the passion fruit extract is prepared by the following method:
crushing and grinding passion fruit by a crusher, sieving by a 30-mesh sieve, adding an extraction solvent, and soaking for 1 h; adding the soaked passion fruit and a solvent into an ultrasonic oscillator for ultrasonic wall breaking, soaking the passion fruit subjected to ultrasonic wall breaking for 30min in warm water, centrifuging and filtering the passion fruit subjected to the warm water soaking treatment to obtain a supernatant; concentrating the obtained supernatant, and treating the filtrate to obtain the passion fruit extract.
The griffonia simplicifolia seed extract is prepared by the following method:
pulverizing and grinding seeds of African Jiana by a pulverizer, sieving with a 50-mesh sieve to obtain Jiana seed powder, adding 15 times by weight of 60% ethanol solution, extracting for 3 times, each time for 30min, mixing extractive solutions, recovering ethanol, vacuum concentrating, and spray drying to obtain Jiana seed extract.
The wild jujube seed concentrated powder is prepared by the following method:
crushing spina date seeds, adding water according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:10, soaking at 90 ℃ for 2 hours, and filtering to obtain supernatant; adding water into the filtered filter residue according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:15, leaching and soaking for 1h at 100 ℃, and filtering to obtain a supernatant; mixing the supernatants, concentrating to obtain semen Ziziphi Spinosae extract 10%, adding starch 5%, drying, making into powder, and sieving with 60 mesh sieve to obtain semen Ziziphi Spinosae concentrated powder.
The lily extract is prepared by the following method:
extracting dried lily with 4 times of 60% methanol for 3 times, each time for 1 hr; mixing the extractive solutions, vacuum concentrating, and drying to obtain ethanol extract; adding 15 times of water into the alcohol extract to dissolve the alcohol extract into suspension, and extracting for 2 times by using 2 times of petroleum ether to obtain extract A; adding 1.5 times of ethyl acetate into the extract A to extract for 3 times to obtain an extract B; and concentrating the extract B, and drying to obtain the lily extract.
The chamomile extract is prepared by the following method:
crushing a chamomile raw material, adding deionized water with the weight being 5 times that of the chamomile raw material, and mixing to obtain chamomile slurry; filtering, precipitating, centrifuging and concentrating the chamomile slurry to obtain the chamomile extract.
The spearmint extract is prepared by the following method:
pulverizing dried herba Menthae Rotundifoliae whole plant, wrapping with filter paper, placing into Soxhlet extractor, soaking with 75% ethanol overnight, continuously reflux extracting for 6 hr, collecting ethanol extractive solution, drying under reduced pressure until black precipitate appears, extracting with petroleum ether for 3 times, and removing petroleum ether extraction layer; extracted again with ethyl acetate for 3 times, concentrated under reduced pressure and dried to give the spearmint extract of the present application.
The saffron extract is prepared by the following method:
grinding stigma croci to 60 mesh to obtain stigma croci powder; adding saffron crocus powder into 10 times of ethanol solution with volume fraction of 60% by weight, performing ultrasonic treatment, filtering, and removing filter residue to obtain filtrate A; placing the filtrate A in a water bath at 50 ℃, centrifuging after the water bath, and obtaining supernatant; adding the supernatant into 70% ethanol, further extracting in microwave extraction equipment, filtering, and removing the filter residue to obtain filtrate B; and (4) concentrating the filtrate B under reduced pressure, adjusting the pH value to 6.4, and drying in vacuum to obtain the saffron extract.

Experimental example:
purpose of the experiment: the changes of the sleeping time, the time required for falling asleep and the 5-hydroxytryptamine index of the testee after taking the product of the invention are researched.
Experimental samples: the compositions obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3.
Subject and mode:
48 volunteers with insomnia symptom, sleep disorder and poor sleep quality are collected for screening, and the subjects do not take antidepressant or tranquilizer within 1 year, and do not perform treatment related to mental diseases. 3 males and 3 females were selected as 1 group, and 2 microcapsules of the compositions obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were administered to each group for 6 weeks.
All subjects were tested before taking a sleep night before taking the test and after taking the test before taking a sleep night after 6 weeks, the sleep time and the time required for falling asleep of the subjects were counted in the next morning, and blood samples of the subjects were collected to detect the 5-hydroxytryptamine index.
The test results are shown in Table 1

As can be seen from the results in Table 1, the time required for a subject to fall asleep was significantly reduced and the sleep time and 5-hydroxytryptamine index were significantly increased in the compositions of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 after administration of the compositions of examples 1 to 6, as compared to before the test; the time required to fall asleep was also reduced in subjects taking the compositions of comparative examples 1-3, but the effect was not significant; the sleeping time and the 5-hydroxytryptamine index are also increased, but the effect is not obvious.
And (4) conclusion: the composition has the effects of relieving anxiety and tension, calming nerves and helping sleep.

4. The composition for soothing the nerves and improving sleep as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the passion fruit extract is prepared by the following method:
crushing and grinding passion fruit by a crusher, sieving by a 30-mesh sieve, adding an extraction solvent, and soaking for 1-2 h; adding the soaked passion fruit and a solvent into an ultrasonic oscillator for ultrasonic wall breaking, soaking the passion fruit subjected to ultrasonic wall breaking for 30-40min in warm water, centrifuging and filtering the passion fruit subjected to the warm water soaking treatment to obtain a supernatant; concentrating the obtained supernatant, and treating the filtrate to obtain the passion fruit extract.
5. The composition for soothing the nerves and improving sleep as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the griffonia simplicifolia seed extract is prepared by the following method:
pulverizing and grinding seeds of African gardner by a pulverizer, sieving with a 50-mesh sieve to obtain gardner seed powder, adding 15-20 times by weight of 60% ethanol solution by volume fraction into the gardner seed powder, extracting for 2-3 times, each time for 20-30min, mixing extractive solutions, recovering ethanol, vacuum concentrating, and spray drying to obtain the gardner seed extract.
6. The composition for soothing the nerves and improving sleep as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the chamomile extract is prepared by the following method:
crushing a chamomile raw material, adding deionized water with the weight of 2-5 times of that of the chamomile raw material, and mixing to obtain chamomile slurry; filtering, precipitating, centrifuging and concentrating the chamomile slurry to obtain the chamomile extract.

The composition for soothing the nerves and improving sleep as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the microcapsule also comprises a membrane component, wherein the membrane component comprises chitosan and sodium alginate, and the membrane component is coated outside the active component to form the microcapsule.

1) mixing materials:
weighing passion fruit extract, spina date seed concentrated powder, lily extract, Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract, chamomile extract and spearmint extract according to the formula amount, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture, adding deionized water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
2) refining and homogenizing:
refining the mixed solution by a colloid mill;
homogenizing and refining the refined mixed solution by a homogenizer;
spray drying the homogenized solution to obtain an active component;
3) microencapsulation: mixing the active component with chitosan, sodium alginate, water and edible surfactant, and spray drying to obtain microcapsule for improving bone health.

The preparation method of the composition for soothing the nerves and improving sleep according to claim 8, wherein the composition comprises the following components: in the microencapsulation step, chitosan, sodium alginate and active components are added and mixed evenly, and then the mixture is stood for 20 to 40min and then spray-dried.
10. The preparation method of the composition for soothing the nerves and improving sleep according to claim 8, wherein the composition comprises the following components: in the microencapsulation step, the particle size of the microcapsule obtained by spray drying is 40-60 meshes.
