Abstract
本发明公开了一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接方法,涉及城市道路交通工程领域,所述一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接方法,包括标志立柱和钢管桩,标志立柱顶部设置有标志牌,钢管桩采用静压施工,桩顶距离地表为200mm~300mm时停止施压,标志立柱由钢管桩桩头套入,旋转和上下调整标志立柱位置,使立柱螺栓孔和钢管桩螺栓孔对齐并插入螺杆,螺杆两头安装有一片垫圈和两个螺母并拧紧,安装完成。本发明解决了标志、信号灯、路灯等钢管立柱与钢管桩基础的连接和安装问题,具有设计结构安全、适应性较强、现场操作方便、外部美观等优点,符合市政道路提升的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及城市道路交通工程领域,尤其涉及一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接方法。
背景技术
市政道路改建中,标志、信号灯和路灯等交通附属设施均采用现浇钢筋混凝土基础,在施工过程中需要大面积开挖,基础浇筑完毕后还需要长时间养生,并且改建城市道路地下管线交错、复杂,施工钢筋混凝土基础时经常与地下管线产生冲突,而且大面积开挖和长时间施工也不符合城建要求。
发明内容
为克服上述背景技术中心市政道路建设标志、信号灯和路灯等交通附属设施建造过程复杂、人力物力成本高等问题,本发明提供一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接方法,能够有效降低建造成本,简化施工作业。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,包括标志立柱和钢管桩,标志立柱顶部设置有标志牌,所述标志立柱底端套设于钢管桩顶端,两者通过设置若干螺栓组件相连接。
上述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,所述标志立柱底部设置有若干对穿的立柱螺栓孔,所述钢管桩顶部设置有与立柱螺栓孔相对应的钢管桩螺栓孔,各所述螺栓组件穿过相对应的立柱螺栓孔和钢管桩螺栓孔使标志立柱和钢管桩连接固定,相邻立柱螺栓孔之间距离为150mm~200mm。
上述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,所述标志立柱底端设置有底座。
上述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,所述标志立柱与底座焊接固定。
上述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,所述螺栓组件数量为两个。
上述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,各螺栓组件包括螺杆以及与该螺杆相适配并设置于该螺杆两侧的螺母和垫圈。
上述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,所述螺杆每一侧的螺母的数量为两个。
上述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,所述钢管桩露出地表距离范围为200mm~300mm。
上述的标志立柱与钢管桩连接结构的连接方法,钢管桩采用静压施工,桩顶距离地表为200mm~300mm时停止施压,标志立柱由钢管桩桩头套入,旋转和上下调整标志立柱位置,使立柱螺栓孔和钢管桩螺栓孔对齐并插入螺杆,螺杆两头安装有一片垫圈和两个螺母并拧紧,安装完成。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是,本发明所述一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接方法,其通过设置横向螺栓将标志立柱与钢管桩连接固定,具有施工快、扰动小、布设位置灵活、工程造价适中、材料可循环利用、符合城市特殊环境要求等多方面优点。

如图1至图5所示,一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,包括标志立柱1和钢管桩2,标志立柱1顶部设置有标志牌3,所述标志立柱1底端套设于钢管桩2顶端,两者通过设置若干螺栓组件7相连接。
本实施例中,所述标志立柱1底部设置有若干对穿的立柱螺栓孔5,所述钢管桩2顶部设置有与立柱螺栓孔5相对应的钢管桩螺栓孔6,各所述螺栓组件7穿过相对应的立柱螺栓孔5和钢管桩螺栓孔6使标志立柱1和钢管桩2连接固定,相邻立柱螺栓孔5之间距离为150mm~200mm,优选180mm。
本实施例中,所述标志立柱1底端设置有底座4。
本实施例中,所述标志立柱1与底座4焊接固定。
本实施例中,所述螺栓组件7数量为两个。
本实施例中,各螺栓组件7包括螺杆10以及与该螺杆10相适配并设置于该螺杆10两侧的螺母8和垫圈9。
本实施例中,所述螺杆10每一侧的螺母8的数量为两个。
本实施例中,所述钢管桩2露出地表距离范围为200mm~300mm,优选250mm。
应用时,钢管桩2采用静压施工,桩顶距离地面线约250mm时停止施压,标志立柱1由钢管桩2桩头套入,立柱螺栓孔5是在标志立柱1距离底端30mm和210mm处预留的两处对穿螺栓孔,钢管桩螺栓孔6是在钢板桩2距离顶端40mm和220mm处预留的两处对穿螺栓孔,旋转和上下调整标志立柱1位置,使立柱螺栓孔5和钢管桩螺栓孔6对齐,插入螺杆10,螺杆10两头安装有一片垫圈9和两个螺母8并拧紧,安装完成。
本实施例中,螺杆10长度采用250mm、型号采用8.8级、规格采用M20,螺母8型号采用8.8级、规格采用M20,配套垫圈9规格采用M20。
该发明不仅限于小型单柱式标志立柱与钢管桩基础的连接,如:人行信号灯、监控摄像头、路灯等道路交通附属设施在采用钢管桩基础时均可采用。常用标志立柱1的规格有φ76mm×4mm、φ89mm×4.5mm、φ102mm×5mm,φ159mm×5.5mm等,不同管径的标志立柱1对应调整钢管桩2设计尺寸。

1.一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,包括标志立柱(1)和钢管桩(2),标志立柱(1)顶部设置有标志牌(3),其特征在于:所述标志立柱(1)底端套设于钢管桩(2)顶端,两者通过设置若干螺栓组件(7)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,其特征在于:所述标志立柱(1)底部设置有若干对穿的立柱螺栓孔(5),所述钢管桩(2)顶部设置有与立柱螺栓孔(5)相对应的钢管桩螺栓孔(6),各所述螺栓组件(7)穿过相对应的立柱螺栓孔(5)和钢管桩螺栓孔(6)使标志立柱(1)和钢管桩(2)连接固定,相邻立柱螺栓孔(5)之间距离为150mm~200mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,其特征在于:所述标志立柱(1)底端设置有底座(4)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,其特征在于:所述标志立柱(1)与底座(4)焊接固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,其特征在于:所述螺栓组件(7)数量为两个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,其特征在于:各螺栓组件(7)包括螺杆(10)以及与该螺杆(10)相适配并设置于该螺杆(10)两侧的螺母(8)和垫圈(9)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,其特征在于:所述螺杆(10)每一侧的螺母(8)的数量为两个。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种标志立柱与钢管桩的连接结构,其特征在于:所述钢管桩(2)露出地表距离范围为200mm~300mm。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一项所述标志立柱与钢管桩连接结构的连接方法,其特征在于:钢管桩(2)采用静压施工,桩顶距离地表为200mm~300mm时停止施压,标志立柱(1)由钢管桩(2)桩头套入,旋转和上下调整标志立柱(1)位置,使立柱螺栓孔(5)和钢管桩螺栓孔(6)对齐并插入螺杆(10),螺杆(10)两头安装有一片垫圈(9)和两个螺母(8)并拧紧,安装完成。
