背景技术
孖纺产品是通过熔喷工艺设备技术生产出来的高温超细纤维,与天然木浆纤维等通过气流混合成网,并经高温热合缠结铺网而形成的多纤共混新型复合非织造材料。
现有孖纺产品技术生产出来的孖纺非织造布吸液保液性能较差,目前市面上的孖纺非织造布原材料通常只有熔喷PP和木浆,由于熔喷PP和木浆的吸水性能较差导致生产出来的传统孖纺非织造布吸液、保液能力差,因产品性能的局限性,导致产品使用范围窄,应用空间小。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种孖纺生产线添加SAP新型工艺,解决了现有孖纺非织造布的吸液保液性能较差的问题。

为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种孖纺生产线添加SAP新型工艺,包括以下重量份的原料:木浆纤维10~20份、熔喷PP20~40份、驻极母粒1~4份和SAP材料15~25份。

通过送料装置将熔喷PP和驻极母粒送至螺杆挤压机内,对螺杆挤压机内加热至170~200℃,通过螺杆挤压机将熔喷PP和驻极母粒熔融成为具有一定特征的的可流动熔体,将熔体投入过滤器内过滤掉熔体内的杂质和较粗颗粒物;
S3:喷丝成型
使过滤后的熔体流入模头内,同时通过电热风装置产生80~120℃的高温牵引气流,熔体流出模头喷丝孔的同时被加热的高流速空气以特定角度撞击,使熔体落入成网机内的凝网帘上,同时使用空压机输出压缩空气并对压缩空气进行除尘、除湿处理,通过压缩空气将单纤维状态的木浆和SAP材料凝集在凝网帘上,利用熔喷PP与木浆纤维的结点将SAP材料紧紧包裹,熔体与木浆和SAP材料混合并凝集成型;
S4:压花处理
使用压花机对成型后的孖纺非织造布表面进行压花处理;
S5:卷取
最后将孖纺非织造布放在干燥通风的室温环境内静置24~36h,带孖纺非织造布干透后进行卷取。

通过送料装置将熔喷PP和驻极母粒送至螺杆挤压机内,对螺杆挤压机内加热至170~200℃,通过螺杆挤压机将熔喷PP和驻极母粒熔融成为具有一定特征的的可流动熔体,将熔体投入过滤器内过滤掉熔体内的杂质和较粗颗粒物;
S3:喷丝成型
使过滤后的熔体流入模头内,同时通过电热风装置产生80~120℃的高温牵引气流,熔体流出模头喷丝孔的同时被加热的高流速空气以特定角度撞击,使熔体落入成网机内的凝网帘上,同时使用空压机输出压缩空气并对压缩空气进行除尘、除湿处理,通过压缩空气将单纤维状态的木浆和SAP材料凝集在凝网帘上,利用熔喷PP与木浆纤维的结点将SAP材料紧紧包裹,熔体与木浆和SAP材料混合并凝集成型;
S4:压花处理
使用压花机对成型后的孖纺非织造布表面进行压花处理;
S5:卷取
最后将孖纺非织造布放在干燥通风的室温环境内静置24~36h,带孖纺非织造布干透后进行卷取。
