本发明公开了一种测绘用测量设备超快速整平固定装置,包括安装柱,所述安装柱的底部设有支撑组件,所述安装柱的上端设有组件箱,所述组件箱的上端转动设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱上设有安装台,所述安装台上相对设有两个安装板,两个所述安装板之间转动设有转轴,其中一个所述安装板的外侧设有连接板,所述连接板上转动设有蜗杆一,所述转轴的端部设有与蜗杆一啮合的蜗轮一,所述转轴上设有位于两个安装板之间的U型架,所述U型架的上端设有固定台,所述固定台上端设有固定组件。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:便于将固定台上测绘装置调整至水平位置并提高测绘精度且能使测绘装置对多个方向进行测绘。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水测绘设备技术领域,具体是指一种测绘用测量设备超快速整平固定装置。
背景技术
测绘仪是一种集光、机、电为一体的高技术测量仪器,是集水平角、垂直角、距离和高差测量功能于一体的测绘仪器系统,与光学经纬仪比较电子经纬仪将光学度盘换为光电扫描度盘,将人工光学测微读数代之以自动记录和显示读数,使测角操作简单化,且可避免读数误差的产生。
现有的多功能测绘仪在使用时,一般都是把测绘仪器安装到固定架上进行固定测绘,而现有的固定装置一般固定设置,不便于测绘仪的多个方向进行测绘,且一般固定架上的测绘仪器在进行测量的时候经常会因为地面不平导致测量设备倾斜,读出的数据不准确。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上的技术缺陷,提供一种测绘用测量设备超快速整平固定装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种测绘用测量设备超快速整平固定装置,包括安装柱,所述安装柱的底部设有支撑组件,所述安装柱的上端设有组件箱,所述组件箱的上端转动设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱上设有安装台,所述安装台上相对设有两个安装板,两个所述安装板之间转动设有转轴,其中一个所述安装板的外侧设有连接板,所述连接板上转动设有蜗杆一,所述转轴的端部设有与蜗杆一啮合的蜗轮一,所述转轴上设有位于两个安装板之间的U型架,所述U型架的上端设有固定台,所述固定台上端设有固定组件。
作为改进,所述支撑组件包括铰接设置在安装柱上的三个支撑板,所述安装柱的下端设有连接柱,所述连接柱的下端设有限位板,所述安装柱上滑动设有滑套,所述连接柱上设有若干限位孔且滑套上螺纹连接有与限位孔限位配合的限位螺丝,所述滑套上圆周铰接有三个连杆且三个连杆远离滑套的一端分别与三个支撑板铰接,所述支撑板上设有安装槽,所述安装槽内滑动设有延伸至支撑板底端的支撑腿,所述支撑板的侧面螺纹连接有用于紧固支撑腿的紧固螺丝。
作为改进,所述支撑腿的底端设有插脚且支撑腿上设有位于插脚上方的踩踏板。
作为改进,所述踩踏板的上表面设有防滑条。
作为改进,所述固定组件包括相对设置在固定台上的两个侧板,两个所述侧板之间设有两个夹板且夹板的底部与固定台上端滑动连接,两个所述侧板上均螺纹连接有螺杆,两个所述螺杆的自由端分别与两个夹板转动连接。
作为改进,述组件箱两内腔壁之间转动设有主动轴,所述主动轴的一端设有位于组件箱外侧的转盘,所述主动轴上设有蜗杆二,所述支撑柱的底端设有与蜗杆二啮合的蜗轮二。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明的一种测绘用测量设备超快速整平固定装置通过设置固定组件便于对不同尺寸的测绘装置进行固定,通过设置滑套和连杆,便于三个支撑板的展开和收叠,便于整个装置的携带,且三个支撑板均通过紧固螺丝固定有支撑腿,可灵活调整三个支撑腿的长度,便于适应装置固定在高低不平的地面,可保证固定台上测绘装置的水平放置,可提高测量精度,同时通过转动蜗杆一带动蜗轮一的转动,蜗轮一的转动能够带动转轴的转动,转轴的转动能够带动U型架以及固定台的倾斜角度,从而能够进一步将固定台上的测绘装置调至水平,进一步提高测量精度,通过设置蜗杆二带动蜗轮二的转动,可带动支撑柱和固定台的转动,从而能够使测绘装置对多个方向进行测绘。

结合附图1-3,一种测绘用测量设备超快速整平固定装置,包括安装柱1,所述安装柱1的底部设有支撑组件,所述安装柱1的上端设有组件箱2,所述组件箱2的上端转动设有支撑柱3,所述支撑柱3上设有安装台4,所述安装台4上相对设有两个安装板5,两个所述安装板5之间转动设有转轴6,其中一个所述安装板5的外侧设有连接板7,所述连接板7上转动设有蜗杆一8,所述转轴6的端部设有与蜗杆一8啮合的蜗轮一9,所述转轴6上设有位于两个安装板5之间的U型架10,所述U型架10的上端设有固定台11,所述固定台11上端设有固定组件。
所述支撑组件包括铰接设置在安装柱1上的三个支撑板12,所述安装柱1的下端设有连接柱13,所述连接柱13的下端设有限位板14,所述安装柱1上滑动设有滑套15,所述连接柱13上设有若干限位孔16且滑套15上螺纹连接有与限位孔16限位配合的限位螺丝17,所述滑套15上圆周铰接有三个连杆18且三个连杆18远离滑套15的一端分别与三个支撑板12铰接,所述支撑板12上设有安装槽19,所述安装槽19内滑动设有延伸至支撑板12底端的支撑腿20,所述支撑板12的侧面螺纹连接有用于紧固支撑腿20的紧固螺丝21。
所述支撑腿20的底端设有插脚22且支撑腿20上设有位于插脚22上方的踩踏板23。
所述踩踏板23的上表面设有防滑条。
所述固定组件包括相对设置在固定台11上的两个侧板24,两个所述侧板24之间设有两个夹板25且夹板25的底部与固定台11上端滑动连接,两个所述侧板24上均螺纹连接有螺杆26,两个所述螺杆26的自由端分别与两个夹板25转动连接。
所述组件箱2两内腔壁之间转动设有主动轴27,所述主动轴27的一端设有位于组件箱2外侧的转盘28,所述主动轴27上设有蜗杆二29,所述支撑柱3的底端设有与蜗杆二29啮合的蜗轮二30。
本发明在具体实施时,将装置移动到指定的测绘地点,旋松限位螺丝,推动滑套,滑套移动带动连杆倾斜角度的改变,从而根据需求将三个支撑板展开一定的角度,并旋紧限位螺丝使滑套位置固定,将测绘装置放置在固定台上,旋转两侧螺杆,螺杆推动夹板对测绘装置的两侧进行夹紧固定,根据需求调整三个支撑腿的伸出长度,使固定台上的测绘装置大致保持水平位置,再旋转蜗杆一,蜗杆一带动蜗轮一的转动,蜗轮一的转动能够带动转轴的转动,转轴的转动能够带动U型架以及固定台的倾斜角度,从而能够进一步将固定台上的测绘装置调至水平,进一步提高测量精度,转动蜗杆二带动蜗轮二的转动,可带动支撑柱和固定台的转动,从而能够使测绘装置对多个方向进行测绘。

1.一种测绘用测量设备超快速整平固定装置,包括安装柱(1),其特征在于:所述安装柱(1)的底部设有支撑组件,所述安装柱(1)的上端设有组件箱(2),所述组件箱(2)的上端转动设有支撑柱(3),所述支撑柱(3)上设有安装台(4),所述安装台(4)上相对设有两个安装板(5),两个所述安装板(5)之间转动设有转轴(6),其中一个所述安装板(5)的外侧设有连接板(7),所述连接板(7)上转动设有蜗杆一(8),所述转轴(6)的端部设有与蜗杆一(8)啮合的蜗轮一(9),所述转轴(6)上设有位于两个安装板(5)之间的U型架(10),所述U型架(10)的上端设有固定台(11),所述固定台(11)上端设有固定组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种测绘用测量设备超快速整平固定装置,其特征在于:所述支撑组件包括铰接设置在安装柱(1)上的三个支撑板(12),所述安装柱(1)的下端设有连接柱(13),所述连接柱(13)的下端设有限位板(14),所述安装柱(1)上滑动设有滑套(15),所述连接柱(13)上设有若干限位孔(16)且滑套(15)上螺纹连接有与限位孔(16)限位配合的限位螺丝(17),所述滑套(15)上圆周铰接有三个连杆(18)且三个连杆(18)远离滑套(15)的一端分别与三个支撑板(12)铰接,所述支撑板(12)上设有安装槽(19),所述安装槽(19)内滑动设有延伸至支撑板(12)底端的支撑腿(20),所述支撑板(12)的侧面螺纹连接有用于紧固支撑腿(20)的紧固螺丝(21)。
