本发明公开了一种方便拆卸与组装的物流箱体结构,涉及物流箱技术领域,以解决现有的物流箱采用一体式结构,在不使用时造成运输空间的浪费提高了运输成本;部分模块化的物流箱结构强度下降,增加了物流箱损坏的问题。包括箱体基座的四个角上分别设置有一组连接块;所述箱体基座前后两侧均弹性连接有一组箱体侧壁;两组竖直的所述箱体基座前后箱体侧壁之间各自啮合连接有一组辅助连杆。通过使物流箱体实现模块化构造,在不使用时将物流箱进行拆分,提高了空间利用率节省运输成本;同时使用固定钩与限位杆啮合实现箱体基座连接,增加了物流箱的整体结构强度,减少了物流箱损坏的可能。

背景技术
随着互联网经济的发展,物流服务得到了快速的发展机遇,物流是指为了满足客户的需求,以最低的成本高效率的完成,通过运输、保管、配送等方式,实现原材料、半成品、成品或相关信息进行由商品的产地到商品的消费地的计划、实施和管理的全过程,为了提高运输空间的利用率以及防止物体在运输过程中被损坏,往往使用物流箱作为装载物体的容器,市面上的物流箱大多采用固定的一体式金属物流箱,物流箱一旦完成装载的任务之后,空的物流箱占据了大量的运输空间。
例如申请号:CN201310155082.2的中国发明专利,该发明公开的一种模块化通用物流箱结构,包括主箱体、模块箱体、模块箱体盖、可读写电子数据标签,主箱体、模块箱体、模块箱体盖、可读写电子数据标签是统一的通用结构,主箱体根据物流包装需要分割为数个模块箱体,模块箱体盖可以根据物流包装的体积大小调整模块箱体的存储空间大小,可以将不同模块箱体内的物流包装进行合并转移,模块箱体盖和主箱体上设有可读写电子数据标签,记录每个模块箱体和主箱体内所存储的物流包装信息和体积数据、物流存储、运输、分拣等管理过程的信息。本发明将统一规格的物流箱模块化分割,模块箱体存储空间调整灵活,解决了物流自动化管理的统一性需求与物流包装多样性的矛盾,采用电子数据标签和通用化的模块箱体结构,实现了复杂物流包装的标准化、信息化,为物流自动化、智能化管理提供了实施基础。
基于上述,现有的物流箱通常采用一体式结构,直接将货物放置在固定的物流仓中,对货物进行运输,在不使用时空箱依旧占据空间,使得空间利用率低造成运输空间的浪费,提高了运输成本;同时部分可以模块化的物流箱仅仅是笼式框架和内衬板可以进行拆卸,不能节省空间的同时导致物流箱结构强度下降,降低了物流箱的运载能力,同时增加了物流箱损坏的概率;因此,不满足现有的需求,对此我们提出了一种方便拆卸与组装的物流箱体结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方便拆卸与组装的物流箱体结构,以解决现有的物流箱通常采用一体式结构,直接将货物放置在固定的物流仓中,对货物进行运输,在不使用时空箱依旧占据空间,使得空间利用率低造成运输空间的浪费,提高了运输成本;同时部分可以模块化的物流箱仅仅是笼式框架和内衬板可以进行拆卸,不能节省空间的同时导致物流箱结构强度下降,降低了物流箱的运载能力,同时增加了物流箱损坏概率的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种方便拆卸与组装的物流箱体结构,包括箱体基座;所述箱体基座设置有三组,底部的箱体基座左右两侧分别设置有一组垂直的箱体基座;所述箱体基座的四个角上分别设置有一组连接块;所述箱体基座前后两侧均弹性连接有一组箱体侧壁,每组箱体侧壁上设置有两组可以对合的侧壁孔;两组竖直的所述箱体基座前后箱体侧壁之间各自啮合连接有一组辅助连杆,辅助连杆通过固定螺栓固定在箱体侧壁上,每组固定螺栓分别啮合连接在对应的侧壁孔中。
优选的,所述箱体基座内部固定连接有凸起的箱体加强筋,箱体加强筋呈井字状连接在箱体基座前后和左右端部。
优选的,所述箱体基座设置有两纵一横共三组,箱体基座左右两侧各固定连接有一组箱体接块,纵向箱体基座底部的箱体接块分别与横向箱体基座左右两侧的箱体加强筋啮合连接。
优选的,所述连接块设置有四组分别固定在每组箱体基座的四个角上,每组连接块顶部的凹槽内固定连接有一组限位杆,每组连接块的两侧各固定连接有一组固定钩,纵向箱体基座的固定钩啮合连接在横向箱体基座的限位杆上。
优选的,所述箱体基座的前后两侧各设置有两组限位孔,箱体基座的前后两侧分别设置有一组箱体侧壁,箱体侧壁内侧均固定连接有一组侧壁连接杆在箱体基座的限位孔内滑动,侧壁连接杆后部设置有弹簧弹性连接在箱体基座的限位孔内。
优选的,所述箱体基座底部的前后两端均设置有一组箱体卡块,每组箱体侧壁的底部均固定连接有一组侧壁连接杆,每组侧壁连接杆内弹性连接有一组侧壁锁销,侧壁锁销啮合连接在箱体卡块内。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过使用三组箱体基座组成截面为U字形的容器,使物流箱体实现模块化构造,可以使用任意三组箱体基座进行组装,组装更加方便自由,同时在不使用时可以将箱体基座进行拆分方便收纳管理,通过将物流箱进行模块化,在不使用时可以将物流箱进行拆分,收纳后占用的体积更小,提高了空间利用率,节省了运输成本;通过在箱体基座内设置井字状箱体加强筋,使箱体加强筋对箱体基座起到加固的作用,同时在进行物流运输时箱体加强筋可以限制小件的货物的位移,提高箱体基座在运输时的稳定性;同时箱体基座通过使用固定钩与限位杆啮合实现箱体基座连接,结构比较简单,方便操作人员进行组装和拆卸,增加了物流箱的整体结构强度,减少了物流箱损坏的可能。

1.一种方便拆卸与组装的物流箱体结构,其特征在于:包括箱体基座(1);所述箱体基座(1)设置有三组,底部的箱体基座(1)左右两侧分别设置有一组垂直的箱体基座(1);所述箱体基座(1)的四个角上分别设置有一组连接块(3);所述箱体基座(1)前后两侧均弹性连接有一组箱体侧壁(2),每组箱体侧壁(2)上设置有两组可以对合的侧壁孔(203);两组竖直的所述箱体基座(1)前后箱体侧壁(2)之间各自啮合连接有一组辅助连杆(4),辅助连杆(4)通过固定螺栓(402)固定在箱体侧壁(2)上,每组固定螺栓(402)分别啮合连接在对应的侧壁孔(203)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便拆卸与组装的物流箱体结构,其特征在于:所述箱体基座(1)内部固定连接有凸起的箱体加强筋(101),箱体加强筋(101)呈井字状连接在箱体基座(1)前后和左右端部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便拆卸与组装的物流箱体结构,其特征在于:所述箱体基座(1)设置有两纵一横共三组,箱体基座(1)左右两侧各固定连接有一组箱体接块(102),纵向箱体基座(1)底部的箱体接块(102)分别与横向箱体基座(1)左右两侧的箱体加强筋(101)啮合连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便拆卸与组装的物流箱体结构,其特征在于:所述连接块(3)设置有四组分别固定在每组箱体基座(1)的四个角上,每组连接块(3)顶部的凹槽内固定连接有一组限位杆(301),每组连接块(3)的两侧各固定连接有一组固定钩(302),纵向箱体基座(1)的固定钩(302)啮合连接在横向箱体基座(1)的限位杆(301)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便拆卸与组装的物流箱体结构,其特征在于:所述箱体基座(1)的前后两侧各设置有两组限位孔,箱体基座(1)的前后两侧分别设置有一组箱体侧壁(2),箱体侧壁(2)内侧均固定连接有一组侧壁连接杆(201)在箱体基座(1)的限位孔内滑动,侧壁连接杆(201)后部设置有弹簧弹性连接在箱体基座(1)的限位孔内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便拆卸与组装的物流箱体结构,其特征在于:所述箱体基座(1)底部的前后两端均设置有一组箱体卡块(103),每组箱体侧壁(2)的底部均固定连接有一组侧壁连接杆(201),每组侧壁连接杆(201)内弹性连接有一组侧壁锁销(202),侧壁锁销(202)啮合连接在箱体卡块(103)内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便拆卸与组装的物流箱体结构,其特征在于:所述箱体侧壁(2)的两端设置有对称的侧壁孔(203),辅助连杆(4)一端啮合连接在顶部的侧壁孔(203)中,辅助连杆(4)另一端的统用固定槽(401)与侧壁孔(203)对齐,固定螺栓(402)啮合连接在箱体侧壁(2)的侧壁孔(203)中。
