As a specific embodiment of the artificial wetland pollution simulation test device for polluted water under different environmental conditions provided by the invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 4, the polluted water assembly 2 comprises a telescopic member 22, an elastic assembly 23, a bottling assembly 24 and a first vibration exciter 25, the telescopic member 22 is vertically arranged and telescopic, the upper end is slidably connected to the bottom end of the bracket 6 through a slide block, and the lower end is a free end; the elastic component 23 is arranged at the free end of the telescopic member 22 and has elasticity in the vertical direction; the bottle-filling assembly 24 is arranged at the bottom end of the elastic assembly 23 and is used for containing a plurality of bottle bodies 21 containing polluted water under different environmental conditions, the bottom end of each bottle body 21 is provided with a discharge hole 26, and the discharge hole 26 can be aligned with the upper end opening of the beaker 31 by virtue of the sliding and lifting of the telescopic member 22 of the bottle-filling assembly 24; the first vibration exciter 25 is hinged to the telescopic member 22, and is capable of contacting with the outer wall of the bottle filling assembly 24 and vibrating the bottle filling assembly 24 to drive the contaminated water in the plurality of bottle bodies 21 to be uniformly mixed. The bottle cap is arranged at the upper end of the bottle body 21, and after the bottle body 21 is filled with polluted water, the first vibration exciter 25 can be started by covering the bottle cap, so that the polluted water in the bottle body 21 cannot overflow to ensure the mixing effect.

The retractable member 22 is a plurality of retractable members that can be manually and automatically controlled to control the elevation height of the bottling assembly 24 so that the bottles 21 can be docked with the beaker 31 for the transfer of the contaminated water. The discharge port 26 is a discharge port disposed at the bottom of the flask body 21, and the opening or closing of the discharge port 26 can be manually controlled, thereby controlling whether the contaminated water is discharged into the beaker 31. By providing the elastic member 23, the first exciter 25 can absorb the vibration force during the vibration process, thereby preventing the telescopic member 22 from vibrating.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the first vibration exciter 25 includes a telescopic hinge rod 251 and a vibration exciter 252, the upper end of the hinge rod 251 is hinged to the outer wall of the telescopic member 22, the lower end of the hinge rod 251 is a free end and can swing around a hinge point, and the upper end of the hinge rod 251 can abut against and tightly attach to the outer wall of the bottle filling assembly 24 after swinging, and the vibration position of the first vibration exciter 25 on the bottle filling assembly 24 is adjusted by means of the hinge rod 251. The vibration exciter 252 is a vibration exciter 252 in the prior art, and is attached to the vibrated object to generate a vibration force and drive the bottle body 21 to vibrate, so that the polluted water in the bottle body 21 is fully and uniformly mixed. Because the polluted water contains impurities, acidic substances, alkaline substances and other various substances, the polluted water can be uniformly mixed by shaking so as to be fully mixed with the artificial wetland test medium in the beaker 31, and a more effective test result can be obtained. The hinge rod 251 is an axially retractable rod member, and the upper end thereof is a hinge end. Vibration exciter 252 is a miniature vibration exciter of the prior art that can produce small amplitude vibrations. When the vibration exciter 252 is not needed, the hinge rod 251 may be rotated by a certain angle, so that the vibration exciter 252 is far away. In addition, the hinged rod 251 is hinged to the telescopic member 22, and the angle of the hinged rod is adjustable and limited, so that the exciter 252 can be far away from the bottle filling assembly 24. An ejector rod 253 is arranged between the hinge rod 251 and the telescopic member 22, and the ejector rod 253 can be used for ejecting the hinge rod 251 to rotate, so that the vibration exciter 252 can be contacted with or far away from the outer wall of the bottling component 24.
As a specific embodiment of the artificial wetland pollution simulation test device for polluted water under different environmental conditions provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 4, a plurality of guide cylinders 27 are disposed at the bottom end of the bottling component 24, the positions of the guide cylinders 27 are vertically aligned with the positions of the discharge ports 26, respectively, and the polluted water in the bottle body 21 sequentially passes through the discharge ports 26, the guide cylinders 27 and enters the beaker 31; a valve is provided at the discharge port 26. The guide cylinder 27 has the functions of conveying the polluted water and guiding the polluted water to the beaker 31, and the lower end of the guide cylinder 27 can be inserted into the beaker 31 to prevent the polluted water from leaking. When the guide cylinder 27 is not used, it can be detached from the lower end of the bottle assembly 24.
As a specific embodiment of the artificial wetland pollution simulation test device by polluted water under different environmental conditions provided by the invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 4, wherein the reaction assembly 3 comprises a cup holding assembly 32, a plurality of telescopic columns 33, a plurality of elastic members 34, a slide rail 35 and a second vibration exciter 36, the cup holding assembly 32 is arranged above the vehicle body 1 and is used for holding a plurality of beakers 31 containing artificial wetland test media, the beakers 31 are used for holding the polluted water discharged from the bottle body 21 and mixing the polluted water with the test media, and the beakers 31 are all detachable in the cup holding assembly 32; the plurality of telescopic columns 33 are vertically and fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the cup containing assembly 32 and can be vertically telescopic, and the telescopic columns 33 are used for supporting and lifting to adjust the height of the cup containing assembly 32; the plurality of elastic pieces 34 are arranged at the lower ends of the plurality of telescopic columns 33 and used for elastically supporting the plurality of telescopic columns 33; the slide rail 35 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the vehicle body 1 along the length direction of the vehicle body 1, the lower ends of the elastic pieces 34 are in sliding connection with the slide rail 35, the horizontal position of the cup containing assembly 32 is adjusted by the slide rail 35 so as to adjust the position which is aligned with the bottle body 21 in the vertical direction, and the butt joint height of the cup containing assembly 32 and the bottle body 21 is also adjusted by the telescopic column 33; the second vibration exciter 36 is arranged on the outer wall of the cup containing assembly 32 and is used for driving the test medium in the plurality of beakers 31 to be fully and uniformly mixed with the polluted water. The reaction module 3 plays a role of mixing the contaminated water with the artificial wetland test medium, not a role of reaction. After the second vibration exciter 36 drives the plurality of beakers 31 to vibrate, the mixed medium in the plurality of beakers 31 cannot overflow from the beakers 31 because the cup cover is arranged at the upper end of the beakers 31, and after the polluted water is added into the beakers 31, the cup cover is closed, and then the second vibration exciter 36 can be started.
In this embodiment, the height of the cup assembly 32 can be adjusted by the plurality of telescopic columns 33, the elastic member 34 plays a role that when the cup assembly 32 vibrates, the vibration force is not transmitted to the slide rail 35, and the second vibration exciter 36 and the first vibration exciter 25 can adopt the prior art products or can be miniature vibration exciters and can be directly installed for use. The beaker 31 is detachable in the cup holding assembly 32, and the length direction of the slide rail 35 is along the length direction of the vehicle body 1 or the bracket 6, so that the cup holding assembly 32 can be conveniently adjusted in position on a horizontal plane and can be vertically butted with the polluted water assembly 2.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a test analyzer 4 is an experimental apparatus for analyzing water quality in a laboratory, and has a plurality of test stations for testing and analyzing the content, the ph value and the reaction treatment degree of a medium in a beaker 31, and a plurality of beakers 31 in a reaction assembly 3 can be correspondingly placed in the plurality of test stations one by one to simulate the pollution test of polluted water on the artificial wetland test medium under different environmental conditions.
The test analyzer 4 can adopt a water quality analyzer or a water quality detecting instrument in the prior art, and the mixed water quality condition can be directly obtained through test analysis by the instrument, so that the type of polluted water can be perfectly mixed with the constructed wetland water, and the ecological environment of the constructed wetland is not influenced; thereby providing reference basis for the reasonable discharge of the polluted water to the artificial wetland.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the artificial wetland pollution simulation test device for polluted water under different environmental conditions further includes a controller 8, and the controller 8 is electrically connected with the extraction assembly 5, the polluted water assembly 2, the reaction assembly 3 and the test analyzer 4 respectively and controls the operation of the extraction assembly, the polluted water assembly 2, the reaction assembly 3 and the test analyzer 4 respectively.
The controller 8 is a comprehensive control panel integrating a control switch, a control button, a control circuit, a PLC and a CPU, or the controller 8 in the prior art can be directly adopted, a plurality of mutually independent control units are arranged on the control panel, and the extraction assembly 5, the polluted water assembly 2, the reaction assembly 3 and the test analyzer 4 can be independently controlled and operated by operating each control unit; the operation can be directly controlled at a remote end without manual nursing during specific operation.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the bracket 6 is L-shaped, the upper end of the bracket is pulled with a rib 62, the rib 62 is used for tensioning the cantilever end of the bracket 6 and keeping the bracket 6 horizontal, a plurality of solar power supply assemblies 63 are arranged at the upper end of the bracket 6 and below the rib 62, a storage battery 64 is arranged at the output end of the solar power supply assemblies 63, the storage battery 64 is arranged on the outer wall of the test analyzer 4, the solar power supply assemblies 63 are used for absorbing sunlight and charging the storage battery 64, and the power output ends of the storage battery 64 are respectively electrically connected with the extraction assembly 5, the polluted water assembly 2, the reaction assembly 3 and the test analyzer 4 and are used for supplying power. The support 6 is provided with a support plate 65, the solar power supply assemblies 63 are arranged on the support plate 65, the upper end of the support 6 is provided with a vertical rod, one end of each rib 62 is connected with the cantilever end of the support 6, the other end of each rib is connected with the upper end of the corresponding vertical rod, the upper end of each vertical rod is provided with a winch 66, and the winch 66 is wound on the curled ribs 62, so that the effect of adjusting the length of the ribs 62 can be achieved. The ribs 62 may be steel cords.
The ribs 62 can ensure that the support 6 is horizontal, and prevent the support 6 from deforming or twisting and the like to influence the use of the polluted water assembly 2. In addition, the length of the ribs 62 can be adjusted, and the ribs 62 can be tensioned and the bracket 6 can be adjusted to be horizontal through the position of the polluted water component 2. The storage battery 64 can be charged through the solar power supply assembly 63, a photovoltaic controller can be arranged between the solar power supply assembly 63 and the storage battery 64, solar energy can be converted into electric energy, and finally the electric energy is stored through the storage battery 64 and is supplied to a load.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the simulation test device for artificial wetland pollution by polluted water under different environmental conditions further includes a mobile terminal 9 wirelessly connected to the controller 8, and the mobile terminal 9 and the controller 8 can simultaneously control the operation of the extraction assembly 5, the polluted water assembly 2, the reaction assembly 3 and the test analyzer 4.
The controller 8 and the mobile terminal 9 are both provided with wireless communication units, and the wireless communication units are wirelessly connected with each other to realize the transmission of wireless signals, so that the mobile terminal 9 can control the operation of the controller 8, thereby playing the same control function as the controller 8.
The extraction assembly 5 comprises an extraction pump and extraction pipelines arranged at the inlet and the outlet at two ends of the extraction pump, and the two outlets can be butted with the beaker 31 or the bottle body 21. In addition, the bottom end of the extraction assembly 5 is provided with an expansion link 51, which can play a role in adjusting the height of the extraction assembly 5, and is convenient to be butted with the beaker 31 or the bottle body 21.

Claims (10)

1. Polluted water under different environmental conditions pollutes analogue test device to constructed wetland, its characterized in that includes:
the trolley comprises a trolley body, wherein the bottom end of the trolley body is provided with a travelling wheel, the middle part of the trolley body is provided with a lifter, and the upper end of the lifter is provided with a platform;
the polluted water assembly is arranged above the vehicle body platform in a sliding manner and is provided with a plurality of bottle bodies, and polluted water used for simulating different environmental conditions is contained in each of the bottle bodies;
the reaction assembly is arranged at the upper end of the vehicle body platform and is provided with a plurality of beakers containing constructed wetland test media, the polluted water assembly can move to the position above the reaction assembly on the vehicle body, and the polluted water of the plurality of bottle bodies is respectively discharged into the beakers in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the combined reaction of the polluted water and the constructed wetland test media under different environmental conditions is simulated;
the test analyzer is arranged at the upper end of the vehicle body platform, and is used for placing a plurality of beakers containing polluted water under different environmental conditions and combined with artificial wetland test media into the test analyzer, and the test analyzer is used for performing test analysis on the polluted water mixed in the beakers and obtaining a test result; and
the extraction assembly is arranged at the upper end of the vehicle body platform, and the extraction end of the extraction assembly can extend into the artificial wetland and extract the artificial wetland test medium into the beakers; the extraction assembly is also used for extracting the prepared polluted water under different environmental conditions into the plurality of bottle bodies.
2. The artificial wetland pollution simulation test device for polluted water under different environmental conditions as claimed in claim 1, wherein a support arranged along the direction of the vehicle body is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the vehicle body, the polluted water assembly is slidably arranged on the support, and the support can be adjusted in a lifting manner and is used for adjusting the discharge position and height of the bottle body into the beaker;
and the manipulator is arranged at the upper end of the vehicle body and is used for grabbing the beakers on the reaction assembly into the test analyzer so as to enable polluted water under different environmental conditions to carry out a simulation test on the pollution of the artificial wetland.
3. The artificial wetland pollution simulation test device of polluted water under different environmental conditions as claimed in claim 2, wherein the polluted water component comprises:
the telescopic component is vertically arranged and telescopic, the upper end of the telescopic component is connected to the bottom end of the bracket in a sliding manner, and the lower end of the telescopic component is a free end;
the elastic assembly is arranged at the free end of the telescopic member and has elasticity in the vertical direction;
the bottle filling assembly is arranged at the bottom end of the elastic assembly and is used for containing a plurality of bottle bodies containing polluted water under different environmental conditions, the bottom end of each bottle body is provided with a discharge hole, and the discharge holes can be aligned with the openings at the upper ends of the beakers by means of sliding and lifting of the telescopic members; and
the first vibration exciter is hinged to the telescopic member and can be in contact with the outer wall of the bottling component and used for exciting the bottling component to vibrate so as to drive the polluted water in the bottle bodies to be uniformly mixed.

The artificial wetland pollution simulation test device for polluted water under different environmental conditions according to claim 3, wherein the first vibration exciter comprises a telescopic hinged rod and a vibration exciter, the upper end of the hinged rod is hinged on the outer wall of the telescopic member, the lower end of the hinged rod is a free end and can swing around the hinged point, the hinged rod can abut against and abut against the outer wall of the bottling assembly after swinging, and the vibration position of the first vibration exciter on the bottling assembly is telescopically adjusted by means of the hinged rod.

the telescopic columns are vertically and fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the cup containing assembly and can vertically extend and retract, and the telescopic columns are used for supporting and lifting to adjust the height of the cup containing assembly;
the elastic pieces are arranged at the lower ends of the telescopic columns and used for elastically supporting the telescopic columns;
the sliding rail is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the vehicle body along the length direction of the vehicle body, the lower ends of the elastic pieces are connected to the sliding rail in a sliding manner, the horizontal position of the cup containing assembly is adjusted by means of the sliding rail so as to adjust the position of the cup containing assembly, which is aligned with the bottle body in the vertical direction, and the cup containing assembly is also adjusted by means of the telescopic column so as to adjust the butt joint height of the cup containing assembly and the bottle body; and
and the second vibration exciter is arranged on the outer wall of the cup containing assembly and used for driving a plurality of test media in the beakers to be fully and uniformly mixed with the polluted water.

The simulated testing device for artificial wetland pollution by polluted water under different environmental conditions as claimed in claim 1, wherein said test analyzer is a laboratory testing instrument for analyzing water quality, and has a plurality of test stations for testing and analyzing the content, pH value and reaction treatment degree of the medium in said beakers, and a plurality of said beakers in said reaction assembly can be placed in a plurality of said test stations in a one-to-one correspondence manner to simulate the pollution test of polluted water under different environmental conditions on artificial wetland test medium.

The simulated test device for artificial wetland pollution by polluted water under different environmental conditions as claimed in claim 1, wherein said simulated test device for artificial wetland pollution by polluted water under different environmental conditions further comprises a controller, said controller is electrically connected with said extraction assembly, said polluted water assembly, said reaction assembly and said test analyzer respectively, and controls the operation of said extraction assembly, said polluted water assembly, said reaction assembly and said test analyzer respectively.
