Abstract

本发明是一种高强度危险品包装塑料桶,有桶体和桶盖或仅有桶体,桶体为锥筒体或直筒体,桶壁上有加强筋,桶口外壁与桶盖间有螺纹连接,仅有桶体时桶口外壁无螺纹,桶体和桶盖由如下重量份配比的原料混匀的塑料注塑而成:聚丙烯树脂70份、聚丙烯302份、聚乙烯树脂2.5份、PHDE 5份、颜料3份;桶体的外螺纹下方有两道环筋,环筋间有两个桶提座,桶提座上有扣孔供桶提压入连接,桶盖内侧有与桶口沿吻合的环槽,环槽外侧是与桶体配合的内螺纹,环槽内侧有桶盖外环筋和桶盖内环筋,桶盖外环筋和桶盖内环筋间有桶盖辐筋并均与盖顶板连为一体。本发明能够生产出符合危险品包装运输和存储要求的包装桶,结构新颖、强度高韧性强,耐摔耐冲击耐腐蚀。

Description

一种高强度危险品包装塑料桶及生产方法
技术领域本发明涉及一种高强度危险品包装塑料桶及生产方法。属于特种塑料制品领域。
背景技术强酸强碱,易燃易爆,强还原强氧化制剂等化学品,属于高度危险品,容易对周围人员的人身和财产造成重大伤害,甚至造成对环境的严重破坏。所以,国家对此类危险品的包装、运输和存储都有极为严格的制度。对于像高锰酸钾这样的颗粒状强氧化剂来说,包装容器多为耐腐蚀性和耐摔耐撞的强度要求较高,再就是密封性要求高,不能泄漏,不能使之与外界物质接触。在高锰酸钾的装运过程中,多半使用密封塑料桶,这种塑料桶除了必须具备上述要求外,还需具备计量方便准确,密封和开盖便捷的特点。
高锰酸钾塑料桶要满足上述要求,除了桶体本身的结构要具备抗击外力冲撞、跌落、倾倒侧翻的特点外,更重要的是塑料本身的物理化学性质,以及生产制造工艺条件。
目前,还没有一种专门针对高锰酸钾包装塑料桶的塑料配方和生产工艺出现,有必要进行研发,以满足此类危险品包装运输的要求。
发明内容本发明的目的就是针对上述问题,提出一种高强度危险品包装塑料桶及生产方法,使之能够生产出符合高峰锰酸钾此类颗粒状粉末状危险品包装、存储和运输和存储要求的包装桶,而且桶的结构新颖、强度高韧性强,耐摔耐冲击耐腐蚀和密封性好,以此解决现有技术的不足。
本发明提出的这种高强度危险品包装塑料桶,有桶体和桶盖或仅有桶体,其特征在于桶体为锥筒体或直筒体,桶壁上有加强筋,桶口外壁与桶盖间有螺纹连接,仅有桶体时桶口外壁无螺纹,所述桶体和桶盖由如下重量份配比的原料混匀的塑料注塑而成:

所述桶体的外螺纹下方有两道环筋,环筋间有两个桶提座,桶提座上有扣孔供桶提压入连接。
所述两道环筋中的第一道环筋的径向截面形状为矩形,第二道环筋的径向截面形状为直角形,所述桶提座为中空梯形台结构,它与第二道环筋和桶壁连为一体,扣孔在外侧。
所述第一道环筋下侧有与桶壁连为一体的多个副提耳,副提耳上有孔,用于辅助提桶,同时加强第一道环筋的强度。
所述桶口外壁上的螺纹与桶壁间有桶壁辐筋,桶壁辐筋同时与第一道环筋连结为一体。
所述桶体的第二道环筋下方还有至少一道桶腰筋,用于增加桶体下段强度。
所述桶底外侧有桶底环筋和桶底辐筋。
所述桶盖内侧有与桶口沿吻合的环槽,环槽外侧是与桶体配合的内螺纹,环槽内侧有桶盖外环筋和桶盖内环筋,桶盖外环筋和桶盖内环筋间有桶盖辐筋并均与盖顶板连为一体。
桶盖的外侧环槽内侧有环槽筋,用于增加环槽的强度和刚度。
桶体配有桶提,桶提可以是金属提手,也可以是塑料提手,提手两端有压扣,以方便与桶提座连接。
一种高强度危险品包装塑料桶的生产方法,其特征在于它有如下步骤:
(1)将如下重量份的原料混合均匀:

(2)用塑料注塑机和模具将上步原料加热融塑成包装桶。
所述聚乙烯树脂为线型低密度聚乙树脂。
本发明的这种高强度危险品包装塑料桶所具有的特点是:
一是结构合理,造型新颖,塑料配方独特,强度高,韧性好,耐摔耐撞,抗冲击能力强,不易破损;
二是抗老化,经久耐用;
三是抗腐蚀,耐酸耐碱,抗氧化,适用于包装高锰酸钾、纯碱烧碱等颗粒状粉末状腐蚀性物料;
四是配有桶盖桶提,体积适中,便于工人投放物料;
五是桶形规整,便于堆码存放,节约库房空间等。
六是原料采购容易,生产工艺短,所用设备少,生产成本低,便于推广;
七是无废料,无污染,有利于环境保护。
总之,本发明做到了能够生产出符合高峰锰酸钾此类颗粒状危险品包装运输和存储要求的包装桶,而且桶的结构新颖、强度高韧性强,耐摔耐冲击耐腐蚀和密封性好。

具体实施方式下面结合附图和实例进一步说明本发明,但本发明的范围不限于实例和附图。
为便于叙述,约定本例的长度尺寸均为mm,个位数的尺寸带单位,10位数以上的长度省略单位。
如图1-7所示,桶体的桶底1与桶壁4厚度为2mm,桶体高340,上口内径255,桶底内径230。桶口沿22宽7.5mm,厚3mm,口沿之下的外螺纹板10为间断螺旋板,其螺旋圈外径280。规格为20L/只。
外螺纹板之下的环筋Ⅰ(即第一道环筋)8外径284,厚度也是2mm,其下侧的副提耳9设为四个均布在其下方与桶壁连为一体。
环筋Ⅱ(即第二道环筋)6的厚度也为2mm,为直角形环筋,其垂直边长约10,水平边与桶壁连为一体,垂直边到桶口沿的距离85。
桶提座7的壳壁厚度也为2mm,内侧和下端与环筋Ⅱ,以及桶壁连为一体。桶提座为两个对称分布在桶壁上。
为增强外螺纹板和环筋Ⅰ的强度,增设若干桶壁辐筋11。
在桶体的中下部设有一道或多道桶腰筋5,以进一步增强桶体的强度。
桶底外侧设有桶底环筋2并用桶底辐筋3与桶壁连接,以增强桶底强度。
桶盖12有与桶体口沿配合的环槽14,扭紧时桶体的口沿面与环槽底面紧密贴合,起到密封的作用。桶盖环壁上还有与外螺纹板配合的内螺纹13。盖顶板18内侧上设有桶盖内环筋15和桶盖外环筋16,两环筋间有桶盖辐筋17相连,盖顶板中央部位向外凸并与环槽平齐。
为增加桶盖的强度和刚度,在环槽外侧设若干环槽筋19并与盖顶板连结为一体。
桶提20也用同质材料做成,其两端各有一个压扣21,使用时将压扣压入桶提座内即可,不需要时拨出,以方便堆码。
未提及的零部件及标号如上所述。
根据上述结构或其它所需结构制作相应的模具,在卧式塑料注塑机上按上述原料配比配制塑料原料根据设备的操作说明即可生产出需设形状和结构的危险品包装塑料桶。
本例的塑料桶所用原料和重量配比具体是:符合Q//syds070-2016标准的聚丙烯树脂(K8003)70份,符合Q/BF002-2019标准的聚丙烯30份,符合Q/sych0001-2019标准的聚乙烯树脂(线型低密度聚乙烯树脂)2.5份,符合Q/SH3175 5000-2018标准的HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)5份。黑色或白色塑料颜料3份。
各原料混合均匀后倒入注塑机料斗,开动机器按规程操作即可获得本发明的包装桶。
本发明的这种包装桶经质检机构抽样,按GB18191-2008《包装容器危险品包装用塑料桶》的国标检验,全部技术指标均达到要求。
经过反复实验和检验,当上述各原料的配比在上述各自的浮动范围内变动时,均能生产出符合标准的包装桶。

Claims (8)

1.一种高强度危险品包装塑料桶,有桶体和桶盖或仅有桶体,其特征在于桶体为锥筒体或直筒体,桶壁上有加强筋,桶口外壁与桶盖间有螺纹连接,仅有桶体时桶口外壁或无螺纹,桶盖内侧有与桶口沿吻合的环槽,环槽外侧是与桶体配合的内螺纹,环槽内侧有桶盖外环筋和桶盖内环筋,桶盖外环筋和桶盖内环筋间有桶盖辐筋并均与盖顶板连为一体,桶盖的外侧环槽内侧有环槽筋,用于增加环槽的强度和刚度,所述桶体和桶盖由如下重量份配比的原料混匀的塑料注塑而成:
符合Q/SYDS070-2016标准的聚丙烯 70份
符合Q/BF002-2019标准的聚丙烯 30份
符合Q/SYCH0001-2019标准的聚乙烯树脂 2.5份
符合Q/SH3175 5000-2018标准的HDPE 5份
黑色或白色塑料颜料 3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述高强度危险品包装塑料桶,其特征在于桶体的外螺纹下方有两道环筋,环筋间有两个桶提座,桶提座上有扣孔供桶提压入连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述高强度危险品包装塑料桶,其特征在于两道环筋中的第一道环筋的径向截面形状为矩形,第二道环筋的径向截面形状为直角形,所述桶提座为中空梯形台结构,它与第二道环筋和桶壁连为一体,扣孔在外侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述高强度危险品包装塑料桶,其特征在于第一道环筋下侧有与桶壁连为一体的多个副提耳,副提耳上有孔,桶口外壁上的螺纹与桶壁间有桶壁辐筋,桶壁辐筋同时与第一道环筋连结为一体。
5.根据权利要求3所述高强度危险品包装塑料桶,其特征在于桶体的第二道环筋下方还有至少一道桶腰筋,用于增加桶体下段强度,桶底外侧有桶底环筋和桶底辐筋。
6.根据权利要求1所述高强度危险品包装塑料桶,其特征在于桶体配有桶提,桶提是金属提手或塑料提手,提手两端有压扣,以方便与桶提座连接。
7.一种高强度危险品包装塑料桶的生产方法,其特征在于它有如下步骤:
(1)将如下重量份的原料混合均匀:
符合Q/SYDS070-2016标准的聚丙烯 70份
符合Q/BF002-2019标准的聚丙烯 30份
符合Q/SYCH0001-2019标准的聚乙烯树脂 2.5份
符合Q/SH3175 5000-2018标准的HDPE 5份
黑色或白色塑料颜料 3份;
(2)用塑料注塑机和模具将上步原料加热融塑成包装桶。
8.根据权利要求7所述高强度危险品包装塑料桶的生产方法,其特征在于符合Q/SYCH0001-2019标准的聚乙烯树脂为线型低密度聚乙烯树脂。
