Abstract

A diversion box and a garbage turnover frame are arranged in the river channel at the upstream of the gate; the diversion box is arranged on the bottom plate of the water gate, and the top of the box is 5-10 cm lower than the normal water level; the upstream surface of the flow guide box is of a steel plate or glass steel plate structure, the other two sides of the flow guide box are back surfaces of a grid framework structure, the back surface on one side is close to a quay wall, and the back surface on the other side is arranged close to the gate; the garbage turnover frame is arranged at the upper part of the flow guide box, and the flow guide box is detachably fixed on the upstream bank wall of the water gate through a connecting piece; when the gate is opened, the flow velocity of the partial area of the water surface in front of the gate is increased by utilizing the power of natural water flow, and garbage on the water surface is automatically collected and enters the garbage turnover frame. The principle of the invention is as follows: after the sluice is opened to a certain height, the water body flows from the upstream to the downstream through the bottom of the sluice, the bottom flow rate is high, the water surface flow rate is low, and the water surface garbage at the upstream continuously flows to the sluice along with the water flow and is gathered in front of the sluice; the diversion box arranged in front of the upstream gate directly guides the water body on the upstream surface layer to the downstream, the flow velocity of the local area on the water surface in front of the gate is increased by utilizing the power of natural water flow, and the garbage on the water surface is automatically collected and enters the garbage turnover frame.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of low cost, convenient cleaning, no need of power, simple operation and maintenance, is especially suitable for automatically cleaning water surface garbage in front of the gate of the landscape river channel, and has obvious improvement effect.

The invention directly guides the water body on the upper surface layer to the lower part through the diversion box, increases the flow velocity of the local area of the water surface before the gate by utilizing the power of natural water flow, and automatically collects the garbage on the water surface to enter the garbage turnover frame. By adopting the method provided by the invention, the water surface garbage collection effect is good, the device is convenient to manufacture and install, power is not required, the operation and maintenance are simple, the cost is low, and the landscape improvement effect is obvious.
