Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明一般涉及饮料瓶,特别是涉及由合成树脂制成的饮料瓶,该饮料瓶具有圆柱型瓶体;通过垂直设置在圆柱型瓶体内的隔壁将瓶体分成的两个腔室;以及基本上以液体密封的方式固定在瓶口元件上的瓶盖。
背景技术
如本专业的普通技术人员所知,目前通常使用和购买铝罐或玻璃瓶来容纳饮料。但是,因为铝和玻璃是昂贵的材料,在全世界广泛频繁地采用了合成树脂作为模制饮料瓶的材料。
在附图1中,描绘了一种常规的饮料瓶。这种饮料瓶包括普通的圆柱型瓶体1,并且在瓶体1顶部具有瓶口元件2。在瓶口元件2的外圆周上具有外螺纹3。该外螺纹3与瓶盖4内侧的螺纹5相互配合。瓶口元件2还具有从外螺纹3的下侧向外延伸的环形周边凸缘6,以便阻挡瓶盖4过量转动。环形周边凸缘6还可以作为使用者容易抓握的手柄。
但是,常规的饮料瓶具有下面所述的缺陷:
一个缺陷是饮料瓶需要分开的杯子,以便容纳由使用者从饮料瓶中倒出的饮料,这就造成使用者饮用时非常不便。另一个缺陷是,饮料罐瓶盖的尺寸相当小,因此,使用者很难用手指开启瓶盖。还有一个缺陷是,饮料瓶具有单一的、用于储存饮料的腔室,所以,这种饮料瓶不可能容纳两种不同的液体。
为了解决上述缺陷,由本申请人中请的申请号为2000-28791的韩国专利中,公开了“具有可选择开启装置和双储存腔室的饮料容器”,其中容器具有由隔壁分开的两个腔室,因此这种容器能够容纳两种不同的液体。但是,上述专利申请中公开的结构存在着缺陷,其可以被用于罐状饮料容器,但是不能用于目前广泛使用的合成树脂材料的饮料容器。
发明内容
因此,本发明试图解决在现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种饮料瓶,其中设有一个或多个腔室和具有双层壁的瓶盖,因此在饮料瓶中可以容纳一种或多种饮料,并可以将瓶盖作为杯子以及瓶盖使用,所以在参加体育运动、旅游或旅行的过程中,消除了必须携带杯子的麻烦。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种饮料瓶,其包括:具有圆柱形状的瓶体元件;位于所述瓶体元件顶端的瓶口元件,瓶口元件包括在瓶口外周边的外螺纹,以及从所述外螺纹的下侧向外延伸的环形周边凸缘,以便阻挡瓶盖过量转动,所述环形周边凸缘适合于作为使用者容易抓握的手柄;设有内壁和外壁的双层壁的瓶盖,所说内壁具有与瓶口元件的外螺纹相互配合的螺纹,成型的外壁可以作为杯子,以便于容纳从瓶体元件中倒出的饮料;以及圆环形密封带条,其围绕着瓶体元件的整个圆周粘结,其所在区域外壁的边缘和瓶体元件的外表面配合,密封带条包括沿着带条的纵向方向设置的分开线,因此,当使用者向带条的分开线施加剪切应力时,可以沿着分开线撕开带条,并且可从瓶体元件上分开瓶盖。
瓶体元件被分为上部分和下部分。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,相同的零部件标号在所有不同的附图中表示相同或类似的零部件。
第一实施例
在图1和图2中,描绘了本发明的饮料瓶的第一实施例。在这个实施例中,饮料瓶包括圆柱型瓶体元件1,和在瓶体元件1顶端的瓶口元件2。瓶口元件2包括在瓶口外圆周上的外螺纹3,以及从外螺纹3下侧向外延伸的环形周边凸缘6,以便阻挡瓶盖4过量旋转。环形周边凸缘6适合作为使用者容易抓握的把手。
饮料瓶具有双重壁的瓶盖,其设有内壁4a和外壁4b。在瓶盖的内壁4a上具有与瓶口元件2的外螺纹3相互配合的螺纹5。成型瓶盖的外壁4b可以作为杯子使用,以便容纳从瓶体元件1中倒出的饮料。
所述饮料瓶还具有圆形密封带条7,该密封带条7适于围绕整个瓶体元件1的全部外圆周,其所在区域外壁4b的边缘和瓶体元件1的外表面配合。密封带条7包括分开线8,分开线8沿着带条7的纵向方向设置。因此,使用者可以向带条7的分开线8施加剪切应力,以便沿着分开线8撕开带条7,并且从瓶体元件1上分开瓶盖4。
第二实施例
在附图3和4中,描绘了本发明的饮料瓶的第二实施例。在这个实施例中,瓶体元件1被分成为上部分1a和下部分1b。
通过双轴向吹塑模制成型具有两个腔室的瓶体元件1,其中具有壁的预成型件通过双轴向吹塑加工可以膨胀,因此,预成型件能够沿着双轴向膨胀,从而分别形成上部分1a和下部分1b。
另外,具有两个腔室的瓶体元件1可以通过将两个二分之一瓶体元件粘接成型,这两个二分之一瓶体元件各自具有相同的对称形状。粘结两个二分之一瓶体元件的平底面可以通过利用超声波焊接加工完成,或者通过采用粘合剂,例如,氨基甲酸酯粘合剂、热熔接粘合剂(聚酰胺),或者丙烯酸(TGA)粘合剂完成,这种粘合剂通过紫外光线在短时间内照射即可固化,不对环境造成污染。
瓶子的两个瓶盖4是相同的,以便简化其结构,降低其成本。
希望瓶子一端的瓶盖4与瓶体元件1和平底表面的尺寸相同,以便当饮料瓶处于直立位置时,可以增加饮料瓶的稳定性。
将附图1和4相比较,很容易看出本发明的优点。本发明的饮料瓶具有杯子,基本上以液密封的方式将杯子作为瓶盖固定在瓶口元件上,因此,使用者不需要分开的杯子来容纳从饮料瓶中倒出的饮料。瓶体元件具有通过隔壁部分分开的两个腔室,因此这种饮料瓶能够容纳两种不同的饮料。消费者可以享用一种或多种饮料的口味。最终,通过简单的相对于瓶体元件1扭转瓶盖4,可以容易地开启本发明的饮料瓶,沿着带条7的分开线8将瓶体元件1和瓶盖4分开。
虽然,上面描述了本发明优选实施例,本专业的普通技术人员可以得知,在不离开本发明的权利要求书所记载的本发明的构思和范围条件下,还可以做出各种修改、附加和替换。
Claims (2)
1.一种饮料瓶,其包括:
具有圆柱形状的瓶体元件;
位于所述瓶体元件顶端的瓶口元件,瓶口元件包括在瓶口外周边上的外螺纹,以及从所述外螺纹的下侧向外延伸的环形周边凸缘,用以阻挡瓶盖过量转动,所述环形周边凸缘适合于作为使用者容易抓握的手柄;
设有内壁和外壁的双层壁瓶盖,内壁具有与瓶口元件的所述外螺纹相互配合的螺纹,成型的外壁可以用作杯子,以便容纳从所述瓶体元件中倒出的饮料;
圆环形密封带条,围绕着瓶体元件的整个圆周粘结,其所在区域外壁的边缘和瓶体元件的外表面配合,密封带条包括沿着带条的纵向方向设置的分开线,因此使用者可向所述带条的分开线施加剪切应力,以便沿着分开线撕开带条,并且从瓶体元件上分开瓶盖。
2.按照权利要求1所述的饮料瓶,其中所述瓶体元件被分为上部分和下部分。
