The upper-mounted chassis 25 is formed by connecting two beams 39, a cross beam 40, a mudguard 41, a license plate suspension beam 42 and a trolley girder through fasteners, and supports the weight of the whole structure; in order to better solve the contradiction between the strength and the weight, the mode of adding the keel on the folded plate part and discontinuously opening holes is adopted, so that the strength of the upper chassis 25 is ensured, the weight of the part is reduced, and meanwhile, an installation space is provided for controlling wiring, a power oil pipe and a process flow pipeline.
