In order to overcome the defects that the urine is collected in a cup, the cup is not sanitary enough and the volume of the urine is not easy to control, the technical problem of the invention is as follows: provided is a urine collecting device for urology surgery, which can control the volume of urine and is sanitary.
The technical scheme is as follows: a urinary surgery urine collection device comprising: the bottom of the outer frame is rotatably provided with two pulleys; one side of the outer frame is connected with the first supporting plate; one side of the bottom of the first supporting plate is connected with a first connecting rod; two tires are symmetrically and rotatably arranged on two sides of the first connecting rod, and the number of the tires is four; the middle of the bottom in the outer frame is provided with a first supporting plate in a sliding manner; the upper part of the first supporting plate is provided with a second supporting plate in a sliding way; the first spring is connected between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate; the upper part of the second supporting plate is provided with a clamping mechanism; the material taking mechanism is arranged on the outer frame.
In one embodiment, the clamping mechanism comprises: the fixing plates are symmetrically arranged at the upper parts of the second supporting plates; the fixing plates are provided with clamping plates in a sliding manner, and the number of the clamping plates is two; and the second springs are connected between the clamping plates and the fixing plates.
In one embodiment, the material taking mechanism comprises: two groups of first fixing columns are symmetrically arranged on one side of the outer frame, which is far away from the tire, from top to bottom, the number of the first fixing columns in each group is two, and the number of the first fixing columns is four; second fixing columns are rotatably arranged between the first fixing columns of each group, and the number of the second fixing columns is two; the baffle is connected between the second fixing columns on the upper side and the lower side; the handle is arranged on one side of the baffle.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a quantitative mechanism, wherein the quantitative mechanism comprises: the third fixing column is symmetrically arranged on one side of the outer frame, which is far away from the first fixing column; the second supporting plate is connected between the third fixing columns on the two sides of the second supporting plate; the side part of the second supporting plate is connected with a third supporting plate; the two sides of the second supporting plate are respectively connected with a rack; the rotating shafts are rotatably arranged on two sides of the third supporting plate; the rotating shafts on two sides of the straight gear are provided with straight gears, the straight gears on the same side are meshed with the rack, and the number of the straight gears is two; the steering ball is connected between the rotating shafts on the two sides; the discharging pipe is connected between the third supporting plate and the second supporting plate, penetrates through the second supporting plate and is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft, and the steering ball is located on the inner side of the discharging pipe.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a flushing mechanism, wherein the flushing mechanism comprises: the tire is symmetrically provided with two fourth fixing columns; a water tank is connected between the fourth fixed columns; the upper part of the water tank is symmetrically provided with two fifth fixing columns; the water pump is arranged between the upper parts of the two fifth fixing columns and is connected with the water tank; the button is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the water pump; the third supporting plate is arranged on one side, close to the third fixing column, of the upper part of the first supporting plate; the water storage tank is arranged at the upper part of the third supporting plate, one side of the water storage tank close to the third fixing column is connected with a water pipe, the other side of the water pipe is communicated with the third supporting plate, and the water storage tank is connected with a water pump; the middle of the upper part of the third supporting plate is provided with a sixth fixing column which is connected with a water pipe; the valve is arranged on the water pipe.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a disengaging mechanism, wherein the disengaging mechanism comprises: the clamping plates on two sides of each first wedge-shaped block are provided with two first wedge-shaped blocks, and the number of the first wedge-shaped blocks is four; the two sides of the inner wall of the outer frame are both provided with a second connecting rod; and the second connecting rods on two sides of the second wedge-shaped block are respectively provided with two second wedge-shaped blocks, and the second wedge-shaped blocks are in contact fit with the first wedge-shaped blocks.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a collecting mechanism, wherein the collecting mechanism comprises: the middle of the upper part of the first supporting plate is provided with a placing frame; the middle of the upper part of the first supporting plate is provided with a sliding rail which is positioned right below the placing frame; the waste barrel is arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding mode and is positioned on the inner side of the placing frame; the upper part of the waste bucket is connected with a drain pipe which is communicated with the blanking pipe.
In one embodiment, the waste bin has a volume of 30 liters.
The beneficial effects are that: 1. the invention can control the volume of urine and has sanitary effect;
2. the urine is discharged into the discharge pipe, the rack moves downwards to be meshed with the gear along with the increase of the gravity of the cup, and then the steering ball is driven to rotate, so that the urine is collected into the placing frame, and the effect of quantitatively collecting the urine in the cup can be realized;
3. through rotating the valve, and then make the rivers in the water storage tank to the third layer board to can wash the third layer board.

The user can collect the urine through this device, at first place the cup of collecting the urine on second layer board 8, and fix the cup through clamping mechanism 9, when the user urinates the urine in the cup, because the urine has gravity, thereby second layer board 8 can the downstream, first spring 7 is compressed, collect the completion back, the user can take out the cup through extracting mechanism 10, later under first spring 7's reset action, second layer board 8 moves upwards and resets.

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, the clamping mechanism 9 includes a clamping plate 91, a fixing plate 92 and a second spring 93, the fixing plate 92 is symmetrically arranged on the upper portion of the second supporting plate 8 in a front-back manner, the clamping plate 91 is slidably arranged on the fixing plate 92, and the second spring 93 is connected between the clamping plate 91 and the fixing plate 92.

The user can pour water into the water tank 122, press the button 125 afterwards, make the water pump 124 begin to draw water to the water tank 122, and take out the water in the water tank 122 to the water storage tank 127, the user can rotate the valve 129 afterwards, make the valve 129 can not block up the water pipe, so, the water in the water pipe can flow to the third layer board 111, and wash the third layer board 111, after the washing is accomplished, the user can reverse rotation valve 129, make it block up the water pipe, when the water in the water storage tank 122 is stored to a certain amount, the user can press the button 125 again, close the water pump 124.
Still including release mechanism 13, release mechanism 13 is including first wedge 131, second connecting rod 132 and second wedge 133, and the left and right sides of front and back both sides splint 91 all is equipped with first wedge 131, and the quantity of first wedge 131 is four, and both sides all are equipped with second connecting rod 132 around the outer frame 2 inner wall, and the second connecting rod 132 upside of both sides all is equipped with second wedge 133, and second wedge 133 and the cooperation of first wedge 131 contact.
When the second supporting plate 8 drives the clamping plate 91 and the first wedge-shaped block 131 to move downwards, the first wedge-shaped block 131 is in contact with the second wedge-shaped block 133, so that the first wedge-shaped block 131 drives the clamping plate 91 to move outwards, the clamping plate 91 is further prevented from clamping the cup, and when the first wedge-shaped block 131 moves upwards to be not in contact with the second wedge-shaped block 133, the clamping plate 91 resets.
Still including collecting mechanism 14, collect mechanism 14 including placing frame 141, slide rail 142, drain pipe 143 and waste material bucket 144, be equipped with in the middle of first backup pad 3 upper portion and place frame 141, be equipped with slide rail 142 in the middle of first backup pad 3 upper portion, slide rail 142 is located and places frame 141 and put under, the slip is equipped with waste material bucket 144 on slide rail 142, waste material bucket 144 is located and places frame 141 inboard, waste material bucket 144 upper portion right side is connected with drain pipe 143, drain pipe 143 and unloading pipe 118 intercommunication.
Urine flowing out of the side of the blanking pipe 118 flows into the waste bucket 144 through the drainage pipe 143, the user can pull the waste bucket 144 to the front side, and then can take out the waste bucket 144, clear up the urine in the waste bucket 144, and after the clearing up is completed, put the waste bucket 144 back to the original position.
