一种用于固体镁的托运装置,由多块M型板、两块止动连接板和螺栓螺母组成;每块M型板两端均开设有两个螺孔;止动连接板上开设有螺孔;多块M型板设于两块止动连接板之间,并由螺栓螺母穿过M型板上螺孔和止动连接板上螺孔,将M型板固定;两块止动连接板上均设有防转凸台。本发明实现了固体镁锭托运,防止现有技术中镁锭在转运过程中木材托盘易损问题,降低操作工的劳动强度;具有结构简单,操作方便的优点。

一种用于固体镁的托运装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于固体镁的托运装置,特别涉及海绵钛生产用的托运固体镁的装置。
背景技术
国内外工业生产海绵钛均采用克劳尔法,主要原材料是镁、四氯化钛、氩气,镁还原四氯化钛方法是不断向反应器内通入液体四氯化钛,四氯化钛与熔融状态下的镁发生氧化还原反应,主要生成海绵钛和氯化镁。目前,我国海绵钛生产工艺日趋成熟,但受环保压力的影响,一些海绵钛生产企业取消了金属镁电解工艺,直接购买镁锭生产,采用了还原蒸馏半流程生产工艺。购买的镁锭成长梯形状,其镁锭包装主要是材质木材作为托盘,用绳子把镁锭捆绑在托盘式上,每个托盘上包装200多块镁锭。每个木材托盘的价格在60元且与镁锭单独核算价格,按生产3万吨海绵钛产量用镁锭计算,每年耗费在木材托盘的成本在100万元,木材托盘不能回收,只能焚烧,不但增加碳排放和不利于环保,还增加生产成本;木材托盘在转运过程中易损坏,组装好的镁锭容易垮塌,增加操作工劳动的强度。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术中木材托盘的成本高;在转运过程中易损坏;不利于生态环境的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案如下所述:
一种用于固体镁的托运装置,由多块M型板1、两块止动连接板2和螺栓螺母3组成;
所述每块M型板1两端均开设有两个螺孔;
所述止动连接板2上开设有螺孔;
所述多块M型板1设于两块止动连接板2之间,并由螺栓螺母3穿过M型板1上螺孔和止动连接板2上螺孔,将M型板1固定;
所述两块止动连接板2上均设有防转凸台201,数量在3~5个;
所述M型板1的数量在3~5块;
所述M型板1和止动连接板2的材质为镁。
本发明具体的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明实现了固体镁锭托运,防止现有技术中镁锭在转运过程中木材托盘易损问题,降低操作工的劳动强度。
2、本发明采用镁材质的托运装置本,替换了木材托盘有利用生态环境建设和节约生产成本。
3、本发明具有结构简单,操作方便的优点。

实施例
如图1所示,一种用于固体镁的托运装置,由多块M型板1、两块止动连接板2和螺栓螺母3组成;
所述每块M型板1两端均开设有两个螺孔;
所述止动连接板2上开设有螺孔;
所述多块M型板1设于两块止动连接板2之间,并由螺栓螺母3穿过M型板1上螺孔和止动连接板2上螺孔,将M型板1固定;
所述两块止动连接板2上均设有防转凸台201,数量在3~5个;
所述M型板1的数量在3~5块;
所述M型板1和止动连接板2的材质为镁。
在本发明中,在镁锭的组装时,先用螺栓螺母3连接把M型板1和止动连接板2固定连接,再把镁锭放置上部,用绳子捆绑固定好镁锭,再转运到使用镁锭的厂家,使用厂家解绑绳子,卸下镁锭,再拆下螺栓螺母,把M型板1和止动连接板2与镁锭一起使用,减少生态环境破坏、减少碳排放和节约生产成本。

1.一种用于固体镁的托运装置,其特征在于:它由多块M型板(1)、两块止动连接板(2)和螺栓螺母(3)组成;
所述每块M型板(1)两端均开设有两个螺孔;
所述止动连接板(2)上开设有螺孔;
所述多块M型板(1)设于两块止动连接板(2)之间,并由螺栓螺母(3)穿过M型板(1)上螺孔和止动连接板(2)上螺孔,将M型板(1)固定;
所述两块止动连接板(2)上均设有防转凸台(201),数量在3~5个;
所述M型板(1)的数量在3~5块;
所述M型板(1)和止动连接板(2)的材质为镁。
