logs in.
The authority of the user to browse the project report is configurable, so the client can query the server whether the first user has the authority to browse the project report, if the first user has the authority to browse the project report, the report in the authority range is displayed in the form of a list, an icon and the like on the user interface of the client, the first user clicks the report through touch operation (such as single click), the client responds to the touch operation, starts a thread, queries the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of the report, calls a control such as WebView and the like to load a page in the client in an embedded form, as shown in fig. 2A, displays the page 210 in the display screen, displays the report of the project in the page 210, and for this, the page can be recorded as a report page.
The report form of the item may include, but is not limited to, text, pictures, graphs, audio data, video data, and the like.
Taking WebView as an example, WebView adopts a rendering engine (WebKit) to display the content of a web (web), and provides functions of page forward, page backward, web page zoom-in, web page zoom-out, and web page search.
Loading the URL of the page, adding the network access right to the client in android manifest.xml, calling an mWebView.loadUrl method to load the URL of the report page, and setting a setOnScrollChangedListener method to monitor a scrolling event generated when a user drags the report page.
In addition, the authority of the user to report the item is configurable, whether the report page allows annotation is also configurable, so the client can query the server whether the first user has the authority to report the item, whether the current report page allows annotation, if the first user has the authority to report the item (i.e. the report page is used to report the item to the first user), and the current report page allows annotation, as shown in fig. 2A, the client can fixedly display an annotation control 231 on the current report page, that is, the position of the annotation control 231 is fixed in the visual area, for example, in the lower right corner of the visual area, and when the first user drags the report page 210 in the visual area, the annotation control 231 is fixed in the position and does not move with the movement of the report page 210.
In some designs, the annotation control can be a separate control from the report page, for example, a non-draggable hover operation button (FAB), which is a circular button used to trigger a primary operation in the application interface, in this example, an annotation operation.
And 102, receiving annotation operation acting on the annotation control.
Because the visible area of the display screen is limited, and the area of the report page is generally larger than that of the visible area, the first user usually drags the report page to browse the report of the project, when there is an opinion about some data in the report page, the part of the data can be stopped in the visible area, and the annotation control is triggered through a preset touch operation (such as clicking), so as to trigger an annotation operation, wherein the annotation operation is used for adding annotation information to the report page.
The method for controlling annotation by using the floating operation button can be applied to view.
Step 103, responding to the annotation operation, and converting the partial report page into image data.
If the client receives the annotation operation triggered based on the annotation control, as shown in fig. 2B, the client may start a thread to convert the partial report page currently located in the visible area into image data 220, and the image data may be loaded into a memory of a program allocated to the client by the mobile terminal.
And loading a new page in the client, displaying the image data in the page, marking the page as an annotation page, and loading prompt information related to the annotation on the title of the annotation page.
Illustratively, the partial report page currently located in the visible region may be converted into image data in the form of a Bitmap.
It should be noted that the visible area may include other data besides the report page, and the data is not converted into image data, so as to avoid interference of the other data with the annotation operation, for example, the annotation control is located on the report page and does not convert the annotation control into image data, and for example, the top of the report page has a header of the report page, and the header of the report page is not converted into image data.
Optionally, according to the annotation operation, configuration data for the item privacy level is obtained, based on a partial report page in a visible region, privacy restrictions of corresponding report data in the partial report page are confirmed according to the configuration data, and the report data with the privacy restrictions are hidden and are not converted into image data.
Illustratively, for a case where a person in charge of a project (a first user) has a right to see some report data, the person in charge of the project (the first user) may see the report data on a report page, and if the person in charge (the first user) includes a person (a second user) without the right in a session initiated at the time of annotation, the image data for the annotation may be given privacy and the report data hidden because the report data is not known to the person (the second user).
In one case, the received image data may be processed at the receiving end (the client that the second user logs in), and the report data may be hidden, and if the current user (the second user) has the authority, the image data may be directly displayed, and if the current user (the second user) does not have the authority, the report data in the image data may be hidden (e.g., color block filling, mosaic making, etc.).
In another case, if any person (second user) in the session has no authority, the sending end (client that the first user logs in) may hide the report data, and even if the receiving end receives the image data, the sending end (client that the first user logs in) cannot see the hidden report data.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2C, the client may query the user data of the first user from the server, so as to determine the contact information of the first user from the user data, for example, name, department, telephone, mailbox address, and the like, add the contact information as a watermark 221 to the image data 220, on one hand, bind the contact information of the annotated first user with the image data, and forward the bound contact information to the second user after adding the annotation, so that the second user can know the first user initiating the annotation while browsing the annotation, and communicate with the first user as soon as possible, thereby improving the efficiency of supervision, on the other hand, if the image data added with the annotation is leaked by taking a picture or the like, the link to forward the image data added with the annotation can also be queried by using the first user in the watermark as a start, the query range is narrowed, and the security vulnerability is quickly positioned.
Step 104, receiving a writing operation applied to the image data.
Step 105, adding annotation information to the item on the image data in response to the writing operation.
In this embodiment, the client provides one or more annotation modes for the image data, and the user can trigger writing operation for the image data according to the modes, so that when the client receives the writing operation, the client adds corresponding data to the item on the image data as annotation information for the item.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2B, at least one of a handwriting control 232, a text control 233, and a symbol control 234 is further provided on the image data 220, and the handwriting control 232, the text control 233, and the symbol control 234 are independent controls, and initially, one of the controls is in a selected state by default, and thereafter, the first user may select another control in the selected state by a touch operation such as clicking.
1. Handwriting control
If the handwriting control is in the selected state, the first user can trigger a sliding operation (writing operation) on the image data, for this reason, the client can determine a sliding track of the writing operation, and add handwriting information of specified parameters (such as color, solid line, thickness and the like) to the item along the track on the image data as annotation information.
Note information is a set of data points, and can present information such as characters, symbols, expressions and the like.
2. Text control
If the text control is in the selected state, the first user may trigger a click operation (writing operation) on the image data, for this reason, the client may determine a first position where the writing operation occurs on the image data, add a text box in the position, and if the text box is in the first position and does not meet the expectation of the first user, the first user may trigger a drag operation on the text box to adjust the first position, or the first user triggers the click operation again to re-determine the first position.
The client calls the input method, displays the interface of the input method on the image data, and allows the first user to input the character information of the specified parameters (such as color, font, thickness and the like), so that the character information is input to the item in the text box as the annotation information.
3. Symbolic control
In general, to facilitate user operation, the client may provide one or more symbol controls over the image data, each symbol control for adding a specified item of symbol information, e.g., a straight line, a wavy line, an arrow, an ellipse, a rectangle, etc.
If the text control is in the selected state, the user may trigger a drag operation (writing operation) on the image data, and for this, the client may determine a second position where the writing operation presses (indicated by an event such as Down, TouchStart, etc.) and a third position where the writing operation lifts (indicated by an event such as Up, TouchEnd, etc.) on the image data, so as to add symbolic information of a specified parameter (such as color, solid line, thickness, etc.) to the item between the second position and the third position as annotation information.
For example, if the symbol control is used to add an arrow, a straight line, and a wavy line, an arrow, a straight line, and a wavy line may be added from the second position to the third position, if the symbol control is used to add an ellipse, the second position and the third position may be taken as two corner points in a rectangle at a diagonal line, thereby determining a region of the rectangle, and an inscribed ellipse may be added in the region, if the symbol control is used to add a rectangle, the second position and the third position may be taken as two corner points in a rectangle at a diagonal line, thereby determining a region of the rectangle, and so on.
Further, some parameters (such as thickness, solid line, and font) of the drawing annotation information may be default, and some parameters of the drawing annotation information may be adjustable, that is, a certain parameter has multiple options, initially defaults that a certain option is in a selected state, and then any option may be changed to the selected state by the first user.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2B, there are also a plurality of color controls 235 on the image data 220, with a color displayed on the icon of each color control 235 indicating that the color control is used to provide that color.
In this example, when drawing the annotation information, the client may query the state of each color control, and if a certain color control is in the selected state, add the annotation information belonging to the color (i.e., the color corresponding to the color control in the selected state) to the statistical data of the item on the image data in response to the writing operation.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2B, there is an undo control 236 on the image data 220 in addition to at least one of the handwriting control 232, the text control 233, and the symbol control 234.
When the annotation information does not meet the expectation of the first user, the first user can cancel the control by clicking (touch operation) to trigger the cancellation operation (writing operation), and the client can receive the cancellation operation acting on the cancellation control, so that the time for adding each piece of annotation information is inquired in response to the cancellation operation, and the annotation information with the added time ordered at the tail is cancelled.
Of course, the above writing operations are only examples, and when implementing the embodiment of the present invention, other writing operations may be set according to actual situations, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention. In addition, besides the above writing operations, those skilled in the art may also use other writing operations according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
And 106, receiving the session operation acting on the session control.
And step 107, responding to the conversation operation, and sending the image data added with the annotation information to a second user of the related item in a conversation mode.
As shown in fig. 2B, a session control 237 is provided on the image data 220, and the session control 237 is used to trigger a session operation.
As shown in fig. 2D, if the first user completes adding the annotation information 222, the session operation may be triggered by clicking (touch operation) the session control, and the client may receive the session operation acting on the session control, so as to start a thread in response to the session operation, start a session with the second user associated with the project, and send the image data to which the annotation information has been added to the second user in the session.
The second user of the associated project is typically the user responsible for managing the project, such as the responsible person of the transportation department associated with the transportation project, the responsible person of the software development department associated with the development project, and so on.
In a specific implementation, a second user (identified by information such as an ID and a name) associated with a current item may be recorded when a report page is generated, and when a first user initiates annotation, the second user is read from the report page, or the first user manually selects the second user, and so on, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2E, the client may display an address book, which has a plurality of second users, and the structure of the address book is different for different organizations, for example, for government organizations, the address book may divide the second users according to administration (such as province, city, county, town, village, etc.), for corporate groups, the address book may divide the second users according to company, department, group, etc., and so on.
In some cases, the communication authority of the first user is configurable, at this time, the client may query the authority of the first user from the server, so as to determine the communication authority of the first user, obtain an address book adapted to the communication authority of the first user from the server, have a second user allowed to communicate with the first user in the address book, and do not have a second user prohibited to communicate with the first user, display the address book adapted to the communication authority of the first user in a new page, and by configuring the communication authority of the first user, the disclosure range of the endorsements may be narrowed, and the risk of leakage may be reduced.
It should be noted that the first user and the second user may have a friend relationship, and the first user and the second user may also belong to the same organization without adding a friend, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In general, the first user may click on the address book and directly select the second user to be communicated, or the address book provides a search box, and the first user may input a keyword in the search box to search for the second user to be communicated.
The client may receive a selection operation for the address book, the selection operation being usable to select a second user to be communicated.
The client selects the second user in charge of the project in response to the selection operation, on one hand, it should be noted that, as shown in fig. 2F, the client may combine the annotation information and the image data as new image data 240, and on the other hand, as shown in fig. 2G, a window of conversation with the second user in charge of the project is displayed on a new page, so that in the window of conversation, the image data with the added annotation information is sent to the second user as an instant messaging message in the identity of the first user.
Under the framework of instant messaging, the image data added with the annotation information can be stored in a server, the server compresses the image data added with the annotation information to generate a thumbnail, the thumbnail is pushed to a client logged by a second user, and when the second user clicks the thumbnail, the image data added with the annotation information can be downloaded from the server to browse.
After that, the first user and the second user can communicate and exchange the things annotated in the project in the window of the conversation.
The embodiment is applied to a client which a first user logs in, the client displays a report page, the report page is used for reporting items to the first user, and an annotation control is fixed on the report page; receiving annotation operation acting on the annotation control; responding to the annotation operation, converting the partial report page into image data, wherein the image data is provided with a session control; receiving a writing operation applied to the image data; adding annotation information to the item on the image data in response to the writing operation; receiving a conversation operation acting on a conversation control; and responding to the conversation operation, and sending the image data added with the annotation information to a second user of the related item in a conversation mode. On one hand, the report page is converted into image data, the annotation information is added to the image data, and the whole link of user conversation is executed in the environment of the client, so that the whole link is protected by applying the safety measures of the client, the data leakage is effectively prevented, and the safety of the data is ensured. In addition, the whole link is executed in the environment of the client, and belongs to in-process communication, so that the probability of data errors caused by cross-process communication when all links are performed by means of a screenshot tool, an image editing tool and an instant communication tool is reduced, and the stability is high. On the other hand, the mode provided by the client side is uniformly used for annotating the project, other screenshot tools, image editing tools and instant communication tools are not needed, the cost of learning and annotating by the user is reduced, the applicability is wide, the types of the annotation are kept consistent, and comparison and analysis are facilitated.
Wherein, the security measures include but are not limited to the following measures:
the method comprises the steps of shielding screenshot operation, adding watermarks, controlling authority and storing data in the same server.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention.
